I love the comfort of the footbed. Arch support is great!

Like the wearing comfort, maybe a little on large side. Appearance excellent. Just started using them, lets see how they will compare with my Birkennstock sandals.

They are the perfect color - not too bright blue and not too dark so they go with everything they are perfect to slip on in the winter and run around for those of us who don’t have snow but it gets chilly!

This is the first time I’ve owned a pair of Birkenstocks. All of my sisters and uncles and aunts had them. I’ve worn them before (my sisters’) and I’m familiar with them. I finally decided the spend the money after my UGG Tasmans were just a failure. These make up for need for quick slip on clogs. They’re super comfortable, soft and not too warm and not too cold.

The acorn leather feels like it’s taking a lot longer to break in than my Havana leather in the same size. It also seems more narrow. But the color is lovely, as is the feel of the leather. After a few weeks of built up wear I think it’s finally starting to break in enough to wear around the house for long periods.

Takes a bit of breaking in, but then so comfortable. The Havana leather is a rich brown that I wear with everything.

Perfect fit! The best fall/winter cooler weather comfortable non-shoe, shoe. Love them!

I ordered this pair of shoes 3 times..... All 3 times I received the original footbed, not the soft footbed. I attempted to contact customer service about my concerns that this happened 3 times. I was told they would review their processes but want to warn anyone looking to purchase the soft footbed that you likely will not receive what you are ordering! I love Birks! But I want to receive what I order. Beware!!

I’ve been wearing Birkenstocks over 30 years and normally wear a 38 but these shoes run big so I exchanged for a 37. The same situation happened to my neighbor. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Zappos customer was amazing on the exchange/seamless interaction ??

I had a pair of Boston’s for many years and loved them, even having them retreaded several times. Then my foot changed and I couldn’t handle the hard sole. I thought the softer surface in these would make it possible to wear them again. Not so. I miss my birkie days.

Like people have mentioned - the black suede arrived scuffed so be aware. Pretty unfortunate since I’ve been creeping on the site for months during the pandy. Decided to keep because they rarely have my size in any of the suede colorways in stock.

They are super comfortable Birkenstocks. Keep in mind the straps will loosen up as they stretch to fit your feet, but these are my go-to sandals for wearing around the yard, in the garage, and everywhere else that sandals are appropriate (and sometimes to places where wearing sandals is a more questionable decision). I got these because of the extra arch support and the grip bar, which helps with some minor metatarsalgia I picked up from running. These have been great for reducing that pain.

These Berlin stocks are really great shoes, and keep you feet warm on cold days. They fit true to size.

I had to send them back because the suede was rubbed off a part of the top of each shoe. They were out of my size so I couldn’t get a pair that wasn’t damaged. Who would send a pair of shoes out like that?

At first blush, these fit and seemed okay. But the footbed has absolutely no give to it (especially the hard recessed heel where most quality footwear provides cushioning. As a result, they brought on plantar pain for me the more I wore them. As soon as I stopped wearing them, the pain started fading. First and last pair of birkenstocks for me. Painful + Ugly = No Redeeming Value.

I’ve always wanted to try a pair of Birks but I wasn’t a fan of suffering through pain while breaking in the hard footbed of the originals. I usually wear a 7 medium in most shoes so I ordered the 38 regular because I didn’t want them to be too constricting for my toes and I needed room for thick socks. Birkenstock states that their Narrow width is for Narrow/Medium width feet and the Regular width is for Wide/Extra Wide feet. For me I found that the Regular width gave me more room to relax my toes without them feeling constricted or discomfort. I adjusted the buckle to the tightest hole. The length was also perfect. I can wear my thick Winter socks and they are still a comfortable fit. The Brown Almalfi Leather is a very dark, espresso brown with a gloss to aged look that scratched and worn looking. This ‘Boston’ style is a half-clog with an open back that’s easy to slip on and off. Even though the soft foot bed is comfortable, I still found that I had to wear these around the house for a few days because the top part of the suede lining rubbed the top of my foot. They’re comfortable now and easy to slip on/off. I love them and will buy more.

This is my second Birkenstock purchase. I really like the casual look of this style. The foot bed is comfortable and fits just right. True to size. If anything you can adjust the belt on the shoe for better comfort.

These shoes never change, and that's a good thing. They are awesome. I wear them as house shoes. They are comfortable and supportive; great for walking on hard tile and wood floors. I originally bought these when I had plantar fascitis. Not only did they help my foot heal, the condition never returned. Correlation is not causation, but I attribute these shoes, which I wear daily, to foot health. The toe box is comfortable for my wide foot; there's enough room to wear socks when needed. The width over the insole is easily adjustable with the buckle. These are great shoes.
