Super cute but VERY SMALL! These are really cute shoes but run extremely small! I usually wear a size 6.5 so that's what I ordered. Got them and I could barely get my foot in the shoe. They are also very narrow!

I was thinking that since these were sized for men/women, that they would be sized a little wider than average. They are not. They are clunky and uncomfortable. I wish I had returned them.

I thoroughly enjoyed this shoe. It looks good, and felt great to wear. The big problem I had is that within 4 months of wearing this shoe for regular activity, just walking, the sole of the shoe wore away. Around the front of the shoe in the center on both shoes. They ended up in the trash. I understand that as a larger man, at around 310 lbs, shoes would wear away faster...but I really did expect them to last at least 6 months to a year.

We have porcelain tile floors in our home and my wife bought me PF Flyers to wear in lieu of house slippers. The retro styling and PF panache made these shoes an attractive and unique alternative. I got one size larger than my normal size, a condition I have experienced before with unisex sizing. These shoes run narrow, which is fine with me, since most men's sneakers are too wide for my skinny feet. The cheesy removable Posture Foundation insoles provide little in the way of cushioning or support. The shoes appear otherwise well-made. I cannot wear them without socks, since the toe of the shoe made my feet hurt. With socks, they are great. Orthodics would make these shoes as expensive as shoes with better support built in. But for kicking around the house, these shoes rock. I will be getting more in other colors in the future and the wife wants some too. Thanks, Zappos for the great service as always.

I love the look of the shoes, but I would not consider them comfortable. The part behind my heel slips when I walk causing a squeaking noise with each step, which is very annoying. It seems I need to wear thicker socks with these shoes, otherwise, my toes start to hurt from the extra material on the bottom of the tongue. The sole seems to be very good quality, but the upper canvas construction seems cheap. I would only recommend these shoes to be warn for short periods of time and they do look very cool. I love Zappos and would recommend this company to everyone. The service is perfect. I will continue to shop here.

I love the style and look of these. My foot tends to run wide, so the rubber breaks at the widest of my width. The biggest disappointment was the fading of the canvas. My one year old PF Flyer's look way older than my 8 year old Chuck Taylor's. That made me sad.

Ouchy - Although super cute, these shoes tore my feet to shreds! I have cuts on my pinky toe and side of my foot from the rough inside edges (hard to explain, I guess not edges, but seems) and yes I was wearing nice thick socks. I’m bummed! I have orthotics because I have such high arches and when I put them on my heel came right out of the shoe!

Rubbed the toes! I thought these were cute, and I remember wearing PF Flyers as a child, since they promised you could "Run Faster, Jump Higher" in their advertising. Even though these seemed to be the correct size for me, the funny round toe area actually rubbed my big toe a lot. The shoe wasn't too short, but it rubbed my toe when I tried to walk in them. I thought the inner sole was much more supportive than most of these types of shoes. If I can find one that really fits, I think I'd enjoy wearing PF Flyers.

They were comfortable and good looking shoes, but they are not at all durable. These shipped March 4th, 2014. It is currently April 12th. Rubber trim has broken away from the canvas in so many places. Also, the canvas inside the heel has peeled away, exposing the rubber heel. This also means I have bits of shredded canvas rubbing against the back of my heel all day. This is all after one month of use. I work retail. I spend the day on my feet, but it's all time spent indoors on tiled floor. It's not as if I am running around in gravel or splashing through puddles of corrosive chemicals. Very disappointed.

I really like the style of the shoe. I purchased the white pair. I wore them for about a week and then I put them in the wash and I didn't dry them at all in the dryer and they turned yellow and now I can't seem to get that out. Mind you the shoes were not hardly dirty at all. Not happy at all with these shoes.

The famous posture foundation "wedge" was invented in the 1940s and at this date in time makes no orthotic sense. As a matter of fact I think the shoe is not only orthotically incorrect and bad for posture, but I found them horribly uncomfortable. Possibly they need breaking in, but honestly I haven't had to break-in a pair of athletic shoes in 30 years. I wore them a few days and could not wait to get them off my feet at the end of the day. My Converse All-Stars I can wear all day and at the end of a day fall asleep on the couch with them on. Converse All Stars have no arch support, it's like tying a flat piece of rubber to the bottom of your foot, but that's what I like about them, I like to walk and run barefoot (actually about 6 miles) and the Converse are great for that if you are a minimalist when it comes to arch support. Read "Born to Run" by Chris McDougall or google him to learn about the science of running barefoot and the idea of minimal arch support. I will say the PF Flyers are very attractive and got good comments about them every time I wore them (about three days and then I had to put them in storage, i.e. the garbage can).
