This curious shoe strikes an interesting ground between dress and casual. It's covered in Tweed as you can see and yet is very much a loafer. It stands out and yet is quite relaxed. The brown goes with most occasions as the strong sole and rubber bottom allow you to go most anywhere. They're almost like all terrain slippers and yet much more stylish.

Shoes were delivered on time and perfectly brand new. Love the 365 day return policy, though I do not have to return them.

These shoes are awesome! They will have everyone around you asking you why you're wearing house slippers, to which you can simply reply, "these are shoes, man, not house slippers!"

Very comfortable. Strong sole more like a regular shoe than a slipper. This is my second pair of these shoes; my first pair were worn almost daily for over a year (outdoors too) and they held up almost as well as a regular shoe. Very good construction and they arrived ahead of schedule.

Fit true to size. I have trouble finding 15w and this one fit well and comfortable. The shipping service is phenomenal above expectations.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend as slippers for around the house and he absolutely loved them! They are comfy enough to be slippers/loafers, yet sturdy enough to be an everyday shoe. He even wears them to the store sometimes, and even out to eat!

The Castro is the first pair of Globe shoes I've purchased, and these things are really cool. They look great and are quite comfortable. For those going for some bold I suggest trying out the Grey Denim and Vintage. I'm glad I did.

Bought these for my teenage son. He loves them! Just wish they came in half sizes, but he doubles his socks and the whole size up has worked fine.

Good rugged house shoe that doesn't mind going outside to check the mail, or more if you're inclined. Also, not lined with fur or flannel, so won't get too hot if you live in a warmer climate.

Cool styling and makes a great house slipper and for that I guess they suit the purpose, but the lining makes feet sweat, socks are a must. Sometimes feels like the heel is going to flop out.

These are comfortable and look nice enough to wear out, with jeans and a tee. Definitely not made for walking in the rain for longer than a few minutes, but they are a slipper/shoe, so that's kind of expected. I like 'em anyway. One last thing - I usually wear a size 9 1/2 - 10, and had to order this shoe in an 11.

Great shoes, except that the tongue sits very far forward making it easy for the shoe to slip off while you're walking. As a result, get at least a half size smaller than your shoe size for it to stay on.

I had high hopes for these. I had a pair of similar DC shoes a half-year ago (Villain) that I loved but they stopped making. These were to replace those shoes, but they felt too small both length and width-wise. They also kept slipping in the heel, and the fabric around the sides, in my opinion, was too stiff.

I like the style (I bought them), but the fit is a little off kilter. The right shoe flops when walking, being too loose at the heel. Both are a little tight at the toes. They are great for around the house or driving, and cool enough for the coffee shop.

I'm not very happy with this purchase. Thank god for the return policy. shoes felt smaller width and size. Also the felt on the insole was peeling away at the toe in the right shoe on the insole.

I bought these for my husband to use indoors because he had started to wear his regular shoes with an orthotic support in because otherwise his feet bothered him. They seem to be working great! He says they have very good support.

These are great, very durable. They are not good for running from the cops as they might fall of your feet! I am buying another pair!

The Globe Castro shoes I ordered for my son for Christmas came the next day I ordered them. They were perfect and fit like a glove. He was so happy to receive them. I am very satisfied with all of my purchases I made this year from Zappos and they couldn't be more helpful!

I got these for my boyfriend because he said he owned a pair before and they were the most comfortable shoes ever, but he lost one and they were worn to death anyway. He claims he's a size 12, so I tried a 12 and he said they fit perfectly, especially because they stretch out a bit as you wear them in. He loves them!

I love these shoes! Very comfortable and well made. I wear them around all the time and the tweed goes with everything. All around a great shoe for people who are hard on their shoes.

I purchased these for my grandson as a present. He loved them. Very comforable. Can be worn inside or outside. I would highly recommend this product!
