The fit and size are perfect. The PROBLEM is that the box, which came in a plastic bag, got all beat up so the suede got scratched and dented in some parts of the shoe.

When I received the shoes, they weren’t in a Birkenstock box nor did they have any tags on them. My son tried them on and the size didn’t fit. But he had just tried that same size earlier in the week. I didn’t trust whether they were real or not

Arrive stuffed in a plastic mailer bag NOT in the manufacturers box...they were crushed with a big permanent dent in the toe area of one clog. Not acceptible at att. They must have been returns without a box and they shipped them out to me.

Did not fit like my other two pairs of suede softbed size 37. Purchased in the Mink color as o already have Black and Taupe. The suede was worn on places, left shoe felt very wide (ordered narrow) and overall too big. They looked as though they were thrown in the box. Shipped them back today. You can do better Zappos!!!

Because I can comfortably wear Arizona in narrow, I assumed the fit for Boston would be the same. I was so wrong. The length was good but these were so wide that even with the strap on the tightest hole, I couldn’t keep the shoe on. My foot just swam in it. That was disappointing because I wanted a “winter” Birk.

Just too narrow, footbed was not comfortable but I have wide feet - also may have took some time mold to my foot. Looked cool but had to return.

Fit fine. Aware of my Birk size. The shoes I received were badly damaged. The suede was not fixable. Scratched and scraped. Way worse than anything I get from Birk themselves. Returned.

I've been wearing an identical pair of these shoes for three or more years and love them but felt they needed replaced. I bought this exact shoe but it rubs the side of my foot beside my little toe and it makes it really hurt so I'm not able to wear them. I wore them awhile so I couldn't return them. I was very disappointed in this pair of shoes because I loved the older ones like them that I wanted to replace.

They might have been okay after breaking them in but I didn't want to risk it. I returned them because the upper leather was stiff as was the sole. A very clunky shoe.

My experience with Birkenstocks from Zappos has been hit and miss as far as the quality (or having been worn previously) so thankfully they have amazing customer service. Not sure what happened with this pair. The arch support seems minimal, and the footbed just wouldn't break in, almost like there was an extra/double layer of foam in the soft footbed? Really strange. I've owned soft footbed Birks in the past. The leather on these seemed to stretch excessively as well and I'm not hard on my shoes at all, I take care of them.

Such a cute clog, but so uncomfortable! The footbed toe arch hits in the wrong place.

The top of the shoe, where the strap threads through the center section is uncomfortable and rubs. It wasn’t apparant until I wore them out and about, where I walked a lot farther than around the house. I have many of their sandals and they are wonderful. This pair of clogs is really expensive to be so expensive.

After the shoes were sent to a different address twice a pair finally arrived at my door. I wanted them to work but found the leather very stiff and did not enjoy walking in them so I will be returning them. I feel badly because Zappos has been helpful in solving the problem of getting them to the my address. I will keep trying since I'm determined to find something I like and are comfortable.

Love birks but these do not provide me with any support.

I really like the looks and color of the shoe so I ordered my usual size but the narrow width. I wanted the closed in toe for winter. The shoe was still too wide and my foot slipped way forward in the shoe. I've ordered the same style but in a size smaller but still narrow, I'm hoping the shorter, narrower shoe will fit me better.

I got the first pair and they were too big but soooooooo comfortable. The foot bed was so soft and felt so good. I hated to return them but they were 1/2 size too big. Sent them back and got a replacement pair and although the same shoe, the foot bed was not as soft even though it was labeled "soft". It was not. I wanted the shoes, so I settled for these. I am very disappointed, but I can't return because technically, there is nothing wrong with them. Will have to "make do" with the less comfortable. DIsappointing.

I have a narrow foot and these were really wide near front of feet which with my tiny ankles I looked like a duck! lol Sadly going back.

Not sure if I’m keeping them. I am frustrated that this style only comes in unisex. I have a wide foot, but these feel too wide. I might try the narrow or just give up.

It was so uncomfortable.

For some reason it is impossible to order the Boston style shoe in my size with the normal footbed. It only comes in a "narrow." So I ordered this Soft Footbed style, which claimed to be regular. However, something about adding the soft footbed has made the shoe too narrow. Was looking forward to this shoe as the weather turns cooler. Could we please just have this shoe in the Normal width in the Normal footbed? Thanksyou.

My 1st attempt in Birkenstock’s & was expecting the OMG experience. It was far from it. From the moment I put them on I knew I had made a mistake because the leather was stiffer than expected. In the photos this particular style appears to lay more like a suede, very flexible & soft. It cut into the top of my feet like very stiff & rigid cardboard. I immediately got on laptop to print out return label never wearing them more than 3 minutes. I was very open to all I was told about the footbed & prepared to endure about 2-3 weeks of break in time. No amount of time could soften up the uppers.
