Beautiful shoe, however too narrow in toe box for me.

I was excited taking these out of the box, as the leather felt and smelled luxurious. They feel like a quality product. When I went to slip them on, however, I could not get them on without considerable force. My arches are a little high, but not the highest I've seen. They would be a comfortable and durable choice for someone who doesn't have high arches. Hope that helps.

This was a size narrow but still more narrow than expected, especially in the front half. Could not even get my narrow foot in it! Will have to return.

This shoe was much more attractive than I thought it would be. However, I could tell by looking at it (and for sure after trying it on) that it was not a wide width, however it is marked wide width...otherwise it was exactly what I wanted! I am very sad to return this shoe.

I really liked the style/design of the shoe. It appears well made and has some structure to it. I generally wear 9w. The first pair fit perfectly but the padding of the insole did not cover the entire bottom of the shoe so it felt as if my small toe was caught in a crevice. I exchanged for another pair of the same size. The left shoe of the second pair was very tight almost as if it was a narrow instead of a wide width. Unfortunately they are going back.

I had to return - one foot was much tighter than the other, overall they seem to run on the small and narrow side. I'm debating whether I want to reorder. They look nice but now I think I want a higher heel. I usually don't have sizing issues so not sure I want to chance with another order of this same shoe. The leather is beautiful.

The material is very stiff. I stretched them with shoe trees the the heel area with paper.

I wanted to like the shoe after seeing so many positive reviews, but they just didn't work for me. I'm a teacher on my feet all day and I also have bunions. I'm used to the support of Borns, Clarks, Rockports and Danskos so I'm sure these are supportive to some, but just couldn't compare to my usual brands. I also had to exchange for half size smaller because they slipped off when walking, but because I bought a smaller size, it couldn't accommodate my bunions. They are really well made, and look great with skirts, slacks or jeans. They just didn't work for my situation.

A beautiful show with soft leather upper and good arch support, but the size 11 felt like a size 12 and my heel would not stay in the show. Sadly, I had to return them.

I really wanted to love this shoe but am returning it. I was trying to find a slip on style that was similar to a style that I had for a long time until it recently wore out. I always have a hard time finding the right size since there are not many shoe companies that have 10.5 size. I thought the size 10 would work since the 10.5 was too big but it was not as comfortable as I thought it would be once I figured out the right size. Thank you Zappos for being so accommodating.

The shoe seems to feel fine. I normally wear either a 10.5 or 11 but since the 10.5 which I returned was a little big I was trying to see if the 10 wide would work but that was too wide in the back of the shoe. I am hoping the 10 regular will fit better.

I have a wide (D) foot and could not even get my foot past the top of the shoe to see how it might if if I could get into it. Which never happened. Returned.

This show did not feel wide enough.

The shoes look great, but they run small at least for me. The sides come up high towards the ankle.

Cute loafer but I got a horrible blister on my right foot. The toe box has a weird shape. Even still, I like the shoe because it looks professional for the office. I'm on my feet a lot so I hope I can break them in after my blister heals.

Very sad that these shoes have changed their sizing. I'd bought several pairs before, because they were perfect for work, comfortable right from the box and, most importantly, came in wide. Then they weren't available in 8.5 wide for a long time. The new pair was not as wide (compared to an old pair to confirm) and trying the pair a half size up didn't work, they were too big. Sadness! My first pair was excellent quality, the next pair(s) were not quite as long-lasting, but still good. Wish that things hadn't changed!

I don't LOVE them the are just ok. The fit is not quite right for my foot. It is a little tight in the toe box and a little loose in the heel. I never look at them and say ooo I want to wear these today. Just meh.

I really wanted to like these, I like that they have a little more of a heel than a standard oxford but not too much to be painful. Unfortunately they were too narrow.

I've always loved this brand; they always use quality leather and build a good pair of shoes. I've owner 3 pair of the Nolan style; love them. However, these shoes just plain hurt to wear. The toe is wide and comfortable but the heal is super narrow, even for someone that normally can wear a narrow heel. Cant send these back because I wore them outside already but I'm going to have to replace with another brand. I regret this purchase.

I wanted to like these shoes, but they are not at all comfortable. The leather is stiff and cuts into my heel. I had them on for exactly 10 seconds before I puled them off and returned them to the box.

I wanted to love this shoe. Reasonably priced, good styling for work, comfortable to wear. However, it just didn't last. I first ordered this shoe about a year ago to wear around the office. We're business causal most days and occasionally a suit when meeting with clients. This shoe was good for both. I initially liked the shoe so much I ordered a second pair just to keep in the closet because finding good work shoes can be a challenge. Unfortunately the heal started to break down pretty quickly. I started noticing black scuff marks on my wood floors at home (they would easily rub out) but they were from the shoe leaving residue behind when I walked. After about 4 months of regular wear (wearing them for about 8 hours 5 days a week) the heal started to fall apart completely and the shoe had to be replaced. I hoped perhaps it was just a bad pair, but sure enough the second pair did the same thing. Maybe 4 months of regular wear is all you can expect for these types of shoes. But I've had Clarks I've worn for years. So I'll be looking at other brands. I think if you're planning to wear these shoes occasionally they'd be fine.

Absolutely beautiful shoe but...it's just not comfortable. I"m going to buy cushioned inserts in hopes that will allow me to wear these shoes.
