I've lost track of how many pairs of these shoes I've owned in my life. There are none like Sperry's boat shoes. One question though - you make shoes in sizes 15 and 16, why don't you make sock liners in sizes above 11?

These are my second favorite shoes --surpassed only by the gold cup version. I bought both to get the right colors. I may buy a third. I have wide feet, and the wide sizes are available in some sizes. I got a 10W and they fit great. I wish I had found these years ago!

I have owned and worn a pair of these shoes for over 15 years. Truly a remarkable product.

Out of the 23 pairs of shoes I have in my closet, the original leather black deck shoe by Sperry is one of my favorite. Lots of look alike but Sperry has them bet. You know us Italian men love our shoes. lol

The Sperry site was very easy to use and the product came quickly. My husband wears the original dark brown boat shoe every day except to church on Sunday. It's his favorite.

These are my second pair. I wore my first pair for nearly 5 years and then bought a second to replace them. I wore them out on the lake, at water parks, at the beach, at church, at school, at work, and at home for slip ons. A great shoe for semi-formal or casual wear and any occasion. My dad calls them boat shoes and has always had pairs like them. Easy to clean leather and wearable with or without socks. Love the customizable options. Leather is tough and durable. High quality material.

Really good quality awesome dress shoes

Sperry has been the name in boat shoes for nearly 100 years for a reason. They have always been the most comortable, durable shoe that you could desire. I have been wearing them for over 30 years and will always. I have never considered a different brand because I know others will never live up to Sperry.

Classic sperry shoe, little break in period but comfortable. I found that the shoe would stain the soles of my feet black (comes off in the wash), not sure if it was the dye used in the leather or not.

I had bought a pair of these shoes over twenty years ago. I love these so much I bought two pairs this the style and fit are absolutely outstanding, thank you very much.

This shoe is exactly what I was anticipating. The leather is supple and true to the color that is posted online. Unlike the boot styles which have fit larger, this boat shoe is true to size.

I've owned many pairs of Sperry shoes over the years. Always come back to the AOs. Solid construction. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this product for 2 people and they both love these shoes. One actually wore them so much they were too worn in to wear, and then ordered another pair to replace them.

For someone who always wears loafers, dressy and casual, they were the perfect gift! He had never tried Sperries and was impressed. They look great, well made and fit perfect from the start! I liked the ease in ordering and the quick delivery!

As a Sperry TopSider user since I started sailing in the 1940's, my review is based on my experience. Over time the Sperry shoes adjusted to my wide size but I was always breaking them for a period of time. I loved them. This pair fit from first wearing .. the Extra-Wide finally does the trick for me. (now in my 90th year) The 'non-skid' sole is now being put to the test. Today I walked on we floors with no slipping.

These are my husband's favorite shoes. I buy him a new pair every other year or as needed. He wears them pretty much every day. He likes to keep it simple and these shoes are great quality, comfortable, and always in style. It's a no brainier Christmas or birthday gift when he needs a new pair!
