Ecco Track Gore-Tex - My husband loves the Ecco brand for their comfort. Ecco shoes use to be made really well - the quality has suffered in recent years.

Ecco New Track IV - I own a landscape construction company and am constantly checking on jobs and seeing potential clients always in and out of my truck on rough dirty terrain and then sitting at someone’s kitchen table on a sales call. All Ecco Gore-Tex products are reliable, last a long time under tuff conditions. I purchase new boot and loafer style products about every year and a half and wear the product almost daily. I could not recommend a better foot product. Spend good money and take great care of your feet.

Eccos don't disappoint. This shoe replaced a suede finish version I had for a year. Although I bought them for work, they became the most comfortable shoe I owned. I just packed for a 3 day weekend, and knew I didn't have to take an extra pair of shoes... Great comfort and dressy enough for any occasion.

Track IV - I bought the Track IV based on my experience with the Ecco Track II's I've had for an amazing 6 years. They were the toughest, best quality pair of shoes I've ever owned, and being a 53 year old construction guy I've owned a lot of shoes. They were amazing in quality, and held a shine better than any shoe I've had. So I bought the Track IV's and it seems I made another good choice. They are clearly also a high quality shoe that appears will last for some time.

Solid versatile comfort - As far as sizing, comfort and durability, Ecco has been one of the most consistent companies I've found. These are simply the most well-made shoes I own, and, in addition to keeping you warm and dry in the snow, they look pretty snappy coming in off the street. Also great on trails and long urban strolls.

Good for Flat Feet & Mephisto Lovers - With a thick pair of Thorlo socks, these beat even Mephisto for long term comfort. I plan to use them for my next Euro trip after my Mephisto Match gave me blisters on the last one. Contrary to reviews and advice I've seen, I find low or no arch support better for my flat feet. Too much arch support just creates a pressure point. His look is good, although a bit "rugged" for some urban settings.

Great shoe! This is an excellent shoe! I was a Clarks devotee until their brand became cheaply made. Ecco stepped in and saved me. My first pair has worn well, although some of the material around the heel rim right in the area of the Achilles Tendon slipped down inside the shoe - I had to perform "surgery" on the shoe to keep that piece from impinging lower down on my heel. Even though this shoe is great, I wish Ecco made an essentially identical, yet non-Gore-tex version - I think it would be a little cooler and perhaps mildly more comfortable on the top section of the foot where the Gore-tex lining material can bunch up around the continuous tongue. Nonetheless, this shoe is very comfortable whether at work with khakis or with a thicker sock for hiking. There is plenty of room in the toe box, but somehow the shoe never feels sloppy regardless of how thick of a sock I'm wearing... perhaps an attribute of the soft leather Ecco uses in its construction. I've purchased a few pair in fear Ecco will discontinue them, including the boot version, which is similarly comfortable. Thanks Zappos for your amazing service! I've had such problems finding a good shoe with my bad back and slightly different sized feet, but Zappos has made it possible. There really is no better way to shop for shoes than with Zappos.

Eccos all the way!! I have owned several pairs of Ecco shoes and have always been satisfied. The New Track IV did not disappoint either. I am on my feet 12 to 15 hrs. per day and the firm footing provided by this shoe makes a positive difference in my day. It feels slightly over-sized, but is perfect in every other way.

Great Shoes - These shoes are comfortable and stylish. Ecco shoes have always been my favorite and enjoy wearing them for work and play.

Finally, I found the perfect shoe! I've been looking for a waterproof walking shoe that's not overly stiff and this is it. I like it better than the Track IV Plain Toe because there's more flex in the shoe. The Plain Toe flexes over the leather (because there's a longer toe box) and this one has a fabric/leather flex point at the end of the laces that makes it feel already broken in. Plus, there's a rugged look that looks great with jeans or with khaki's. Thanks to Zappos quick service, I actually received these a day early. I ordered them via my iPhone at 1am on a Saturday night and got them on Monday, even through it was scheduled to be here on Tuesday. Zappos got it out in the middle of the night!

