True to size and description. Will be using for short hikes in the mountains and for everyday commute.

We purchased the women's version last year and it was too small. The unisex version is just right. Pocket for laptop and 2 pockets for other smaller items like pens, calculators, etc. The North Face backpacks always last several years so they more than offset the cost.

I use it every day it's extremely comfortable great for walking around campus with all my stuff

I was a little leery about ordering online without seeing the item. I reviewed some of the reviews and decided to order. I was not disappointed. The quality is more than I expected. I purchased this for my granddaughter for school and it was a big hit! She was so excited and said it was exactly what she wanted. She also said it's so comfortable to wear and has lots of space. She also loves thats it's rain resistant. I highly recommend this item.

Very confortable and great design inside and outside.

I had an older Borealis backpack that lasted for years! And just got one less than a month ago from dicks and the zipper gets caught on poor design job. Extra fabric where the zipper gets stuck.

Love the product but was promised I would receive in 3-5 days. Took 7 days and was too late. My son had left for college. I only bought through this site due to delivery promise. I then had to spend $$ to ship it to him later.

it can fit so much stuff i love it especially the laptop pocket, i also usually overpack so i think that this is a huge bag but very much it doesnt look huge on your back its such a great bag. buy it!

This bag was bought for my daughter for school and she is extremely happy with it. It's spacious and durable with double straps across the chest and waist for balance and support to help eliminate back/shoulder strain and the price was reasonable we love all things north face very very good quality bag
