These Birks are beyond comfortable - just another great product from a great brand.

The shoes fit perfect! I have a couple pairs of Birkenstocks and love them. Zappos is great. Easy to order and fast delivery.

These shoes are so comfy! I now have three pair: sandals, suede with fur inside, and these. I love them and happily wear them all day or until I have to wear shoes that actually look attractive. lol

the problem was not the shoe, but zappos, who delivered a cheaper and different shoe that i had ordered.

Very soft and comfortable. Roomy enough that you can put socks on but still slim enough you can be barefoot and not walk out of them.

My favorite Birkenstock is the Zermatt wool. For reference, I am a 38 in the Zermatt. Bostons I am true to size with a 39 (US 8). Unless you have exceptionally wide feet, go with the narrow/regular. With thin socks/no socks, I do need to tighten the Bostons. The soft bed Bostons are most like the Zermatt, in my opinion. Regarding the style, you either love or hate them. No middle ground!

I did like these Birkenstocks. The reason for the rating is that it felt like Zappos shipped second quality, no box, bizarrely some paper in a “ready to ship” bag, leather looking off. For full price, sorry no

My regular size 38 that i wear in birk sandels was my perfect size for these. They feel awesome right out of the box! I like them better without socks. Wearing socks they seem to pull the sock tight on my toe while slipping into the shoe. No worries from me. I love them!

I love the design and the color of the shoes

These are great except the size. I am a women’s 6, 6 1/2. Width M. I looked at the size chart and it recommended a 37 EU, width M. They are 1/2 size too long and wide. I took them to a cobbler and they had to out in 3 additional holes for the buckle. I would recommend sizing down.

I like the shoes, but I’m mostly impressed with Zappos customer service. They are the best I’ve ever dealt with. They go above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen to make the customer happy!

My first Birkenstock shoe and it"s a winner! I wear a 6 1/2 median in all shoes and this 37 narrow is a perfect fit. Reading previous reviews helped me buy the correct sze. Ceramic tile and wood floors are so unforgiving for foot comfort. It"s so hard to find shoes with arch supports now-a-days and the new softer foot bed made this shoe a wonderful shoe for me. I put them on and have not taken them off. Thanks Zappos for easy returns and for super fast delivery.

The suede is super nice and holds up well — just do not wear it in the rain. The shoe may feel uncomfortable for the first few wears while you're breaking it in, but once it's broken in you can wear them for however long you want and your feet will not get uncomfortable. Overall, love these, probably going to order a leather pair at some point to switch it up.

These are classic birkis and wear well for years. I do keep the cork repaired with rubber cements, and have had them resoled when needed.

The fit and size are perfect. The PROBLEM is that the box, which came in a plastic bag, got all beat up so the suede got scratched and dented in some parts of the shoe.

Ever fine about the shoe but when it had to be returned for a different size they charged more. Unacceptable, won’t use Zappos again

I first bought the regular width which I didn't realize was huge. So I ordered a narrow and it fit perfectly on my normal width woman's foot!

A beautiful thing. I worried about the soft footbed as I am a diehard regular footbed, longtime Birk owner. I love these, the footbeds are firm enough that I hardly noticed, and Mocha, ahhh we all need Mocha Bostons. Another thing: I finally realized that I need regular, even if they feel a bit looser than what I am used to. My feet just don’t lock in, (you know, the feeling when you slip on your birks and it feels so right?) to my narrows in the same way.

Fit and size are great. The soft footbed is disappointing. There is cushioning in the forward area, but there is no cushion whatsoever in the heel. I have other soft footbed Birkenstocks and there is a marked difference. I cannot wear them as I have to have some heel cushioning to relieve pain from surgical hardware in my heel and ankle.
