Stylish snickers, like them very much. Two sings - i believe they goes a half size larger, and their tongues a bit different - one really soft, the other - more scratchy.

My first pair on Converse and happy with the purchase. I haven't worn them much yet, but these will be for everyday wear.

Great shoe for sitting around, but not for walking.

I wanted to love these and keep them but sadly I couldn’t. I know that cons run narrow becaus I own 2 pair of low and one pair of canvas high tops already and I dont have a wide foot, I have a normal width foot and theyre fine but only with thin socks. With these leather black high tops they ran a 1/2 size too big so I sent them back for a 1/2 size smaller but those were too tight across the widest part of my foot and not so much that but on the left foot especially, which happens to be my bigger foot, if that makes a difference, it hurt on the top of my foot when I tried to walk and my foot bent. I was really disappointed. I thought for a minute that maybe that shoe was defective in some way and maybe I should just try another pair to see if the left shoe would feel ok but at that point I didnt want to return again for a second time and then possibly have to return the third pair so I just gave up. I think it may be that the thicker, stiffer leather coupled with the narrow nature of the shoe was just going to be too narrow for me

I've always wanted a pair of chucks but these are stark white. I was pretty shocked, didn't wear them out yet and not sure.if I'd return them. But super comfy. If you're looking for super white sneakers, these are them.

I LOVE these shoes - as everyday wear and for its great looks! I bought another pair (a completely different model/type) of Chucks last year, and they had a completely different design. I was very disappointed, and I thought Converse had gone south. BUT when I found these leather Chucks, my loyalty to Converse All Stars has been redeemed. They are really great shoes. I didn't find them too big, and it didn't take long to break in at all - they are nearly perfect. I have really high arches, and I don't find them uncomfortable in the least. They love my feet, and my feet love them. The only issue I had with this is that I found the high tops needing a little "breaking in" because of the quality leather material - it's a bit stiff at first. But after 4 days of wear, it's like they weren't customized for me. Highly recommend!

Comfortable shoes but get a 1/2 size smaller. I wear size 9's and these were big. Also, go to "Family Dollar" and purchase $11 insoles (the gel insoles with the heel) as there's not a lot of cushion. These shoes look great and are very comfortable, especially the upper thin leather part, but ... 1) They run big 1/2 to full size 2) They require insoles with heels as there's very little cushioning in the sole. My Teva flip flops have better cushioning. They ought to improve these shoes by ... 1) Making thicker soles and cushioning 2) Keeping an accurate size (they run big)

I looked like i had clown feet! good quality, i am usually a size 9 in womens and i got that but they were a little loose. I am going to exchange them for a size 8 1/2.

Luv! These sneakers, always receive compliments, most people don't realize they come in leather. I bought this pair as a present. I purchased separate insoles for arch support and that helped in making them more comfortable. I wear thin socks, if you are going to wear thick socks go up a half size. I gave it 4 stars because I had to purchase other insoles.

I ordered a 6 1/2 women, my usual size, and they fit perfectly. I am glad I did not size down, as others suggested. The shoes are really cute, they arrived within days and I am very happy I ordered them from Zappos!

The first two weeks I wore these they hurt like hell. They felt narrow by the toes and there was something in the shoe that was really bothering my pinky toe on my right foot. When I stuck my hand inside it just felt like a knot from the sewing. I could only wear them for so long then I had to take them off. I debated whether I should return them since I had already walked around outside in the dirt but I gave it some more time and now they are breaking in pretty good. I have other Chucks and I'm sure it's the leather that made these uncomfortable at first so hang on if they feel a little awful at first...otherwise these are so sexy to wear with shorts, jeans, or even dresses!

These shoes are great. I used to spend a lot of money on Common Projects sneakers (and similar), but these are very chic, at a fraction of the price. The fit is maybe just a TINY bit bigger than my other Converse sneakers in 8.5.

