Very well made, attractive, and comfortable. I have no problem walking four miles in these. I bought a half size larger based on other reviews and this worked well.

These are way cuter than Converse Chuck Taylors! PF Flyers are the original retro sneaker. I've worn chucks for years and fond that they wear out fast, make your feet look very long and have no cushion. I'm so glad I finally got a pair of PF Fliers. They are much more comfortable than Converse and make your feet look smaller. The design, price and comfort are awesome. Red is a great color too. Size is true to size. I ordered a half size down due to some reviews saying they ran big but I'm a solid size 9 and the 8.5 was much too small. Zappos overnighted a pair of 9's the next day. Amazing! Zappos rocks my socks off. Thank you Zappos!

These fit me very well. They look pretty sleek, too. (I get some nice compliments.) The backs are cut a little low so they don't dig in when I flex my foot as I walk and don't rub. They also work beautifully with my orthotics.

Chuck who? I recently bought some Converse Jack Purcells. I wore them a few times and the rubber started pulling away from the canvas. I wanted some old school canvass shoes. I stumbled upon these and thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did. The construction is better than the Converse shoes. These are also a little wider. They are much, much more comfortable. The lo's are cut pretty low though and that took some getting used to. The heel didn't slip, but they feel like they are barely on. Just something to consider. I am going to get a pair of hi's next.

Great simple shoes. Sizing seems to be a craps shoot though. I read a lot of reviews that said to order a half size larger than your normal size. I'm sure glad I didn't. I measure a 10 medium on a Brannock device. I ordered a 10 and a 9.5. The 10 was huge and the 9.5 was still too big. Sent them both back and ordered a 9. Thank god for Zappos amazing service.

Awesome shoes! Very retro cool. They hug the foot so they do not look clunky. Much more comfortable than Converse, these 'Flyers' have a lot more cushion. I usually wear a size 7 M, but had to exchange for a 6.5. As always the exchange was hassle free!

These babies could fly you to the moon and back, they are just that lightweight and retro-fabulous. Much more comfortable than their Converse counter-parts, and with better support. The first time I put them on, I wore them sockless for hours without a pinch, chafe or rub. Not the same color options as Converse, but well worth toning down to neutral, considering the increase in comfort and cuteness.

These are my second pair of PF Flyers from Zappos, and I love them. Super cute, comfortable and supportive, they are everything a woman wants in a casual sneaker.

PF Flyers: Because retro is cool (and so is good posture). Ordered these guys as my summer shoe, and have found them comfortable and stylish. Usually wear a 12 in Converse, turns out I run an 11.5 here (thanks to Zappos' amazing service, the exchange was a breeze). Extremely happy with my selection.

I love these shoes. These are 1000xs better than Converse. They last longer, have better arch support and are way cute. I recommend these to everyone who complains about their chucks.

I have issues with shoes because of scar tissue from a acccident and these shoes and these dont rub or irritate in any way. Also the soles are very comfortable and have plenty or support for all day wear.Plus they are very cute I get lots of compliments on them.

PF Flyers have always been superior to Converse. They are better in comfort, style and detailing. Eventually, I will have them in every color. Sorry, Chuck Taylor.

Awesome sneaker, had some as a kid and they are as great as I remember. The only bummer is that there isn't the 'Red Ball' that I remember as a young-un. I am able to jump higher since I purchased these shoes. Also, Zappos rocks!

These shoes blow my socks off!!!! They are very comfortable. Both my son and I wear them because they are extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They have a great retro look and he said they are very comfortable for a canvas sneaker. Even our teenage daughter approves of them.

These are absolutely great. They are way stronger than the average Chuck Taylor and take about twice as long to wear out.

Beats Chuck Taylors for sure - Had been looking for this style of canvas shoe for a long time. Chuck Taylors just don't cut it. Love the sole. And comfy. Love it.

Great product, great service! I was so excited when I found that Zappos had PF Flyers! I had PF Flyers when I was a kid and these are just like the ones I had! I love them. The new shoe smell is just like I remembered. The fit and feel is great, I am so happy! Zappos is awesome!

New fav sneakers! I love these shoes! immediately after receiving them I walked throughout New York all day long for two days (fully expecting blisters since they were brand new).. but they are extremely comfortable! So cute too!

PF Flyers Center Lo Re-Issue - Great fitting shoe, very comfortable and stylish!

Re-visiting the past - My first pair of sneakers was a pair of PF-Flyers. If I remember right they put my mother back 5 or 6 bucks. Ahhh...the good old days. I saw these; I went nuts. I had to have them. They fit well, they look good, and for a few moments when I wear them I’m 10 years old again. Hey, not a bad deal...except my family looks at me kind of strange especially my grandchildren. Such is youth theirs and mine.

Half a Lifetime - When I was a Kid, PF Flyers were the only canvas shoe that my mother would buy for us (there were 4 of us). She said that they were the only ones that wouldn't mess up our feet. They are the most comfortable sneaker ever made and I was glad to have found a place where I can still get them.

LOVE THIS RETRO SHOE! I looked all over the web for this shoe for a year and found it here at ZAPPOS.COM, but my size wasn't available at the time. I love ZAPPOS for many reasons. The products (including the PF FLYER) looks just like it is represented on the website, the price is fair, the package arrives quickly; and they offer to have an e-mail sent to you when an item becomes available which is the greatest. I love this shoe. I love ZAPPOS and have and will continue to purchase from them.
