I stupidly bought TWO pairs of Sketchers Women's Bikers Step Up Style #21571BBK. Both of them fit poorly especially in the heel section. I will NEVER buy another Sketcher shoe. After wearing them for a couple of weeks (always with severe pain at the end of the day) I actually had to go to the podiatrist and he said 'the shoes simply are at fault'. SO I THREW THEM OUT and bought a different brand and they fit perfectly.

I thought I could exchange these for a bigger size at a Skechers store, but they don't accept online returns. So now I have to pay for shipping to return these. I do not want to risk ordering a bigger size online incase it doesn't fit and I would have to pay for shipping AGAIN. So stupid!

I received my shoes with a 1/4 cut in the leather on the top of the shoe. It's very noticeable and for the price (even if they were on sale) I'm very disappointed in the defect. I tried to start the return process, but my order history says "not eligible for return". Tried find out why on the return policy website but there was no answer, tried to email, but my email was bounced back to the return policy website. Still have the shoes, still have the 1/4 cut in the leather, still no answers to return the shoe. Not at all pleased with either the craftsmanship or customer service. I have purchased shoes before and was more than pleased....not this time. Will think again before purchasing.

Edge of the cover on top of the shoe rests right on the big toe knuckle and irritates it when you walk. I couldn't walk in the shoes for more than a few minutes without experiencing discomfort.

These shoes look great, and are comfortable everywhere, EXCEPT the heel. They completely tore up my heels the first time I wore them. I tried some moleskin in the back the second time (2 weeks later to let the blisters heal), but still ripped my heels to shreds! So disappointed :(

I bought these shoes with some fear about the fit as I have a hard time finding shoes that feel comfortable. They didn't fit and I returned them immediately. I waited a week after Skechers signed for the package to check on a refund, then wrote and asked about it. Now they are telling me 4 to 6 weeks before I see my refund and I have to prove I returned them (which I did in my first request, but copied and pasted info again). I have never had this kind of service from any other companies when I returned merchandise and always got my refund within days of the return. For this reason I cannot recommend Skechers and I will not purchase from them again.

The shoe looked good and was probably durable but the sizing was misleading to me. The size didn't relate to what I usually wear. I usually have a little room in a 9 and I thought the width would have been wider. That is the real reason why I purchased the shoe because now I am having bunion issues. I bought some Propet tennis shoes and they fit great. I thought I'd try this brand of wide width shoes and that they would fit well also. Not so. I ended up passing them on to someone else.

They rub my heels raw and my feet were killing me by the end of my shift. I will not wear them again.

I love the shoes, I have have been wearing this same style for mnay years. I have trouble finding size 11 in stores so I tried ordering them online for the first time. The shoe I received was defective. The sole of the shoe is smaller than the actual shoe. [...]

I thought they would be very comfortable but they actually weren't. The style looks nice though.

One of the few shoes offered in Wide width, however the height at the top of the shoe where the foot bends is too shallow and cuts into the top of the foot. Returned the item

I bought size 10EW and it's not possible that the ones I received are Ew, I can hardly get my foot in them. The other EW's I have did fit well. [...]

Left shoe is fine, right shoe has rough heel seam which hurts my foot. can only wear them for short periods.

i wear my shoes to work. the velcro strap will not hold. when you get a snug fit and take your first step the strap pops off. they just kind of flop all day, but since i spent [$] on them at [...] and now they are out of business, i'm screwed.

The velcro will not stay locked. I am unable to wear the shoes because of this.

I wore them without socks. The seams rubbed against the back of my heels and made them bleed!
