These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I purchased the toffee leather color to wear with slacks while teaching. I bought a similar style in black that had the memory foam, which are very comfortable! The store did not carry brown so I purchased these. There is no memory foam but they are still comfortable. Zappos' customer service is awesome! Fast shipping and friendly people!

I have a hammer toe and my doctor recommended a Medium width (I wore a Narrow). He wanted me to wear a tied athletic shoe (I hate tied shoes) or something with a strap over my insole. I now have two pairs of this shoe, one in black and one in brown, and I love them. The medium width gives my toes more room and I use the Velcro straps always to tighten enough that my toes are not anchoring the shoes. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are better than I expected! I didn't have to break them in. I put them on and didn't want to take them off. They are perfectly cute!

I love these shoes so much that I have replaced two worn-out pairs after years of daily use and just bought them in a second color. They look good with pants and skirts, they're comfortable for moderate walking, and they're nice enough for business casual. I have a very narrow heel and find that these fit and stay on better than most flats because of the strap.

I love these shoes! They look cute with casual wear or dressed up. I wear them every day with dress pants. Love the Velcro strap. Took about 3 wearings to break in, after that very comfortable!

This is my go-to shoes for the office. It's nice enough under black pants to be acceptable and it's very very comfortable all day. It has a tendency to stretch over time though, so get it in your size, even though it might be a bit tight in the beginning. As it stretched, I would just wear a pair of heavier pants socks underneath, instead of light pantyhose or socks. Recommend highly.

Very comfortable shoes. It keeps your feet warm too. Stylish, goes with both skirts and pants. I love it. I am thinking of getting the black color too. But most of all I love the Zappos service! It is unbelievable!
