A same style Van I purchased a couple years ago in a women’s 9, is now a woman’s 10.5. Took 3 exchanges but finally got right length. I measured the soles. Match. I have no idea why the 2023 version is smaller and tighter. I wish I had purchased a 10.5 wide. Zappos Customer Service was awesome every time I had to make an exchange.

Perfect fit. They do, however, untie easily if only knotted once and are not exactly the type of shoe that you can simply slip on.

I received the Vans I ordered in quick timely manner! The shoes were not the size I ordered. I verified my order number with the box they came in and the size was correct, but the shoe was a different size. Bummer!! Sent them back and hope I get the right size this time. Excited to get them!!
