I love these books. They look great, and fit so perfectly that I put them on brand new (without Bandaids)and wore them every day without stop for three weeks for walking all over New York, Istanbul, and elsewhere in Turkey. I ordered a Wide -- a choice I really appreciate. Perfect. This is my second pair of Canadienne boots. The previous pair fit as perfectly as this pair from the first time I put them on. I can't recommend this brand highly enough.

I am a real fan of La Canadiene boots and have several pairs. They are warm, stylish, and waterproof. What more could you want? I noticed a pair that I have worn for maybe 5 years were getting a little worn, so ordered these. Same suede fabric that cleans easily. Perfect for mucky winter walking. The low heel is comfortable too.

unfortunately I need to return them for a wider size, but super cute bootie!

The arch support was in the wrong place for me.

These boots are BEAUTIFUL and super snuggly. Unfortunately, the instep fit was a bit too tight, even with the zip front, and they have to go back.

I love them! Very stylish even on my 10ww "land yachts" feet. Was going to buy another pair but they have gone up $98 since 11/27/2017 to $398.

Great boot but even when I ordered my true size, 8.5W, it feels half a size too long.

Great fit. Nice and warm. Wore these to a business conference where I had to tromp all over town through the snow but still look professional. Worked with slacks and tights with a dress. Would do it again!

I purchased these boots late in the season but I had a trip to New York City scheduled and knew we would be doing a lot of walking. New York City had been having inclement weather (snow and rain)r and I wanted to be prepared for anything. I ended up wearing these boots all weekend long, morning until we retired at night. They were comfortable,warm and dry. I do have some issues with my feet and did put my orthotics in for more support. Since I have been home, (Ohio weather!) I find that these have been my go to footwear, especially in the cold weather.

This is my second pair of La Canadienne, I have them ankle, medium size hig too..My daughter, my sister, my best friend, we all bought and love them... Expensive ..but great! I wish they would have leather, not short but not too high so we can buy in leather too... I recommend to everyone I know the boots, I love them and can walk all day without hurting, great buy!!

Evitta is a great boot for me. I never know about size and ordered 3 boots ranging from 8.5 to 9.0 based on reviews (this was a size 9). I also need a lower heel due to arthritic toes, but I wanted something stylish. While I actually liked another boot's style that I ordered better, it was not comfortable. This boot is very comfortable, attractive, and easy to put on. I was was able to walk the mall for an hour or so without significant pain. Arch support if average, and I will probably use an insert if I need to do more walking.

I kept these boots, in spite of a slight flaw because I desperately needed them and didn't have time to return for a new pair. Comfortable right out of the box. Walked for blocks in NYC rain. I didn't notice warmth, but feet were nice and dry. My first pair of La Canadienne, but will explore others.

Narrow at the ankle. Comfortable otherwise, and would probably be acceptable just by not zipping it quite to the top, but at this price it should be perfect.

This is a handsome looking suede boot with lovely fleece lining. I typically wear a size EUR 41 but found this boot to be 1/2 size large wearing regular socks/tights. Also, the lack of arch support was disappointing. So back they go.

Just be forewarned, these are a lot narrower than you'd expect. I ordered an extra wide (WW) and thought they'd be crazy wide enough to accommodate a foot orthotic (a sort of hard foot-ankle brace to correct foot-drop due to injury) but the WW was still quite narrow. I have "normal width" feet and usually wear a 6.5-7M so I was surprised to discover that the 7WW comfortably fit my non-injured foot (with socks on) like a 7M would. I can't imagine just how narrow the real 7M would feel like! Other than the width issue, the rest of the shoe is quite nice - very soft plush interior and cute styling. However, even if it were wide enough, I'd still be concerned about the suede exterior, which doesn't look nor feel like it'd last beyond a couple of seasons, especially if worn during the winter.

These are beautiful boots, sadly I am returning them because the fit isn't quite right and the suede is so like velvet I can't believe they will wear well (as other reviewers have also commented).

Great looking boot. Feels wonderful on. Since I ordered them at the end of the winter season I have yet to wear them anywhere and have no idea about how the surface withstands the elements - which is why I gave this 3 stars overall.

Nicely made shoe with comfortable lining. I was shocked that it runs so large. Wow, many people said it ran large, but I usually wear a 9, order a 9, and my foot was swimming it in.

These are beautiful and I love the idea of waterproof boots since I live in Portland, OR...problem is they hurt my feet. No cushion on the bottom of shoe. These hurt even when I'm not walking...the fit is perfect but for some reason they just hurt.

I purchased this adorable boot based on many positive reviews. I've never worn this brand previously. I normally wear an 8W and tried both an 8W and 8WW. Chose the 8WW, which seemed comfy, not tight, not sloppy, on my living room rug walkabout. However, the padding on the bottom of the toe box is quite thin for this price range and it needs more arch support. I think it's these two failings which resulted in swollen feet. I spent a winter week in NYC with sore feet as a result-- and I mean painful. For me this was an expensive mistake. Maybe a half size up in WW would have been a better fit-- but it wasn't available when I ordered. The style is adorable, appreciate the zippered opening (airport security) and waterproofing. I found the WW to fit more like a W. Really wanted to love these cuties, but they are probably going to charity.

Love these boots. They are my "go to" boots during the winter in all kinds of yukky and wet weather. So comfortable from the get go.

Very narrow at the ankle -- if you have thicker ankles, don't buy this boot. Very flat inside -- less support than I'm used to. The fur lining is great, though. I sent them back.
