You need 10 stars in ratings - Dear Zappos, To tell you the true, I'm not in here to talk about my shoes, I already knew they were fantastic, that’s why I ordered them, I just did think you were gonna get them out to me so fast & at a low price. I just thank Bill for the internet & you guys for being there. I was raised in California & wore Vans off the wall from my early teens into my late 30 something until 3 years ago I move to Pennsylvania where I could only find Vans skaters. So thank you very much. I love you & my feet love ya.

Mr. Rodgers? My wife thinks these shoes make me look like Mr. Rodgers... she doesn't get why Jay Adams was my childhood hero. Nothing like a pair of these classics when cruising on my '77 alla board! Lovin my skating at age 46!

Cool, comfortable, simple- I've worn Vans for the last 20 years and this is one of my favorite styles. I like these compared to some of the outrageous styles out. These are more simple and basic, plus, very comfortable.

Long time wearer of Vans - I have been an avid Vans fan since day one and I have found them to be the most comfortable shoe for whatever activity I am doing. I still have a pair that I bought over 12 years ago that I wear on special outings with my motorcycle friends and after a long ride they sure feel good on my feet when I change out of my riding boots. My kids are hooked on the styles and comfort as well, and now my grandkids wear them too! When it comes to comfort, Vans is #1 for me and my family! THANKS!

SKATER HEAVY LOW TOP LIFESTYLEZ - These shoes are the same as the originals except they have a bit of padding near the "ankle" area which isn't near the ankle at all. These are the best shoes for skateboarding that you will ever buy and if you get the checkerboard ones than you will get girl's numbers. Try rollerblading in these and see what happens...

Classy - These are a really great sneaker...they look classic, they are so comfortable, and just 'stylin'. Loveeee zappos!

This shoe can be compared to none. The style is great for lookin super fly on any occasion and fit my personality great. It would have been nice though if you would have had more size selections because I am a 9 in this style. However with a heel pad I was ready to go. I am so very pleased with the speedy delivery and that you upgraded my order to next day delivery for free. I am a first time customer and will purchase shoes from you again soon.

My recent order - Vans have always in my opinion had the most consistency in sizing over the years. I have been wearing Vans since the Early 80's and have never had a pair that hasn't fit. I know that any time I walked into a place and just grabbed an 8.5 and purchased it without even trying it on, it would fit. When a shoe hasn't modified it's fit in 20+ years you just always know what you're getting. I will be buying more shoes from Zappos as the need presents it's self. You guys are proving yourself fast and reliable and this is just my first order.

Awesome - I would have to say that this is a great shoe... I had some trouble finding things for it to match with but for its purpose it was perfect! It's comfortable as hell and has its own unique look/design... to some that might be alittle weird... but for me... it is just another thing that I can wear that isn't part of the mainstream America.... DEFINATELY A GREAT SHOE!

Vans, converse all these old classics should get with the times and make their shoes wider. They should have caught on back in the ‘80’s. Teenage girls can only have feet that skinny.

First...the color is a true dark navy, which is exactly what I wanted. It delivers on classic Vans design, from the cloth upper to the rubber sole. One can never go wrong with a good pair of Vans. These fit me exactly like the dozen or so Vans I’ve owned in the past. They are comfortable, light weight and work well with shorts and pants. Good looking affordable casual shoe. The opportunity here...the product did not come in a Vans box but came in a plain brown box, I suspect it got damaged at at the Zappos warehouse, kind if bummed about that because I keep all of my shoes boxes, this should be considered “open box” and discounted. Not happy about this.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have wide size 14 feet, and they fit great. The soles are not that thick and no arch support, but they are still good for everyday wear.

Van's are a classic go-to shoe for simple style. I never wore them when I skateboarded heavily but I was always a fan of simple shoes. These are super basic but provide way more support than Chucks and they're a little cheaper too! They'll last a long time if you're just walking but will probably blow out after 1,000 nollies.

What can I say, these are great shoes! I am planning on buying a second pair, I just have one problem. I got the all white with the black stripe and they get dirty too easily. They were stepped on once, and I have washed them 3 times and the stain never came out, but that's because I tried to rub it out but I smeared it in by accident. Anyways, it's a great shoe and I highly recommend them to anyone.

BUY SMALL! love the shoes to death, but I bought them a size too big. Should have got the 12, SHOULD HAVE RETURNED THEM FOR THE CORRECT SIZE, TOO LATE. I have bought them in the past and thought I had thirteens? Plus they stretch! BUY A LITTLE SMALL! Great comfy kicks though, with an old school feel.

Great Shoe, Well Worth the Money- I owned a pair of the Dogtown Edition Eras for almost four years. Finally, they were finished, so I grabbed a pair of these. Fit is true to other Vans, which seems to be the same throughout most major brands (except for specific running shoes). The only problem is that they were pretty uncomfortable for the first day, but then they were fine, which is considerably good for a break-in period. Everything else is excellent and fast shipping from Zappos as always!

Too bad they’re not in wide any more- Use to wear these all the time very comfortable for the first 6 months of wear, but now that Vans don’t make wide anymore (9 EEEE), I can't wear this style now.

This ruoolz! This seems like the "heavy duty" version to the exact model of this shoe. I like this one more.