I absolutely love this shoe! It's one of my favorites. I wear them all the time. They run a half size big so order down half a size.

If you're fan of canvas Chucks, the leather version fits exactly the same. Like all Chucks, they're pretty narrow and offer zero arch support, but are generally comfortable for kicking around. The leather is thin, supple and very bright white. The tongues slip to the sides a bit more than I'd like and require regular adjustment (or super-tight lacing) to stay put - very minor complaint. The only real bummer about these guys is they don't come in half-sizes.

I have used "running" shoes as casual shoes for years, but when I transitioned to minimal and zero drop shoes for running, I figured I'd try this old reliable again as casual shoes. Sizing was difficult for me, and they feel a tiny bit too large. Unfortunately the next size down was too small. Part of the problem is the flat nature of the shoe, they really don't contour inside at all, and my feet move around a bit inside them. Still, they are very stylish. The leather is thin, but seems durable enough. They are somewhat weather resistant. I have a pair in white and black, and I've let the black pair get dirty and look worn. I keep the whites clean. It's just an odd personal preference. Overall I like these shoes a lot. I've gotten used to the "sloppy" fit and lack of cushioning and wear them regularly. Zappos sent me these within a week for a very good price.

Perfection! Classic Chucks in all black leather = sleek + durable. Easy to clean, though they rarely look dirty. Looking forward to having these for many years.

I got these because I was looking for an everyday sneaker-type shoe that is both casual and smart enough to be versatile but also waterproof, and able to be worn in winter. I'm usually a size 5 in a shoe but often get a 6 for a boot style, especially if I might wear thick socks. But with Converse I've found their shoes run quite large so I went back and forth between ordering a 6 or a 5 . Fortunately, Zappos' return policy is so seamlessly easy that I knew it didn't matter too much. So I used the foot measurement guide and wound up going for the 5, and it's the right size. There's still room at the toe with socks, but it's fine. These are comfortable and for me and was looking for, this was a very good purchase!

Nostalgic Chucks - I like the look and fit of the leather and canvas shoes. The only concern I have is that the sole is already beginning to separate from the leather upper with just a couple days of light wear. The canvas ones usually took much longer. Wear supportive insoles if you normally need them. They work well in these shoes.

My Experience - First off, I have to say that Zappos is the only online shoe store I use that has the most variety in styles and sizes. Zappos next day aired my sneakers at no extra cost to me and that was awesome. Thank you! Ok, my review on the Converse All Star Hi All Leather - look amazing, as for comfort, that's my biggest complaint. They barely have any cushion or support. They are very low to the ground, but I recommend that you buy some type of inner soles like jellin or something with support. Now I'm enjoying them again. Thank you Zappos for being the best online shoe and accesories online superstore.

A Classic in Leather - Purchased two pairs of these "Chuck's" in the all black leather: one for my boyfriend and one for my brother. Both absolutely LOVED them. They look as laid back, classic and casual as the canvas versions with the addition of being just a bit special because they're all leather. I also own two pair of low tops in red sequins and graffiti print, and I love those, too. An All-American classic shoe perfect for kicking around on the weekends.

Another pair of Chucks?? Not just your ordinary sneaker ... it's a 'leather Chuck' ... stylish and comfortable ... yes, I'm wearing Chucks at 55 ... grew up with originals ... and still wearing them today ... I currently have six pair and this is the first pair of leather ones ... need to keep them away from my two sons, aged 26 & 24 ... they were over the other day, rummaging in my closet and saw them ... and the leathers remained at my home ... great price, great service ... less than 24 hours from ordering they were at my door. Keep up the great work ...

Good for casual scooter riding - I bought these to ride on my scooter. They look exactly like regular Converse shoes, but the leather provides more protection than canvas.

They don’t form to your feet like canvas converse and are pretty clunky. I’m not impressed and wished I’d returned them. I wanted converse that didn’t stain so easy and thought the leather would solve that problem, but the downsides don’t make it worth it.
