Great Shoe - This is the first time I've ever had a pair of Rykas. I teach a lot of aerobic classes and I can not believe how much better my feet feel after wearing this shoe. I highly recommend it for the fitness fanatic.

Great aerobic shoe! Ryka makes the most comfortable and longest lasting studio shoe that I know of. If you are into aerobics I would highly recommend this shoe. There is a lot of support around the ankle, and the cushion is great on the sole for higher impact activities such as step aerobics.

Ryka is the only one for me. As an aerobics instructor I searched for that one great shoe for a long time. Then about 5 years ago I found Ryka Rhythm’s I didn't buy another shoe....until they discontinued it. The N-Gage shoe is almost identical with a few modifications, but is still the BEST shoe out there for all types of workouts. Before Ryka my feet got butchered through my 12-15 classes per week, but since Ryka my feet (and the rest of my body) don't feel the impact. I LOVE THEM!!....they do run half a size small though; always have.

Love them! This is a remarkably comfortable studio mid height exercise shoe. Roomy in the toe box but it has a nice snug fit in the heel, so there is no irritating rubbing or blistering even the first time out of the box. I'll never return these shoes, but I appreciated Zappos liberal return/exchange policy. It's a great place to buy shoes.

Comfy, light - I have a pair of Rykas that were wearing out and I love them, so I ordered these. They are a little higher on the ankle, which I need because I do a lot of lunging and plyometrics. My right Achilles tendon is somewhat tender so I wanted something with support. The shoes are lightweight but I feel safe and sturdy in them. I ordered a half size larger than my normal size (I always do for workout shoes) to accommodate athletic socks (I like them a little thicker).

Excellent buy - I wear these shoes to the gym and find them to be very supportive both for weightlifting and studio classes (step, aerobics etc). They are comfortable, you just have to lace them correctly. They are stylish and I have gotten many compliments. I am very happy with this purchase. I felt confident buying from Zappos due to their return policy. I even bought my husband a pair of Saucony cross trainers (he is very picky) and they fit like a dream. Zappos gets an A+ in my book.

Supportive Shoe - I ordered the Ryka N-Gage Studio aerobic shoe on-line. I am very happy with the fit and support I get. I use it mostly for step-aerobic and body conditioning classes. It's great for jumping and step but also good for lateral moves. It's just the right ankle height. It doesn't cut into my ankles during lateral moves and doesn't slip off the back of my ankles with forward or backward lungeing. I am bored with the white shoes so the black is perfect. I want to order another pair but I am bored with the typical white colored aerobic shoe.

Great shoe - I wear these to Jazzercise and as always, these shoes are perfect.

Ryka Studio shoes - Excellect quality shoe with nice arch support. Put them on and they felt perfect the first time out.

Great shoe- I workout regularly doing all kinds of workouts from step to Tai to high impact to just weight lifting. These sneakers are by far the best I've ever worn, and I've tried Nike, Reebok, and Adidas. They never need to be broken in... They are comfortable from when you first put them on. They look nice and aren't super bulky or heavy either. Ryka definitely knows women's feet. I have one foot slightly larger than the other, so I ordered the 7 1/2 (typically I wear a 7). They were a little roomy on my smaller foot, but the fit was perfect for the other. I just put an extra insole in the right shoe to take up some of the room. I'd say they are true to size and width.

Great Stability Shoe- I am an aerobics instructor and this shoe is great. It has just the right amount of cushion and very comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger. Ryka's usually run a bit small.

GREAT SHOES! WOULD RECOMMEND! I own Contours Express Ladies Fitness, Weight Loss and Sauna and needed a shoe that gave me great lateral movement and support ALL day! I train and teach 8-12 hours a day. These shoes are the best bang for your buck! I have spent $100's and had to break in shoes with achy feet. I have arthritis in my feet and with the arch support these give I do not have any problems. I like the wider toe box, there is no chafing or rubbing. I love the choice to have the color black, they look much more professional and easy to care for. I am on my second pair and recently purchased a pair for my daughter for Christmas. One last thing, Zappos has the best price and they are fast in delivering your shoes.

Ryka shoe - I found this shoe true to size and very comfortable.

