Perfect Slippers - These are great slippers, especially if you want to wear them outside the house!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever had - This shoe is incredible! However, make sure you get the right size. I was told that this shoe fits one half size larger than your normal shoe size. Not the case. If you wear a 9 or 9 1/2, make sure you get the 10, or if you wear an 8 1/2, make sure and get a 9. You will not be disappointed with this shoe, this I promise you.

Good impression - The first impression when we look a product is the presentation. The Globe's Castro shoes have an ideal shape, have the ideal comfort for everyone and is beautiful for every occasion.

Not Just a Slipper... I see that many people have been wearing these as slippers, which is understandable considering the fluffy lining and house shoe look. I, however, have worn the Brown Pinstripes only as shoes and they've held up great. I've had them for five months and they're broken-in but otherwise in top condition and I do NOT take it easy on them or give my shoes any special care. The comfort is out of this world. My only complaint is the bit of fluff that sits atop the upper - without this it would be much easier to pull off the "yeah that's definitely a shoe and not a slipper" thing. Globe seems to have taken this into account as the newer versions which weren't here when I ordered mine (Tweed, White/Black, Black Pinstripe) lack that extra fluff. Overall an excellent buy.

Nice Shoe - Sizing was a little off on this shoe. It took us several tries to get a good fit.

5 + 5 + 5 is 15 stars. Proud owner of multiple pairs of these shoes. I love them. I have the Brown Pinstripe ones, the Green Flannel, and the Navy Plaid on the way. They're very comfortable, and VERY stylish.

Super Comfy - I purchased a pair for my husband and my brother and they both love them. I had to order my husband a size smaller than he usually takes and for some reason even though my brother wore a 10 1/2 the size 11 was a little snug at first. After some wear they stretched a bit though.

Globe Castro Men's Slippers - Nice slippers with good support for house shoes. A little bit of arch support without over doing it. A little snug but seems to have loosened up after some break-in time.

Happy Customer! I purchased this shoe because I was able to purchase it in a size 15 for my husband. He has trouble with his feet staying cold all the time, therefore he has to wear socks and some sort of shoe all the time. When we received the shoe, he tried them on and has had them on since. He loves the shoe. Since he got the Granite/Khaki color he can wear them out in public to eat and shop, and he does! We now have a new store for all of his shoes. Thank you Zappos. Rhonda Earney

Two thumbs up - If u want a comfortable shoe mixed with a slipper. Or if u want to wear your slippers outside these are the shoes to have! Very very comfortable with an excellent stylish look!!

A great slipper/shoe - This is an awesome shoe that is very durable and has great looks. One of the sidesteps is that you cannot run in this shoe it will fall off. Also that it sweats after a while but sweats not the big deal. Great shoe love it and hope you find it good too.

These slippers are great - I bought these slippers for my son for Christmas and he just loves them. He says they are very comfortable and he also liked the red plaid color. He put them on immediately and wore them for the whole Christmas weekend. He even wore them outside a few times and said that they felt more like a really comfortable shoe than a slipper. Is it a slipper? Is it a shoe? I "inherited" a pair of these when my daughter received them as a gift from her boyfriend in a men's size 8. I wear a women's size 10 and the men's 8 are a very comfortable, generous, but not sloppy, fit. I ordered a replacement pair for my daughter, who wears a women's 8 - 8.5 wide, in a men's size 6 but they were much too snug. I reordered a size 7 for her and they were just right. The quality seems good and the shoe is comfortable and cozy. Both of us have the shoe/slipper with the shearling but it should be noted that it only lines the upper part of the shoe and not the foot bed or sides. They are nicely lined with a soft, warm fabric and keep the foot warm without the addition of a sock. My daughter and her friends use these as both casual shoes and slippers. The blue plaid pair that my daughter has is very cute with jeans and shorts. I have the plainer camel colored pair and they have taken me through the weekend both in the house and out on errands, too. These are great for Mama Bear and Baby Bear and I imagine Papa Bear would find them just right, also. Women should note that these run wider than a typical women's shoe as they are sized for men.

Comfy loafers - I bought my son and husband a pair for Christmas and they were both pleased with their Globe's. They are a little pricey, but a good buy. They wear them most of the time.

Sexy slippers - I love these shoes, they are my fave! They are so cozy! I have them in two different colors and I want more!

Great Shoe for picky people - My fiancee is picky about his house shoes and he practically lives in these..very comfortable..he thought i spent way more then I did..Thanks

Awesome shoes - I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He has several other pairs so we knew that they were awesome. They arrived on time; they are the right size, color, etc. He was thrilled! I am certain that we will order more of them from Zappos in the near future.

Globe"s Castro Slippers - My son really enjoyed his slippers I got him for Christmas. He said they were very comfortable and felt good on his feet.

A Nice Pair of Shoes... Overall, the Globe Castro is great in the sense that it can serve multiple purposes. The only slight downfall is that the company doesn't offer 1/2 sizes. Shoe sizes vary depending on the manufacturer, but on average I am a size 12. The size 12 Castro wore more like a slipper with the heel popping on and off. If you're fine with that, then just get your typical size. But if you want a bit more snug of a fit, order one size smaller. The size 11 Castro's were a tad tight, but they'll be fine once they're worn in.

These shoes rock! I bought a pair of the tweed shoes and loved everything about them so much I bought the white leather ones too!

Great! Just got mine in the mail and love them! They do feel at least a 1/2 size bigger. But they only run in full sizes so I couldn’t get a 10.5 so I will just need to wear bigger socks. Great shoe.

Nice shoe, good price - They look like a slipper, but wear like a shoe. Good quality and come in a cool box that looks like a cigar box.

Globe House Shoes - These are the best!!!!!!! I bought THREE pairs for my husband, and he hates to put on real shoes now! He loves the comfort and style. The sole of the shoe is another feature that he just loves. I doubt I will ever buy another house shoe for him again that is not a Castro Globe.
