Poor quality, water gets through, bag folds over, and worst of all the straps slide off my shoulders each time I wear them no matter how I adjust the bag. Not very user friendly.

Great for traveling. Stores so much inside. Zippers are very high quality. Excellent color. Very secure.

I bought two backpacks for my girls.It is great for carrying their school supplies along with a laptop. It also has great padding to support their back. I saw my kids hunched while carrying their heavy load and I wanted to prevent it from happening. Overall an excellent choice for students and adults.

I use this backpack for travel & school. The back patting and the design of the straps are perfect for me. The 3 spaces and extra pockets fit with my needs. Im a Happy customer i will always come back. :)

I love it because it's great as a school/work bag, travel/flight bag and day bag for a track. Very cozy, comfortable and lightweight. The compartments make the whole difference - easy to reach, lots of functional pockets.

Very nice backpack

Received a damaged backpack and had to ship it back. Cost of delivery was over $40 and NorthFace would not compensate for time/money lost.

Received the bag with a tear in it (covered under warranty). The price of shipping back was $50, North Face wouldn't cover. Refund takes weeks to process. No compensation for the time/money lost.

My 14yr old loves her backpack she bought it for school. She carries alot of weight during a school day. She said this backpack has great padding & some extra pockets that she needed. She enjoys adding more patches & bag clips for decor. Her first NF backpack she stills has she uses it for sports. U dont throw away a NF packback you have it for many many years. Thank you

This backpack is a perfect combination that allows you to use it as a school/work backpack, as a day pack during your travel or as a hand bag for your flight. I'm very happy to have it, after checking some other brands. This TNF Borealis is definitely an MVP!

After much research I bought this for my middle schooler and I'm shocked at how bad it is! This doesn't even fit a binder and a lunch bag. The stiff plastic laptop backing (which you can't even remove ) extends past the bottom of the pack so it cannot be put down upright can only be laid down which is absurd. It seemed so roomy but it really isn't. Lots of pockets though but maybe that's the problem :-(

Bought for my daughter for Christmas! She's gonna love it!!
