Cool shoe - dark black suede and soft fur are great. I wear a true 8 but had to reorder an 8.5 and fits great. Zappos returns are so easy and effortless. Thank you!

Love the Skechers. They are warm and cozy, and so quick and convenient to slip on when running errands. Much better than wrestling into a pair of traditional boots. The tread is great for those snow covered and slippery parking lots and sidewalks. The size was right on. I wouldn't wear them for any long distance walking or trek through more than a few inches of snow.

I bought these shoes because I wanted something to keep my feet warm, not be waterproof, but still be able to walk through a little bit of snow if necessary. These fit the bill beautifully. They run just a touch on the small side (I can usually wear an 8.5 but I needed a 9 mainly for my right foot which is just a touch larger than the left), but they do stretch a little and they are very comfy and warm. I have not stopped wearing them since I got them about a month ago.

I was very pleased with my Skechers Shindigs - Fortress shoes. The fit is true to size. I was very pleased with how they looked. They look great with jeans.

I LOVE these shoes. They are warm, stylish and easy to get on and off. I have a narrow foot and they stay on my feet just fine. Can't wait to get more like these.

The Fortress is very comfortable and looks great! The fur inside keeps your feet very warm, so it is excellent for cold weather.

Skechers Fortess - I received the Fortress from a Skechers friend and found them soooooo comfortable. I wear them always. I bought some for my daughter and girlfriend. Five/six stars across the board.

Supper shoe - Exact fit as stated. Excellent quality and over all a great shoe.

Zero arch support! I was extremely disappointed. I have no idea how any reviewer could find support in these. I would have loved them otherwise, but must return.

These are cute shoes for winter sludge, they provide a true and comfortable fit. They feel just a tad heavy with the large treads but overall, I am happy with the purchase. I would recommend these shoes and buy them again. Zappos' service is the best in the world.

Very comfy..Can be dressed up or casual - It took me a while to get used to the open heel. It felt kind of weird. The shoes are super comfy! Almost like slippers!!

Nice Furry Clogs- I bought the Rocket Dog furry clogs and the Sketcher Fortress clogs and these are a little more steady, but my pants don't fall great on the top- either they cover up the fur (which is very cool) or they stick behind it which looks sloppy. I will wear them and like the look anyway. Had to return first pair of 6.5 to get a 7. Order up one half size.

Great slip on and go shoe- Cute and a little rugged looking mule. I like the fur trim- keeps your feet nice and toasty. I have the tan ones and they go nice with jeans. I have a wide foot and ordered these shoes a 1/2 size larger because from experience I found Skechers to run a bit narrow- but I wish I hadn't done so- these are big on me- but since I only wear them to kick around the yard and to run short errands I just put on a thicker sock; so I can't adequately comment on comfort since they don't fit me the way a shoe should. Overall I like these shoes- not a particularly stylish shoe- more like a rugged, functional shoe.

I would love them however they are cheap quality in the heel. The heel area mmediately broke down and lost fur making them look crappy. The rest was well made. I bought a pair in black and brown at the same time because I like the slip on backless type. The same thing happened to both pairs.