Great for Step - I do step aerobics at home and find it hard to locate shoes that offer support for the ankle. Zappos has been a life saver. Their service is awesome. I ordered these shoes for my mom to give me for Christmas. I tested them twice and found them to be exactly what I wanted. The fit and support is great. I haven't had a Ryka shoe in a while (usually go with Reebok), but I'd gladly order a second pair of these.

Ryka N-Gage- I am used to the Ryka Stylus but could not get that style again so I tried the N-Gage. It is a perfect replacement for the Stylus with that little bit of a high-top for ankle stability and the usual high-level of Ryka quality. I am very happy with the shoes.

Best Aerobic Shoe Made- I have been Jazzercising 3 to 4 times per week in Ryka shoes for the past 5 years. In the past I had always ordered a full size larger (based on a recommendation from a shoe store). This time I only ordered a half size larger and felt that the fit is much better. These are performance shoes, so when you first put them on they do feel 'structured' - but once worn in an aerobics class- particularly if you do a lot of jumping, hopping, high impact moves- these babies really provide great support. I suggest taking out the insole and buying Sof Soles-Athletic to give you even more shock absorption.

Fantastic supportive workout shoes! I just bought these to use for my ultra-tough step class and don't know how I lived without them. I have flat feet and not very stable ankles, and the shoes are extremely supportive, light, and provide lots of bounce. I'm sure I can work harder with them.

The best aerobic shoe- Ryka's products are better than any product out there. The Ryka N-Gage Studio aerobic shoe is the third pair ot Ryka brand shoe that I own and it has far exceeded my expectations. The support is exceptional, as is the comfort.

Ryka comes through again with a great aerobic shoe- This shoe is well cushioned and offers great support. The room my aerobics class is located in is definitely not a floor surface intended for this purpose. Without this shoe, my feet were in agony; finally I can do step aerobics and not be in pain and constantly conscious of the pounding of each step on my feet. I did think the shoe felt smaller; at least a half size if not a full size.

Bravo! Once again Ryka produces a real studio shoe. This shoe stands up to 3 to 4 step classes a week. Great fit, cushioning, support and a light shoe to boot! Zappos is the best too! Great service and outstanding selections - always check them first!

If you are an avid group exerciser these are a MUST HAVE - I love Ryka so I knew these shoes would be as comfortable as my previous. They in fact are even more cushioned and offer more stability - complete forefoot, heel, and ankle support you can count on use after use. I do 5 group exercise classes or more a week - step, kickbox, body sculpt and absolutely could not live w/out these shoes. I have no arches and bad feet - these shoes are fully supportive and my feet feel great after an intense workout. These shoes are by far the best out there.

Ryka N-Gage Studio shoes - I have plantar fasciitis and have a terrible time finding shoes that are supportive enough for studio classes. These are perfect. The only thing I would recommend is that you get a 1/2 size smaller. They are a bit bigger than expected even with orthotics in them!

Excellent cushioning - From previous experience with Ryka, plus the other reviews, I ordered a 9 instead of the 8.5 that I would normally wear. The 9 is a little wide in the toe box, but fits well in the heel and ankle. These are very supportive shoes for step aerobics; the high ankle provides a bit more stability, which is welcome. They have far better cushioning than I've experienced with other Ryka shoes or with running shoes that I've used (in a pinch) for step aerobics.

Still a great shoe! This is my 3rd pair of Ryka mid top aerobic shoes and the break-in time was a little longer than my previous 2 pairs. Still very comfortable and supportive and Ryka continues to fit my wide forefoot and narrow heel but this size 8 seems a little larger than the previous size 8's I have. I still use my old pair of all black for work instead of my work boots even though the shoes are a bit broken down, they are still more comfortable than any work boots I have been able to find. Ryka’s are perfect for women who have a wide forefoot & narrow heel and they definitely give my high arches plenty of support.

I use to stress when time came to search for a new pair of workout shoes...but with Zappos it's been stress free. I've been an instructor for 30+ years - going thru all types of workout shoes. With my recent purchase of Rykas...I was able to put them on...workout...without having a break in period. Perfect for people with heal injuries and those needing extra support for their ankles. It's hard to find high tops for women...especially a pair that holds up, along with being comfortable.
