I bought these as a gift for my mother in law as she's been struggling with plantar fasciitis and foot pain, and I think feels overwhelmed by shoe stores. They are a perfect fit in her normal shoe size and she's in love with them. She claims they are already helping her foot, but I take that with a grain of salt since they were a gift so what else could she say? ;) She wears them barefoot or with thin socks. I have the Mayari and Arizona soft footbed styles for myself and the Mayari in particular are my favorite shoes. Birkenstocks never disappoint. I'm a bit jealous of these clogs and may buy some for myself when it cools down again!

First time ordering Birkenstock Shoes and with the exception of them coming in a damaged box and stain appearing footbeds, I tried them on to see if I was returning for a refund or for an exchange...and I have to say they were so comfortable right from the start. I have such terrible neuropathy and plantar fasciitis in both feet trying to find a comfortable shoe is very difficult. I am so looking forward to looking at other Birkenstock styles...AND as always, Zappos customer service was MORE than accommodating with UPS pick up for me and delivering my new pair no later than the next day. I have worn nothing but birkenstocks for over 20 years. I have these shoes because I can't tie a shoe on. After being unable to walk for 8 months I was able to get back to walking wearing these shoes and the physical therapist approved their use. At on time I had probably 20 pairs. I was able to resell them for very good prices. They are a good investment in many years

Super soft and very, very comfortable. I'm a women's size 9 and these in narrow are perfect.

Soft footbed is EVERYTHING. I've worn birkenstocks for years and the soft footbed has changed my life. I have bad plantar fasciitis and I bought an extra pair just for wearing inside the house as slippers. Great.

Amazing birks! The soft footbed is definitely the way to go. Felt like a perfectly comfortable slipper from the first day. I wear an 8-81/2 and the 38 narrow Birks fit perfectly! 39 would definitely be too big. Received them within 24 hours because Zappos is the best!!

So glad I purchased this shoe after months of looking at it. Normally wear an 8 and ordered the 29 and it fits great. No need to break it in either - the soft food bed is fantastic. Was able to walk the dog after taking these out of the box. I have a normal sized foot and ordered the narrow width. Its perfect.

Excited to add this beautiful clog to my Birkenstock collection,(all size 40) but this is a little too short with a sock on, and I feel a 41 would be too long. I love all my Birkenstocks and am so sorry these won't work, (especially with your promo offer.) Thanks anyway, Zappos. Rating 4* comfort only because they were too short for me.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for a while now. For me, these shoes represent comfort and support. They are the shoes I go to at the end of a long work day. I like the clog-style full covering for the front part of the foot as opposed to an open sandal for cooler temperatures. The soft foot bed is very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this brand. If Birkenstock would make the soft foot bed into a fully covered shoe, it would be an ideal walking shoe for the outside.

This my second pair of Bostons, however my first pair with a soft footbed. Wow what a difference the footbed makes. I might have to order another pair. I will suggest going up vs going down a size if you wear 1/2 sizes. The best shoe ever!

These seem to run small. They did not fit my husband, even though this is the size he normally wears in other brands.

They run a bit smaller than the regular footbed. Great shoes.

Have always wanted to wear Birkenstocks, This was my last try. Thought the soft footbed would help. It didn't. I have flat feet and the high arch is very painful for me. I can't be the only with this problem, wish Birkenstock would make a shoe with a lower arch. Keen has support without pain for us with flat feet.

i've always wanted a pair of birki's (birkenstocks) and seeing as though i haven't done it in a long while, i decided to treat myself to something nice and they are absolutely awesome!!!!! no buyer's remorse here ð???ð???ð???

My feet thank me every time I put them into these shoes. And thank you to zappos for letting me try on so many pairs of these in different colors and footbed types before deciding that the mocha suede soft footbed was perfect for me. I have a wide forefoot with flat feet and usually wear 9.5 E (I measure out to a 8.5EEE but 9.5 E somehow feels the best on my feet) and tried on both a 42 and 41 Regular width standard and soft footbed and went with the 41 soft footbed as it was the proper length and footbed felt right (the standard footbed hurt my non-arches). The suede is buttery soft but provides enough support so your foot is not flopping around the clog. I foresee years of wear in these clogs.

Great shoes! Opening is a little wide and your feet fall out, like slippers if you have small feet

Love Birkenstock sandals and was hoping the Boston would work but unfortunately it was too wide, even in narrow width.

I was so disappointed that these would not work for me. I was so hopeful that I also ordered the care kit for the shoes. Unfortunately, something in the footbed caused pain to run into my toes almost immediately. I have to return them. I can't tolerate the pain long enough to break them in.

Love these shoes! I have had plantar fasciitis and Birkenstocks give me enough support to avoid it. They're comfy enough that I wear them around the house too. They feel a little smaller than my Birkenstock sandals (Arizona) but I still kept the same size in both.

What's not to say about Birkenstock!?!?They are timeless. They've been around for many many years. They are so super comfortable. I can walk for hours while wearing them. They last forever. I have 2 other pairs of Boston that are very old and feel like new!!
