I purchased the shoe for my son (age 18 years old). He loved them. They arrived in time to go to Puerto Rico, and what my son was most impressed by is they got wet (because of Hurricane Irene) and dried up like new. There were no water stains. The shoes were perfect! I am a satisfied Mom.

Shoes are exactly as ordered. Size was correct, came promptly to my door. It's very hard for me to find slim size shoes. Top-Sider's are great.

I love the Navy color and there was a time when the AO were not available in it so I was very pleased to see it's return. One of the best part of Sperry Topsiders is no "break in" period. They are as comfortable right out of the box as they are 6 months later!

these are truly some of the best shoes i've ever owned. they're very stylish, without being flashy, and go with almost everything. with extreme wear the surface finish rubs away, which isn't the best look on the very light and very dark or vividly colored leather, but not too bad on the natural colored brown portions. mine took years to reach this condition though. i never expected these shoes to stand up to as much punishment for as long as they did. perfect year round shoe. you will not be disappointed!

I have been buying Sperry Original Top Sider boat shoes for many years; the first few pairs from local or nearby retailers. I find them very comfortable, like their appearance, quality is tops, and others notice them. Currently have 5 pairs, in different colors, which I wear with both casual long trousers and shorts. They take "abuse" very well, then can be cleaned up to appear as almost new. I have never found a shoe as wearable and long lasting as the Top Siders.

I would HIGHLY recommend this style of shoe. The leather is so soft and they fit incredibly. They are also comfortable to wear all day and they are very high quality. Plus the ladies like them too!

These shoes are great for the summer. I usually wear Nike Shox or some sort of athletic shoe and these shoes are just as comfortable as any shoe that i have worn.

i wear it around town and on the bike in hot days, and it breathes like a breeze...it is a comfortable fit that hugs the feet with no creases on the top leather as one takes step. although i have not had it for a long time, but so far it seems that it would be a durable pair of shoes.

I love Sperry top siders.I have been wearing them since I was a teenager on boats in Mystic,CT. They are the most durable and comfortable boat shoes ever. I am thinking of getting a pair from J. Crew that Sperry made especially for that company. I will always wear this product and recommend it to anyone thinking of investing in a great pair of boat shoes. The last pair I had lasted me three years before I finally had to throw them away. Thanks Sperry!

Although these are the same "Men's Authentic Original Boat Shoe", just different colors, the width varies dramatically based on the type of shoe leather. The "New Navy" is a much softer leather and the 10 M fit my husband's foot. The "Classic Brown Leather" is a much stiffer leather and he could not even get his toes into the 10M, the shoe was too narrow. We ordered the "Classic Brown Leather" in 10 W to get the proper fit.

Wide feet and shoes don't go well together. To get a fit that is comfortable and a style that you like is a daunting experience... but this shoe achieves it well. Please make more wide width styles available that uses this shoe last and i will have very happy feet.

I recently ordered the black/dark dark blue pair of these, and I gotta say, panties have been dropping now more than ever. They're amazing in every way. I had a grey pair, which stepped my game up, but not as much as the new black pair. Please buy these, you will love them.

I am a Pilot for Delta Airlines i wear my black dress shoes around the airport as soon as i sit in the flight deck off come the dress shoes and on go my Sperry A/O Brown/Buc shoes i love them they are the most comfortable pair of shoes i have ever owned.

In 60 years of boating, I can't remember how many pairs of Topsiders I;ve owned. They've all been perfect. It's nice to know some things are as good as ever.

Sperry Top-Siders are great shoes. Classy, comfortable, and casual. They can be worn in many different settings. They have a timeless feel of style, and most everyone I know has a pair, guys and gals. I highly recommend them!

I love this shoe. plain and simple. It is extremely comfortable and has a classic great look. I have many pairs. I garden in them, work in them, wear them out to dinner. While the canvas one's are great after they've been broken in, this shoe feels like a leather glove the day it comes out of the box. I have never written a review for any product---but I've been wearing these shoes for many years and I know the truth about how great they are. A lot of companies make their version of a boat shoe ---but nothing compares to the original. It is great to be able to purchase them on line and not be restricted by the inventory of local retailers. I have never experienced any problem with Sperry's on line purchasing. Trends come and go ---but this shoe is always in style.
