Gotta luv 'em - I am thoroughly pleased with my Zappos.com experience. I purchased a pair of PF Flyers Center Lo Re-issue sneakers in Navy. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted. I have read a lot lately about the possibility of overly supportive shoes actually being bad for your feet; not allowing the foot to flex and stretch naturally, etc. I don't know if that is true or not, but decided to start going barefoot where possible and wearing comfortable but less supportive shoes. The PF Flyer's are somewhat supportive, for a sneaker, but not extremely so. They were comfortable right out of the box and I have worn them quite a lot already. They look great with jeans and are also a nice bit of nostalgia, as I wore the same shoe as a kid. My feet seem to be responding well to my tactic of wearing less-supportive shoes. I had a big toe that was starting to give me some problems, and having seen friends suffer from bunions, I wanted to avoid that. My toe is definitely straighter, and also completely pain free. I'm certainly not offering advice about foot care - I'm no podiatrist - but I am pleased with my results.

Great shoe - Zappos is great. Ordered this shoe at 9pm and got it the next day! This shoe fits perfectly and is great looking. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

PF - Lots of compliments on this shoe, I have the all black model, very comfortable, good weight. Looks good when dressing up or down.

Comfortable Canvas! If you're flat-footed like me, try these on for size! Way more comfortable out of the box--I didn't need to put inserts in the like the *other* classic canvas shoe.

Too Narrow - Shoes look cool and have more support than converse. Unfortunately they run extremely narrow, and are uncomfortable after a few hrs.

Old Skool Tuff - These sneakers are very comfortable and true to size. They come with a removable contoured insole, so that saves you some money and a trip to your local convenient store. They are a bit wider in the toe area than Converse, so they don't rub on the top of my pinky-toes the way Chucks do. I got the totally black version, and they look pretty tough, with black laces and black grommet holes. I'm still not sure this price is reasonable for canvas sneakers but they are a cool deviation from Chucks if you are looking for an old-school alternative.

Nice Looking - I was disappointed that the minute I tried these sneakers on I knew I'd have to return them. They were just too tight. I sometimes go a half size up because of the width of my feet but I just knew that wouldn't work with these shoes. So if your foot is a little wide, these sneakers are not for you.

Lo Re-issue - These are the best canvas vintage-style sneaker out there -- durable and comfortable. Very stylish for a very reasonable price.

99% perfect sneaker! I feel like Goldilocks: Converse are too flat, Simples have become too flimsy, and this year's Superga is too pointy... but these Flyers are FABULOUS! Lots of rubber, a round toe, room at the 'neck', true woven canvas, and a nice arch. Wow. The only thing I would change is a higher toe box. Based on some of the reviews, I ordered a half-size up, and it fits great. YIPPEE.

Awesome Classic - I am very happy with my PF Flyers. I like the classic look, but these are way better than Converse All Stars, which are flat. The Rigid Wedge in the PF Flyers gives a comfortable fit for the arch, so you can wear these all day. Just make sure to get a 1/2 size larger fit.

Red PF Flyers Center Lo Re-Issue - As Converse is again the rage, PF Flyers is a fun addition. They cost more than Converse, but I see the extra quality and material. The feel is a bit stiffer so size is critical. I think these are hot.

Coolest shoes EVER!!!!! I highly recommend these shoes to everyone. They are definite head turners and very comfy.

PF Flyers - These shoes are very comfortable, great for going out cause they still look dressy. The company uses a wedge type of thing in the sole that feels funky at first, but very comfortable now.

Cute Comfort - This shoe has a great fit for this sneaker style with plenty of toe room. It offers good support in a very comfortable, cute shoe.

I have bought 0.5 size larger than my actual size and that was a good decision. Much more comfortable than Converse, honestly. Great look. Really like them.

Fun Shoe! Love these PF Flyers - I feel younger just knowing I'm wearing them! The fit is great and I like the navy. Wish they had red in my size, too - I'd order a second pair!

They look great! These are a great alternative to your typical lace-up canvas shoe. They are well-made and LOOK it. I think they run a bit large though. In retrospect, I should have gone half a size lower.

Converse vs. PF flyers - I hope this review answers some fit questions for women. In dress shoes I wear an 8, hiking shoes. Athletic shoes, a 9. In Converse with the unused but necessary extra toe room, men’s 6.5. The PF Flyers are woman’s 8.5 and fit like a dream! The lowish heel is great for people like me with prominent bony ankles, yet don't slip off. They are very comfortable sized with gym socks, for me. Best of all, they don't make you look like you are wearing skis!

Really comfortable for walking around - I find them to be more comfortable than Converse - the insoles in them are nice. They're good looking and don't make my feet look too long like they do with Chuck Taylors.
