I am sending these back. They are way too narrow and also small. I purchased many pairs of Rieker size 40 us 8½-9. I never had a size issue before.

I've worn these shoes for several years, and they are still the most comfortable ones I have found. They are good looking, and they help with my back problems. I have them in three colors, and I'm now wearing my second pair of the black ones. They are great with jeans or with dressier pants.

I found these shoes to be the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever purchased. They hug my feet and the inner padding on the soles is so comfortable. I have a wide foot and I'm usually hard to fit, but these shoes are just right. And of course Zappos is the best!

Great shoe - I had a pair of these in another color. They are comfortable and fit well and more importantly can be worn all day in comfort.

Teacher gives Rieker shoe A+! I teach first grade and am on my feet all day. I also have narrow heels and wider toe base. These shoes are so comfortable that I find myself wanting to wear them every day! The medium width is narrow enough for slim feet, but not so narrow that they pinch all day. They are also stylish enough to wear with dress pants, but casual looking to wear with jeans. I added a gel insert for perfect comfort. I always get compliments when I wear them!

Love Rieker! I currently own two pairs of Riekers and am looking to add to my collection. Not only do they have super soft leather and are really comfortable and stylish, but Riekers are a brand you just don't see everywhere you turn. The only negative (for me) is that there isn't good arch support, so I just add a gel insole and I'm good to go. And this minor issue certainly hasn't stopped me from being a Rieker fan.

Comfortable and classy - I work as a restaurant and bar manager. I walk at least 9 miles a day for my job. This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever purchased and it looks great! I will be buying another pair shortly!

One of the best shoes I own. I own 4 pairs of the same style shoes in different colors. I actually wanted another one of the same style but the color I wanted was not available when I looked for it on your web site. The first two pairs that I owned I have had for the last 2 years and I love them. They are very comfortable and they still look new after 2 years. The reason I bought two additional pairs of the same exact style is I was worried it will be discontinued. After two years of wearing the other two pairs, I do notice that the arch support is starting to give even if the outside look of the shoes is great. I have a very high arch and I also need surgery on my feet due to bunions. Due to medical reasons I cannot have the surgery so I opted for shoes that will keep my feet from hurting and this shoe had absolutely done a wonderful job so I can walk without pain.

Great shoe - Love this shoe. so comfortable right oout of the box, could wear all day. I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal for a good fit.

Love these shoes! This is my 2nd pair of Rieker's. I've had my first pair for 5 years, and they are marvelous. My newest pair are extremely comfortable. I'm a high school math teacher, and I'm on my feet all day long. I can go from 7:00am until 9:30 PM, and my feet don't hurt a bit!

Great Shoe! I own two pairs of this shoe, both black and whiskey. I bought the whiskey pair first and wore it all afternoon the first day I had it and it felt so good that I decided to get a black pair also. I wear a narrow width, but this shoe works great for me, even without thick socks. I can wear thin trouser socks or a knee high hose, and it fits snug. It required no breaking in, either. This shoe is classy looking and much better than the picture represents. This is my first time to try Rieker, but will definitely be looking at more styles.

Reiker 56162 - I just love this shoe, it was comfortable the first time I put it on and looks great with any outfit. They look better than the picture. I'm not sure which I like better, this shoe or Zappo's, guess it's a tie.

Comfort with class - I now own these shoes in black and brown. I hope they will still be available when these wear out.

Fabulous! I own this shoe in another color. When I went to the store, I was told the shoe is no longer available and to try online. Your site was the first to come up. I am VERY satisfied with the shoe and the timely manner in which I received it.

Rieker 56162 - I just love this shoe. I now have them in blue, black and chestnut. They are so comfortable and good looking. I wear them with slacks and they look just great. I wear a 5.5 M and they are a perfect fit.

I can't say enough wonderful things about these shoes! I had knee surgery and can't wear all the cute high and kitten heeled shoes I'm used to wearing. These shoes are classy and comfortable, without compromising my taste. My friends and colleagues have asked where they can buy a pair!

Love this shoe! This is my second pair of this same shoe. I work in a 'Business Causal' office where I wear slacks most days. This pair of shoes is great for office and after office activities. Very comfortable!

Great Shoes! I love these shoes. The color (whiskey) is exactly what I was looking for--they go with so many of my clothes. They run true to size, are extremely comfortable and have great style. I received compliments the first time I wore them to wok.

This shoe is fabulous. It fit wonderfully and required no time for breaking it in. It is a very attractive shoe and I'm sure I'll order more so hope they don't discontinue the style!

I own the black and whiskey shades of this sytle and I absolutely love them. I get compliments every time I wear them and they are so comfortable that I can't believe it. They are extremely stylish and look good with slacks or jeans. The whiskey are a bit tighter than the black though.

Good Shoe but fit is a bit off - This is a great looking shoe. But the fit is a bit off the mark. It might be because this is a British style and perhaps the sizes run differently. Also there seems to be no arch support at all. I had to put inserts for a better fit and feel.

This is a beautiful shoe to wear with slacks but the toe box was way too narrow. I had to return them.
