Daniel Green Review - This shoe was exactly what we were looking for as a gift for an elderly lady who loves this particular shoe and told us that she could not find them locally. I told her "I'll bet I know where to finf them, ZAPPOS." so my wife and I ordered them for her for Christmas. Excellent price and Excellent service from Zappos. Thanks.

Super Comfy Slipper Shoe - The Daniel Green 'Meg' shoe provides unparalled comfort and traditional styling. Those seeking a slipper durable and stylish enough to wear outdoors will appreciate this shoe. It's preppy good looks and loafer-like details tell people that you know a thing or two about quality. You know how to dress with elegance and sophistication without shouting it from the rooftop. Even if you were not to the manor born, Daniel Green's Meg will make you feel as if you were.

This shoe was a gift for my great aunt. I am extremely impressed with Zappos, delivery was within 24 hours and the quality of the product is exactly what I expected. I would definitely order from Zappos again!

Quality Comfort - Daniel Green's Meg slipper is all my mother wears, inside and out! They hold up well, and are light weight so she can wear them everywhere even though she has lost a lot of weight and has not much strength in her legs. Don't know what she would do without them !

Perfect to slip on and take the dog out quickly - I love the gentle, ladylike styling of my blue slippers. Like something out of Little Women.

Love those shoes - I can order Meg's and know they will fit and be just right. I've been wearing them for 20 years and they provide good support along with comfort and style. Love 'em.

classic house shoe My mother has been a devoted fan of the "Meg" style for many years. She likes it because it is an actual shoe, and not a slide which can be dangerous for the older clientel. It is well made and comes in several colors which is an added bonus. Glad to see you have it available online!

Answered Prayer Finding this Daniel Green Slipper was an answer to my prayers. True to advertising and the testimonials of others, here, this is a marvelously made and well fitting slipper. The comfort is outstanding, especially since I have trouble feeling comfortable in most slippers being made today. I highly recommend the Meg slipper by Daniel Green.

Greatest Safest Slipper I have been wearing Daniel Green slippers for over 40 years. I like the closed pump style because of the look and also because it is the safest type of slipper for going up and down stairs.

The Best Slipper Ever. Thank you Zappos for carrying the slipper I can't be without. Like a shoe to me, I have been wearing this same style of slipper forever. Better than a pair of ballet shoes. Try them, you will love them too.

Must-have Daniel Green Slippers. I've worn Daniel Green Slippers for 30 years and cannot live without them. But, I've been unable to locate a store near me that carries the style of D. G. Slipper that I prefer.

Purchased these for a play set in 1936, perfect for the period with a nice fit for an actress who is difficult to fit.

A little shy of comfort - I'm used to complete comfort with Daniel Green, but this one doesn't seem to have the arch support the other styles had. Due to knee problems, my feet swell, and I use these to wear around my office. Well, what I thought would look like a pair of low heeled casual shoes, still look like house slippers, but that was my mistake.

slipper lining. this slipper at one time had a lining that didn't cause the foot to perspire. I think it probably was not a material but rather leather or plastic. It would be better if the lining was improved.

These run long and very narrow. They are okay once you get the right size. I think those who thought they were scatchy inside had not removed all the cardboard packing.

I think this shoe might be comfortable for people with narrower feet but if you have wide feet it can be really painful to break in. My feet were hurting before lunchtime and by the end of the day I had blisters. Got a lot of compliments on the look of the shoe so I'll still wear it sometimes but next time I'll bring another pair of shoes to change into during the day.

Daniel Green's Meg - Since the sole split on one of the shoes I bought about a year ago, I bought these as a replacement. I have always sought out the Daniel Green products.

These shoes are so slippery that the name slipper was no joke! My 86 year old mother put them on and fell almost immediately. Love Zappos, but don't buy these shoes!

I returned this shoe. There was no support, thin material, completely uncomfortable. It felt like I was walking around barefoot.

I needed stability and Daniel Green slippers delivered that in Meg. I was so surprised at how closely it fits the foot and although I ordered medium, as I always do, it was tight. So I ordered wide and that helped but it too was tight. So next I will order extra wide and that is far from normal for me. The slipper itself is great. I have had to buy 3 pairs because I have worn them thinking they would stretch.
