I have been wearing sperry top siders for forty years. I was in San Francisco-for the America's Cup finals and almost brought up the fact that I wished /Sperry made an all black topsider to two gentlemen (with sperry logo shirts on) in an elevator and later regretted the fact that I had not. I always wore the original with white soles until recently, my store (Puritan-Cape Cod) had some brown suede with dark soles. I liked the look for winter, and bought two pairs. Quite, by accident, I thought I had found the original with dark soles, when I clicked I found the shoes of my dreams. Thank you. Dr Paul

These shoes are excellent. I just bought an extra pair. They are awesome at the beach. I could wear them in the water, on the sand, anywhere. They dry off pretty fast, too. They are stylish. Good for slacks, dockers, jeans, and shorts. Very comfortable, too. They have become my "go to" shoes. All-leather... Light and comfortable, universal, rugged, wears well. They go with just about everything. There is a LOT to like about these shoes. Highly recommended. Good choice.

I have multiple pairs of Sperry's and these were a great addition to the ones I already had. I had a pair of Bahama's and Gold Cup's, but needed a darker and sturdier shoe for the colder months. This shoe is great. It can be worn casually or in a more formal environment, like church or dinner.

This style fits great and is particularly comfortable due to a cushioned sole. A great buy for the price!

great shoe. leather is a little firm out of the box, but it softens up after a few weeks and becomes more comfortable the more you wear them. I love the way they look. I have only owned 2 pairs of Sperry's before this pair and I them

My husband loves his Sperrys! It can be hard to find triple wide shoes locally that fit him comfortably so I was nervous about ordering online, but took a chance based on Sperrys reputation for quality materials and comfort as well as the great reviews. Straight out of the box they fit him perfectly. He told me to go ahead and throw away that receipt because these were not going back! Ever.

I bought the Authentic Original Boat Shoe for our son, a high school student, and he loves them. The shade he liked was the Sahara in medium width and he couldn't be happier. I had a pair of these that lasted 15 years! used it for casual, travel (easy on off) and, yes, for boating - sailing a Catalina 30 for 10 yeas. Needless to say when the laces finally broke they were looking pretty beat up, but I got another pair immediately. The only thing I'd do differently is buy them more frequently, because when they're looking good you can wear them for anything from boating to "business casual". Love them. ALB

I have been wearing these shoes for thirty years and always perfect.

I live in topsiders, always have.......was so happy when they started making wide sizes. However they don't make all their shoes in the extra wide......I normally purchase the extra wide but this shioe only came in wide. They do feel wider than normal but still just a little tight. Good thing they like being wet and will strech to size quickly. Sperrys are the only ones to buy. The rest a lame in comparison.

This is my go to shoe for anything casual. It's a great alternative for younger people who don't want to fall in with the vans crowd. These shoes make any man instantly more cultured, defined, and fashion sensible. Great but for anyone looking to up their wardrobe.

This has been my husband's daily shoe for more than twenty years! Great basic shoe! Stylish, comfortable, functional, wearable, and you can always find it when a replacement is needed. Do wish there were a wider selection of "XW", he would like a few other styles to add to his wardrobe.

Our 17 year old son will finally wear something besides sneakers or slides. The shoes are comfortable, look great and are a welcomed change. Sturdy construction - our son is 6'4", 270 lbs

My husband wears these DAILY (we live in SoCal) and loves them. Great to find size 13s. In fact, it is nearly the only shoe he wears and he loves them!

I wore women's topsiders for many years and was always very content with comfort and quality. I had a difficult time in talking my son into wearing this shoe. This summer he finally gave in and wore the ivory color and he was very happy and apologetic for not trusting me. So, I purchased a second pair in black. I am glad they offered black as a new color this season because it goes with my son's casual wear wardrobe. Thank you Sperry. p.s. I rated this shoe a 9 due to the leather being nubuck rather than a smooth leather. I am not sure if my son will like the texture.

I have been a proud owner of topsiders for well over a decade, and decided that after still having my original pair "well broken in" that it was time to get a couple of new pairs. After going to several stores and failing to find the set of topsiders(originals) I wanted I tried the website. My experience can be summed up in one word-AWESOME! These are my "GO TO" shoes. I wear them all the time and I love these shoes. Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall. I wear these shoes all the time and anywhere. It seems to take me about 2 years of constant use to wear these shoes to the point where the lacing separates from the bottom almost completely and then I have purchase a new pair. I am glad these are "Originals" and will probably be around as long as I will be because I have been wearing these for 20+ years and will wear them until I am gone. Love em.
