Globe Castro Slipper - I was looking for a different looking slipper with outside sole for my husband & son. They loved them. Both felt that the slipper ran true to size but my husbands was a little tight across his instep but that resolved after several wears.

Excellent, but a little big. I love the way these look, but I wouldn't recommend wearing them to the office. They're a little reminiscent of house slippers once you see them on your feet. Also, they were big on me. I normally wear a 10.5, I purchased a size 10, and they still slip off my heel a decent bit.

Cool lookin - These shoes are super cool. The fur goes all the way down to the toes and makes the top of your feet really comfy. The only downside is that they kind of flop like flip flops.

Wide Heel - These shoes are great looking and go well with everything from jeans to shorts, khakis, sweats, etc. They have a very wide heel, however, and only coming in whole sizes causing a major problem in fitting. If you have a narrow heel and wear a whole size, you're going to find that your true size slips off the heel and a size down is way too small. You can solve the problem (somewhat) by adding heel inserts ($5 at any drug store). Zappos rules.

Nice shoes - These shoes seemed a little tight at first, but they stretch out and fit comfortably after a few days. They do look a little classier than sneakers or skateboard shoes, and are nice for the price.

Yes! These shoes are sweet, amazing style, I got the tweed ones. Yes, very nice. I broke them in the first weekend I had them and they are absolutely great now. Only negative aspect is the fact that my heel slips out sometimes, but whatever, they're worth the price I payed. Get some.

Doesn't fit true to size - These shoes do not fit true to size. I wear a 13 in mens in every shoe I've purchased in the last decade. These shoes are 1/2 size too big for your size, but do not come in half size. If you wear a 9 1/2 get a 10 and you'll be alright. If you wear a whole size, you are out of luck, they will not fit well. They will slip off your heels or hurt your toes.

Good Buy - Really comfortable shoe, highly recommend!!

Great driving shoe - Was looking for an easy slip-on just to run out for coffee in, that kind of thing, ended up with 2 pair of these (the other in the light tweed). This is not a supportive shoe, that's for sure, but its way better than just a slipper. And it's better looking than in the picture, too. Can't beat it for the price.

The Tweeds - I'm really enjoying my tweed Castros. I wear a 10.5 and I got the 10. It’s a bit snug, but getting less snug everyday I wear them. I just wish they came in half sizes.

Awesome shoe - Great shoe, they look great and feel great. The only problem is that in the front of the shoe near the big toe the stitching comes un done about 2 days after you start wearing them. I went in with scissors and cut the small cloth flap that falls down and now they are back to great.

Ehh - These are awesome. I just wish they had half sizes because it is very difficult to get the correct size with these. I am stuck with a pair that won’t stay on my feet.

These shoes are great, I’ve had them for about four weeks and they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn.

Sweet! I just got these shoes and I must say, they are very comfortable. They don’t fit too tight or too lose. You can wear these with or without socks and they still fit relatively the same. Since I'm a girl (size 10 women’s) I thought these shoes would fit a little too big. They don't make these in men’s half sizes. In my case it would be 8 1/2, but because they don’t carry them I got 9's. To my surprise, they fit! So, if you’re a girl or guy who wears half sizes, don't be scared to try these half size bigger than what you usually wear. They are great shoes!

Relax comfortably - I have 4 pairs of Castro and I love them....they are extremely comfortable and have a really kick back look....perfect with jeans and a t-shirt but still looks stylish with anything else.

Pretty good shoe-like slippers - These slippers are definitely sturdy and seem like they will last a long time. The one surprising thing for me was how shoe-like they are. They have a thick rubber sole similar to a sneaker. I'm fine with that because I work in a basement and I like to be insulated from the floor, I just wasn't expecting them to be so thick. Also, I recommend going with a larger size if you're not sure. I normally wear a 9 1/2 shoe but the size 9 slippers were way too small. The size 10 slippers are just right.

My teenage son loves them! I purchased two pairs of the Globe’s Castro shoe for my 14 year old son. He loves them. He particularly likes the blue plaid shoes, he thinks they look cool and feel good.

Comfy - Good comfy shoe with great slipper looks. I am very pleased with them.

A stitch in time saves 9 - I have one complaint...whoever stitched the top of the right shoe got in a hurry and skipped a space leaving a small hole. Since they look like house shoes, and that’s usually where I use them, it would be too much of a hassle to send them back. So I will live with the missed stitch, and ask your quality control department to do a better job. Other than that one small detail the shoes are great.

Beautiful shoes. Everything about these shoes are great except for the fact that the lining on the soles comes off. It's no biggie but kind of annoying. I still love them though. SO comfortable.

Globe's Castro review - The perfect balance between sneaker and slipper. Plus they look cool. They only drawback is that they do make your feet sweat if you wear them for long periods of time.

Globe's Castro - This sure was more of a surprise as the picture didn't seem to match it. A VERY comfortable shoe that seems more like slippers with a sneaker bottom. Didn't look quite as cool when I got it, but kept them because they are SO comfortable. They are my new everyday shoe.

Heavier than expected - These are stylish, and probably durable, but the thick sole makes them heavy. They also seem to require a break-in period to get comfortable, but after a couple weeks they feel fine.

Slippers x 2 - Great products. They look really great. The fit is almost but not perfect. I think as I wear them they will feel better.
