Fit is just right. Color isn't really black, but more of a dark gray/blue. I've read this about the color elsewhere, so know this ahead of time. It seems that Converse slip-ons don't come in the same black as laced sneakers. Otherwise, great kicks for ease and quick comfort.

These are great shoes. I love that there are no laces to tie. I have tried a few other Converse style sneakers and they always feel like huge boats. These do not feel that way. They are also not TOO edgy as my teenage kids would roll their eyes at me if I was trying too hard! They are comfortable but not in a cushy type of way.

I don't know how Zappos does it. Ordered my shoes on a Monday and got them Tuesday mid morning. Love these guys. Now to the shoes...order a size smaller, or even a size and a half smaller.

I love these Chucks! Ordered a half size smaller than my usual Chuck size and they fit perfectly. I knew the lace holes were not punched through but I also wanted the option of wearing them with laces just to change the look up now and then. Very easy to punch holes and add laces. The tongue is attached to the inside of the shoe so it does not affect the integrity or fit.

These are so cute and comfy. I just love them. They definitely run big. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8. The 8 is perfect.

This was a gift, and the person absolutely loved them! She couldn't find her size anywhere around town but was able to at zappos.com and received them the next day!

Very comfy, easy on/off, perfect for just about any activity, goes great with skinny jeans. Sizing: I sized down a half size and they are still roomy in the toe box. I bought the socks made for these shoes, but felt they were too long and bunched at the heel. Any other sock will do. You can wear them without as well - the shoe is comfortable either way.

I'm a women's size 8 1/2 -- almost exactly (for half sizes, I size up, though). The men's size 6 fits perfectly. A teeny bit tight, even, starting out but plenty of give once I get walking. What else to say? These are standard slip-on Chucks. Not as flattering, IMHO, as the ones with laces but a little more punk and muuuuch easier to throw on when the dog needs to go out. I like how the raw edges fray with wear, adds to the grunge look.

I bought these as a gift - we love these...I also have a lace-up pair in white, and they are so nice! I am tempted to try the slip style next time.

What a great, stylish, and comfortable shoe. The color, grey, goes great with anything. Added bonus, it is slip on, which makes it much easier to put on with this 8 month-pregnant belly of mine. I am glad I took the advice on the sizing. I normally wear an 8.5-9 in women's, and am very pleased with the fit of men's 6/women's 8.

I bought these to be my commuting shoes. They are great, worm with socks or without. They do run big, so order down a whole size.

My Chucks are classic in fit & style. The color however is modern and chic. I have been wearing these things all summer. They look sporty with my long skirts & dresses. The slip-on style works great when you have to hike a bit to get to your spot on the beach. Also is great in those bathrooms you encounter there. Flip-flops & bathrooms umm too exposed for me.

Absolutely LOVE these! This is my first pair and I have to say I want to wear them all the time. The are super comfortable and I love that they are slip on. I read the reviews and sized down 1 size which worked perfectly.

As an avid Converse wearer, I highly recommend these! In the past, I've always kept my Converse permanently tied and slipped them on anyways, and these slip-ons with elastic are perfect. I would definitely recommend ordering down a half size in all converse, but especially with these since the elastic makes them a bit roomier than normal. The only qualm I have with these shoes is that I first ordered a whole size and the converse logo on the top was embroidered in the cool orange color (which was so cute), but the half size that I received in exchange for them had a regular sewn-on logo that is much less attractive.

A great shoe, the fit is perfect (9), looks good too, but there is ZERO arch support. I am talking a total zilch. You can't fit inserts to help out because the fit is soooo perfect (and it is) there is no room for the insert, and your foot. Sorry, had to return them.

Classic Chucks so I love the look and ease of wearing these. Perfect for a quick slip in and running errands while protecting your feet. Definitely recommend these.

These sneakers are my favorite and most comfy pair! They are easy to slip on and true to size. I bought the charcoal which go with everything.

Great shoes, good color, goes with anything practically. Good quality, cooler than fussy sports shoes but just as comfortable. Nice and casual but not boring. Normally wear a 6.5 but the 5.5 US are what fit me best. I ended up buying two pairs within a month so I have one for back-up.

My favorite slip-ons, and I have a pair from just about every manufacturer. I was told to get a size smaller than that which I usually wear. I did, and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 12 and 11 fit me just right. As proof they are my favorite slip-ons, they stay by my front door, next to my OluKai slaps.

My kids go-to-shoe for going out on dreaded errands with Mom or around the neighborhood playing kickball. They love that they don't have to wear socks and there's no "time wasted" tying them since they slip on. If your child has a wide foot, these will be difficult to get on and off or fit comfortably.

These shoes are old school people look at you like you know what is up! Dressy or casual send the vibe that you own it! Proud owner I would buy again and again.
