Fit was as expected. This shoe would be good if your feet are swollen. It's easy to adjust to give more room and your feet can breathe. That said, I was expecting more support from the shoe. Also since the top is so open, it feels like the shoe is a little bottom heavy when you walk. Something that you could get used to. It wasn't what I was looking for as a supportive around the house shoe.

I'm sorry that I will have to send these sandals back. It's my own fault, as I have a Narrow foot, and these shoes only come in a Medium. I should know better by now, that a medium width never works for me. I thought that with the ability to adjust the straps on top that they might work, but they didn't. Don't order these shoes, if you usually take a Narrow width! They would be nice sandals for most women. Well made and nice looking.

I tried these, because I've had another model for several years. That style has three Velcro straps across the instep. It also has the closed-in heel. I realized instantly that I can't wear the two strap model because it doesn't hold my foot in securely enough. They are too wide, so I called them "Too Big'. (In a previous review). They weren't too long - they are just too loose! The color is good though. Lt Taupe. I liked that part! But I had to return them. Zappos, can you carry the other style??

Positives: 1. Good arch support 2. They don't press on or irritate my arthritic big toe joint or press on the toe at all Negatives: 1. Back rubs on my ankle bones--both sides 2. I don't love wearing a brand name on the tops of my shoes 3. Kind of plain and not very attractive, kind of clunky looking. Would have kept them anyway, if there wasn't the ankle-rubbing thing.

Frankenshoes - The shoe is very photogenic. In person it is much heavier and thicker appearing. I feel it would coordinate with large bolts in my neck and stitches in my forehead...Frankenshoes.

Propet Pedic Walker-Nubuck - I bought this shoe to use as a summer "work" shoe. I had a pair in black in 2006, but they were just a little short in a size 8; so I ordered an 8 1/2 this time. I wear 8's or 8 1/2's in most shoes. The width is adequate...slightly wide. They are not deliriously comfortable, but they suffice! My orthotics don't fit them really well. I'd have preferred them in leather, not nubuck. The insole is washable, so that is nice! Great Zappos service!! As usual!

Velcro is not attached in the right spots to expand enough. This shoe was not true to size for me. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and when I put my own orthodic in it fit, but my toes hang over the front edge. The edge around the shoe sits a tiny bit higher than the orthodic, so it is a little bit uncomfortable on my toes and a little annoying. I special ordered these shoes from a retail store and received them the day we left for a trip, so did not test them out before wearing them. (Always try them out at home first if you can). My feet swell after walking awhile and the velcro is stitched so far down on the shoe itself that if I try to adjust the straps looser, there is not enough velcro to hold it in place, so I have to wear the straps too tight across my feet other wise I might have given it a higher comfort rating. I like the color, just wish it was not in Nubuck, but in plain leather. It is one of the nicer looking sandals for one who has to wear orthodic inserts.

Too short two ways - Would have been great except top straps over the foot are not long enough. The width inside the shoe is fine, just not the straps. The velcro ends way too short. The length seemed a full size shorter than other sandals I've ordered in the same size from Propet. I loved the chocolate color though!

I found this shoe to be uncomfortable after being on my feet or 6+ hours. Not enough padding in foot bed causing feet to hurt. Had to put inserts in which made a difference. The velcro closures made it possible for me to tighten shoe so foot did not slip and rub. Has a great arch support. The style is kinda clunky looking. Thank you Zappos for such great service. Shopping with you is great. I would like to see more styles in wider widths in sandals and casual shoes.

The size was ok, but very uncomfortable. The width narrowed as you were hitting the straps.

The shoe was big and clunky. The material ok, I guess, seemed stiff. But the ankle was very stiff and rubbed. That would not be a shoe that could be worn for a long period of time.

These shoes are definitely not size “4E”, which is the size I wanted and the size they claimed to be. I wanted to replace the previous shoes, which I love, but are now quite worn. This was a big disappointment.

Waaaayy too wide. And too long. These must have been made with Big Foot in mind!

Unfortunately, the straps are much too short, so when adjusting to my foot, would not reach the velcro. I read this complaint in another review from a year or two ago and had hoped the problem was solved. I still have very old previous version of this shoe, which I hoped I would be able to replace, but no such luck.

The pedicure walker usd to be sturdy and supportive. Prophet has obviously cut costs and the shoe I like bed now has absolutely no support and your foot wobbles with every step. Feels like the “jelly” shoes kids wear.

Good fit - I have flat wide feet; I also have had surgery on my feet, so I have a hard time finding a good fit. This was a good fit, with decent arch support. The look is not the best, but they are comfortable.
