I use the product as a camp counselor. The organization pocket is PERFECT. It holds everything. The fleece lined pocket for sunglasses are a nice touch. I thought it didn't have much stuffing capacity in the second main pocket but then I noticed the expandable strap at the bottom of the bag and it was a beautiful surprise. The waiting buckle really helps with heavy loads. Also I love that the bag is water repellant! What an awesome surprise! The padding on the straps and back are so amazing. I also love the water bottle holders on the side. All the mesh ones don't secure my water bottle and now I can bend over and pick stuff up without worrying my water bottle will fall out. This bag checks all my boxes

The backpack has cushioned straps, is large enough to hold all your gear, has plenty of pockets, and is durable.

I got this backpack for school and i'm honestly so excited to use it. I've had a bunch of different backpacks before and i've always had problems with them, hopefully I won't with this one. I'm going into my sophomore year of high school and although it is a bit on the pricey side, it's definitely worth your money. It is a bit big but all the space is great.

Can't do to much of a review right now has not been used in school yet. But when got color is bright and looks like a good sturdy back pack

I have been a long-time fan of NorthFace backpacks for school. I used them all through middle school, high school, and even as a junior in college. They are the perfect size and provide plenty of pockets to keep my electronics and books safe. I also love how light and flexible they are. I have to walk long distances to my classes on campus, and the backpack is perfectly comfortable and makes my life so much easier. I will never use a different backpack.

Loved the backpack but the cord came out of the anchor. Sent to warranty & was returned in worse condition (wet & musty) and not repaired. Not getting a response from warranty center as to why.

Amazing backpack!! A lot of space for camping and specially for school. Keeps all my stuff well placed and organized.

It said 3-5 business days on how long it would take for delivery but it's been over a week and it still says it going to be here in 3 days horrible service all they can do is give a 10$ coupon I needed this backpack for school but it looks like I won't have one

Great quality, just what my son wanted for college!

My previous Northface lasted over 10 years - that's how well made it was! The Borealis bagpack is perfect as an airport carry on. As a petite individual, Ospreys are too large on me and the Borealis is the perfect size. In addition to amble storage and packing space, it has a laptop compartment and is larger than my previous bag. Also great for remote working, hiking, and school. Did not cause any back or shoulder pain after long periods of wearing.

Holds up great. Very functional- we bought it for our middle school son.

This Borealis backpack is my daily backpack to work. And I recently used it for my one month trip to Asia. It provide well organized compartments for ease of access during trip on trains or flights. Very comfortable to put in my shoulders for a long city walk.

I use the product for school. I love the warranty on it. It is lifetime warranty and can be exchange if anything happens to it due to the manufacture. (Lifetime warranty does not include wear and tear)

Bought for my son who started high school. Previously he only wanted under armour. The north face bookbag has much better protection for his laptop and plenty of storage. While we may have paid a little more than under armour, the durability and organization in this bag is well worth it.

I bought a borealis backpack in 8th grade (quite a purchase for my 13 year old self) and it lasted me 7 years! Unfortunately at the end of this past term one of the straps broke. I sent it back to The North Face to be repaired and promptly heard back. I was told that it falls under warranty but could not be fixed :( they then graciously offered me a credit to replace it with a new backpack! I will be buying again from The North Face because I know they care for their customers!

I love this backpack. It has everything I need, and more. So much space, and very comfortable.

It's a light backpack and design reduces tremendous pressure on my shoulder signicantly when it is heavy.
