Loved the product it just wasn't big enough for all the things I needed for school. We are not allowed to use the lockers that are provided for us so mainly we have to shove everything including a laptop into our bag which makes it really hard to carry and maneuver because there are not enough pockets our room to store everything

I Love everything about this pack, except the chest strap. Admittedly, I pack this bag pretty full when I travel for business. When I have my laptop and all my peripherals the bag can get heavy, so I want the chest strap to just take the weight off the edges of my arms. But the chest strap is connected via a bungie cord, making the chest strap about useless. Make it a hard fasten to the staps and this is the perfect pack for the person looking for function and style.

Really like the design, the weight was perfect however the water bottle mesh pocket was disappointing .

I use this for school and it fits my laptop and a journal and a book but after that everything starts to get crammed and kind of hard to fit. I love the fact that there's a front pocket that is unnoticeable. Also love how lightweight my backpack feels even though I have my laptop and books in there. I do recommend , but if you carry a lot of books perhaps consider the fact that it is a bit tight on space.

I use this to commute to and from work. It is a really nice, well designed and durable backpack. The design is great and the laptop sleeve as well as two small outer pockets are lined with a soft material that is perfect for electronics. The only downside to the bag is the water bottle pocket. It is way too tight to fit a regular sized bottle in, only thin bottles will fit.

One star off only because the water bottle pocket is insanely small, rendering it impractical. Everything else is great!

I use this backpack for school and to the gym. I usually go from school directly to the gym, so it's important that my backpack can fit both my gym-gear and school books. The Isabella backpack do have space for both, but if I bring home more than two school books + two notebooks, it gets hard to fit it all in. I really like all the extra pockets and the laptop space it makes it easier to organise stuff. I love the small pocket on the top, I keep things that I need to be able to access quickly; my phone, my wallet etc. I got the one in black-pink and I love the interior! The pocket outside that stretches is convenient for loose papers. One thing I feel is missing is a water bottle holder at the side. Otherwise, great backpack; comfortable, great interior with a lot of pockets, lightweight and easy to bring anywhere.

This bag is a great size for every day use and for travel. The material is of good quality and is durable. The lining is great in the bag too. My only complaints are the cup pocket is too small for a small water bottle, and the front compartment has no closure. A small snap or button would be better than nothing and could be ignored if storing a larger item.

I loved the look of the backpack, but I could not fit my computer in the compartment. I really wanted to love it but I had to return it because I could not use it.

I used this product as an undergraduate in college. It has been through so much from classes to the library to overnight trips to Australia. It is so durable and just the right size for school or travel. I love it.

Looks great, super professional looking for a backpack, and way cheaper than those Tumis all my co-workers are toting. Wish it was a teeny bit bigger or shaped a little better for accommodating my lunch, but other than that, it's just what I was looking for.

Bought this to hold 15-inch laptop - fits perfectly - and essentials for work as these days my office is wherever I want it to be. Couldn't believe how light and comfortable this is - no more shoulder pain. I'm petite; backpacks from work are huge, bulky and and heavy even empty. Love the style. And the size. Just need to remember not to set this on the ground ... ever.

Purchased for school. Afraid it might be small for larger books.

The design is minimalistic and sleek with clever pockets. Even though the volume is only 17L, it's perfect to carry the essentials whilst travelling.

I am a college student and love this backpack. I mostly bought it because the design is cute and i absolutely LOVE the color (misty rose). However, the inside of the backpack is not that roomy. It has several useful pockets. It fits my 13 inch laptop but it won't fit a few binders/books. Luckily I do not need to carry many books at one time. This backpack is extremely durable and water resistant. I used it in the rain and my stuff stayed dry inside.

This was a great back pack. It lasted all school year, I was able to carry many books in it, and it was comfortable to carry around all day.

This is a nice quality backpack. It is supportive on the shoulders/back. However it is quite small - or at least smaller than expected.

The storage compacity is actually perfect in my opinion. 17 liters is just enough for my computer, hoodie, jacket, accessories and any essentials. What I dont like is the outside mesh pocket, it's flimsy, loose and should have some zipper or whatnot on the top. The shoulder straps are also way to thin and stiff and makes it somewhat uncomfortable to wear, especially for a long period of time as Im out and about for many hours a day. I haven't tried the old model but it actually looks a little smarter compartment wise than this new model. That being said, I love the look of it, I love the storage capacity, the organization is smart enough, although could have been even better. It's a really good bag but not the best

I use this bag daily for work. It's a great bag, but just not as much storage space as I expected. #disappointed

So I've used this for three months now. It's a bit small when you put your laptop, the computer sleeve is tight. I also have legal pads that I place in the computer section, it's hard to put in.

I love this backpack... but sadly the 'water bottle' compartment is just too small to actually hold any regular-sized water bottle or travel mug. As a college student, the travel mug is a crucial component to a successful backpack! I hope the next design of this is more travel mug friendly, everything else about it I really liked.
