These were for our granddaughter and she says she loves them! The fit and comfort are the best besides she loves black!

Suede Birkenstock sandals with soft footbeds are my go-tos for warm -weather comfort. Now I have the same fit plus warmer comfort for cooler weather with these clogs. And they look great with colorful socks!

I love these!! They are my 4th pair

I tried three different sizes, and I was unable to find a sweet spot! I love the look of these shoes but they seem so strangely sized. I wear the Mayari and the Arizona with no problem… but these are just not the same! I am back to the drawing board for shoes.

I already love Birkenstocks and have multiple pairs of sandals but these are my first pair of clogs and they did not disappoint! I recently found out I have plantar fasciitis and needed closed toe shoes to wear all day work, these are amazing!

bought navy boston suede soft footbed in 2018. I still wear them. they are perfect. mocha suede soft footbed same size (I just received) is half inch shorter. I really needed these. I don't know if I will try a size larger because of the suede quality.

I tried both regular/narrow and wide in these berks after seeing somewhere that the wide is better if you want to wear socks. As a petite female, usually wearing a size 7.5, it was immediately obvious to me that the wide is meant for someone with truly wide feet/probably the men’s size. I consider my feet normal, not wide but not skinny. I haven’t worn socks with these yet and it would be really tight right now, but I’m hoping after I break them in more, I’ll be able to wear socks. I’ve started having foot problems in the last few years if I wear the wrong shoes, but so far so good with that. Plantar fasciitis will start to creep back in when wearing flat shoes too much. No more old navy flip flops! I also have a semi enlarged spot on the top of my foot where the big toe bone connects to the rest of my foot if that makes sense. I do not like the word bunion, dang it! The “enlarged spot” was bothersome when first breaking these in, but it was not aching at the end of the day and I wore these from 8am to 8pm yesterday. I don’t feel any plantar pain either. If I were wearing my classic Vans, I would have wanted to change them out after a few hours if that tells you anything. The black suede is pretty nice. I like to be different and practical. Everyone seems to buy the taupe/tobacco color and I would think a light color would get dirty fast, so I picked black. I hope this helps!

First - I love Birkenstocks. I have at least 12 pairs. These are comfortable and true to size. I've wanted these Boston clogs for so long and finally decided to take the plunge. Of course there was then the wait until they were back in stock (thank you Zappos for letting me know), but once I got them on my feet I was disappointed. The small side section on the inner foot folded over when I walked...every time. Another reviewer mentioned this, and said that it resolved, but I didn't want to risk it not correcting. Perhaps a heavier leather rather than the very soft and floppy suede would be better. I also realized, once I had them on, that open back suede shoes are not the best choice for the pacific northwest wet and cold weather. Hope someone else enjoys them once they are restocked!

I really like them. my only issue is the rub off from the leather on my feet

Because I can comfortably wear Arizona in narrow, I assumed the fit for Boston would be the same. I was so wrong. The length was good but these were so wide that even with the strap on the tightest hole, I couldn’t keep the shoe on. My foot just swam in it. That was disappointing because I wanted a “winter” Birk.

This is my first pair of Birk clogs, and my first experience with the Soft footbed as my other Birks are the sandals in the OG footbed. I LOVE the soft footbed, and will now be a convert, as they have no break in period, and in my opinion, are more comfortable. I would buy them in your normal Birk size, and adjust the strap if you need room for socks. I’m a size 9 in sneakers, and that’s a 41 in Birks for me. I will say that according to the size chart that you can use on the inside of every box, I’m a size 40. I do have a pair of sandals in a 40, and they work fine, but I think that would be too small in a clog, as the toe is closed. Hope that helps!!

Received in a totally crushed Birkenstock box which Zappos sent in a plastic bag (not a box.) Consequently the clogs were marked up by the crushing.

This shoe is what I expected and is a good fit.

After about a week, I'm loving these. I wanted a pair way back in high school, but never got them so I'm excited they made a comeback and I got a pair!

Have been wearing Birkenstock since the ‘70’s. Love them. Just gave 2 pairs as gifts.

I typically wear a 40 wide in Birkenstock sandals but have found a 40 narrow to fit better with the Bostons. Birks are my daily drivers, year round, due to plantar fasciitis and arthritis. Glad to have these Bostons for the fall/winter months here in New England. I also own a pair of Naot Spring clogs with leather uppers. As a comparison, the Birks have better arch support and fit me better. However, the Naots require less breaking in time for the leather upper than my pair of leather Bostons. The uppers of the suede Bostons are comfortable right out of the box.

love these! they are versatile and can be worn in cooler weather with socks. I especially loved the grey buckle and bottoms for a monochromatic elevated style.

Very comfortable but much larger than previous Birks in the same style. Had to return

Sadly for me the low heel cup does not work and the arch support was too much. I think they are great but just not good for bad knees. I need a little more softness and bounce .

I have a narrow foot and the narrow fits sooooo much better than the regular/wide width. Would definitely recommend!
