I am a 8 8.5(39)in between widths but got narrow and it fit well but a strange pinching feel on right side foot where the sole meets leather.Decided to get 39 regular. Con: as many others reviews stated,new out of the box the black suede had a 1inch x 1inch scuff in center that looks white and front of shoes also scuffed but that able to pass off as "style". I will post photos.

Fit was true to size - I got the narrow and had to put it on the tightest hole as I have very narrow feet. Love how they feel!

Shoe itself was perfect. The way the shoe was packaged and shipped was awful! It was shipped in a bag (not a box) and the box was completely destroyed. Luckily the shoes themselves were not ruined!

I usually wear size 39 for open toe birks, but for the Boston clogs, size 40 narrow (which feels like normal width to me) were perfect! I love these clogs, they look so cute and nice in the winter with some white ankle socks ?

Fit and size were great. Runs about a half size larger.

When I received the shoes, they weren’t in a Birkenstock box nor did they have any tags on them. My son tried them on and the size didn’t fit. But he had just tried that same size earlier in the week. I didn’t trust whether they were real or not

Super comfortable clogs! I've been wearing them in the cooler weather and I'm so pleased with this purchase. Definitely sprayed them first with suede protector because it can be wet and rainy here.

The suede looked too worn in for new shoes. Also, the material was “floppy” and kept getting stuck under my arch as I walk. Returning for a different material

The person I gave the shoes to says they are excellent.

Helps manage my bone spurs.

Received wrong size.!!!!

I love Birkenstocks, but every pair I order from Zappos looks old or worn. The photo shows the size 38 ordered from Birkenstock along with the 37 ordered from Zappos. Unfortunately, I need the 37 which is sold out at Birkenstock. Frustrating.

Okay first off I love Birkenstocks. Second these were very popular when I was in high school which was about 20 years ago. I have always loved them and it’s nice to see them making a come back! Never had the mocha color until now and I LOVE the color for Fall/winter. Soft footbed is comfy. I’m a 5 1/2-6 in most woman’s shoes. I’m a solid 35 In Birkenstocks. I can wear a 36 but the footbed just doesn’t line up on my feet as well. In Boston’s I like a regular width. Because I like to wear socks with them. Style, I might be biased. I think they pair nicely with skinny jeans. Barefoot or with cute socks.

Disappointed because I ordered from Zappos expected the item to come in a box. My order came from Amazon in a paper mailer with suede shoes in a plastic bag. Returned immediately.

I ordered this shoe twice and both times they were delivered damaged. I give up. She will not be receiving a gift this year because someone doesn’t review their shoes before sending them out!!

I love and live in Birkenstocks! These are great! I was looking for the lighter color (taupe/khaki) but they’ve been sold out everywhere. I decided to order the mocha color and just see and I am so glad I did! The color is great and the comfort is even better!! ???

Fit was ok but I guess I am not a narrow!

I guess I mistakenly ordered a narrow so i need to return.

The shoes are great, but they came in a totally destroyed box. As these are a Christmas gift for my teenager, I am disappointed.

I love love love my shoes. They are not as soft as I thought they would be since they are called "Soft Footbed" but I love them and wear them all the time.

I must have accidentally ordered the narrow size. I am normally a regular, but there's nothing wide about my foot. This show felt overly structured and uncomfortable. Perhaps a regular width would have felt better. There are some shoes best tried on in the store, if possible.

To pay full price for a pair of Birkenstocks and not even receive them in the original box is ridiculous. They were just sent in a paper envelope. I am done doing business with any Amazon owned company. I have more issues with orders than it's worth anymore.

Either the pair of black suede Bostons I received were worn or the black suede just looks dirty, but I am returning the pair I received. Will try again.