I love this shoe, almost as much as I do Zappos! I have a problem finding comfortable shoes primarily because my metatarsal bones protrude downward, making walking painful in most shoes. I have several pairs of Ecco shoes which are all comfortable. I have owned the Track IV high top for about 3 years and it has proven to be excellent in every way! The cushioning hasn't diminished in that time and it still looks practically brand new everywhere! So I bought the low top version. The thing that amazes me is that even with lugs on the soles, these shoes are considerably more comfortable to my foot than any of the regular Ecco dress shoes!! It's another plus that they help keep my feet warm in cool to cold weather. Most Ecco shoes seem to run large, but for some reason the Track IVs seem to be more true to size to me. Did I mention that Zappos is just awesome?

Steve - Very comfortable shoe for walking and the office (assuming yours is business causal). The sole gives this shoe a very supportive yet cushioned feel. I wear an arch support since I have flat feet, but regardless, I would recommend discarding the factory inserts and getting high quality "after market" ones for maximum cushioning. I also find the toe box roomy and the tongue nicely padded which adds to the comfort, especially if you have problem feet like mine. I highly recommend.

Great Work Shoe - This pair is extremely comfortable. I can't wait to use it this winter.

Incredible shoe! I am a USPS Letter Carrier and trust me, I know a thing or two about shoes. These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and I am standing or walking 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I have tried everything, New balance, Rocky, etc... But these are the first shoes I have had that make you forget you are even wearing shoes. Super light weight, nice wide toe box, feels like waking barefoot but with super grip on any terrain, wet slopes, grass, mud etc.. I plan on ordering the New Track IV High for winter. I have never spent so much on a pair of shoes, but if you work on your feet all day, you'll find these Eccos worth every penny.

No size 48 like the prev. style - I was first off very excited to see a new style ECCO track; however, while browsing through the sizes I took distinct notice that there were no sizes above EU-48 as the previous style had. I then thought with Zappos great return policy I would just buy them in a size 47 and see if they would fit. Surprisingly enough if you are an EU-48 prior Ecco Track wearer you will be glad to know the size EU-47 will fit.

Great Shoe for Work/Casual - My first pair of ECCO'S. Overall excellent, well cushioned, and comfortable shoe. Conservative appeal with a modern style. Started wearing 11 hours per day out of the box with no foot pain. Only complaint is lack of arch support.

Eccos are wonderful - This is my second pair. The last ones lasted about 5 years of daily wear and still had life in them. Definitely worth the price.

Very happy with the purchase! Great pair of shoes. Extremely comfortable, which is exactly what I wanted. The shoe is light weight and sturdy. Can't wait to try them in the winter weather. The purchasing and delivery processes were free of any glitches. They arrived exactly on the day they were promised.

Awesome Shoe!!!!!! I wanted a good shoe for indoor and outdoor work. I'm a chef that works on yachts. So I work indoor and out. The shoe is slip resistant and great in all aspects of working outdoors in rain and in the kitchen with water grease etc. Not only are they an awesome shoe but mine lasted 3 1/2 years.

Gore Tex Quality Shoe - I was looking for a Gore-Tex quality work shoe that can look a little dressier than most. This model has quite a large sole to it but it extremely comfortable and will do the trick once the snows come. I am sure they will treat my feet very nicely this winter.

This was my 10th pair of ECCOs. Like the others, I found them to be of high quality and comfort. And they look better than most other dressier casual shoes. This was, however, the first time ECCOs one-width size was an issue. I had to have a repair shop add a millimeter of width to one shoe.

Best looking Ecco Gore-Tex ever. I have owned 7pairs of Eccos. These are the best looking Gore-Tex Eccos ever. For the first time I have given thought to whether I should wear an old pair out in the muck. I wear a 10D, which in Ecco land means 44 plus a thin insole. Great support, grippy sole and my wife doesn't gripe when I wear them with a sport coat. ZAPPOS service, pricing and speed are the absolute best. Keep up the good work Mr. Zap, 3 of the lawyers in my office now use Zappos after casting envious eyes at my Track IV's.

Much more stylish than the Track II- Great shoe, warm and very comfortable. No break-in required as I bought them, and took them immediately with me to NYC for Christmas and walked Manhattan for 5 straight days. I have had the Track II Gore-Tex in the past, and my wife was pleasantly surprised that the Track IV was much better looking (i.e. not quite so "hiking boot" looking).
