Looks cool and retro, but no arch support and, therefore, very uncomfortable. I do not recommend these.

This shoe looks great! But I hate it!!! I wish I could return it. It has too much arch support and not enough foot cushioning.I thought it would be like Jazz 4000 or 5000,but it's not.

Way too narrow, I do not have a wide foot! Customer Service said unisex sizes would be wider than women's. UNTRUE for this shoe. I have lived in my other Saucony shoe the past year, the peregrine, they are super awesome. I wished I could have a more fashionable shoe for work, so I chose these, first in the women's, then the men's unisex, both way to narrow. Did I mention my foot is a normal width?

First of all, all these extra positive reviews appear to be just advertising bs to make you buy these shoes.
Now, to the matter. After wearing these lightly for 1.5 freaking months, the inner lining developed holes, and I can see the plastic inserts. After 3 months, the sole near the toe part start separating. I hope they will last 6 month, but I'm not going to buying anything like that anymore, because the quality of materials is so bad.

The shoe is really stylish but it runs long, super narrow and stiff as a board. If you want a shoe to sit in your closet and look pretty, this is a good choice. If you want to wear it, move on to something else.

I remember buying these shoes back in the early 90's and it was very comfortable. The tongue was padded, inner sole had thick foam like you were stepping on a sponge, around the heel area (sides and back) had minimal stiffness and the collar had nice thick cushion. None of it is in the current version. It's as though it's a different shoe. Also, these felt like I was on platform shoes and felt off balanced. It's changed for the worse. Do not buy.

I REALLY want to like this shoe. In fact, in many ways I do. However, If you have a typical American foot like myself (wide "er" in the forefoot) this is NOT the shoe for you. I have supination (shoe wears on the outsole)and mid arches... def not flat feet.
I also have the type of foot that is slimmer/narrower in the heel and wider in the forefoot. Not wide enough to require a "wide" size shoe... in fact I have worn Brooks, Asics, Merrell's, etc in a normal 12-12.5D size with no problem at all. I ordered a 12 and a 13 in this shoe. Tried it on and immediately felt how cushiony the shoe was which felt great. Walked a bit in them on the treadmill and the forefoot was VERY tight / narrow. Put the 13s on and same thing. It was pushing my pinky toes into my other toes and causing a lot of heat was not comfortable at all. These shoes are obviously made for those with skinny feet (true to all shoes made in Asian countries it seems).
Too bad because I really like the look and ride (cushion) of these shoes.
Has anyone had luck with the M574 New Balance?

They looked great but after a few times wearing them the shoe began separating from the sole causing me to have knee and back pain when wearing the shoes longer than a few hours.

These were my favorite shoes I have ever had. I got them wet...ruined! Blue dye all over my jeans, my hands, my carpet, etc and it simply will not stop running. They have effectively become "unwearable". I sincerely loved these shoes, but i live in a place where it snows, and this was incredibly disappointing.

These shoes are very uncomfortable to me. The heels are too high and they extend at the height for too long under the shoe, whereas most shoes start to descend sooner. The make my back hurt. Additionally, they are pretty cheaply made and are no where as cushioned as the much better but unfortunately discontinued Saucony Courageous or Saucony Jazz 3000. I wish they would dump these and bring these shoes back. I don't understand all the positive reviews as to me they feel like walking on bricks.

Jazz -
I would have to say these are the most UN-comfortable shoes I have ever wore in my life. They were made really cheaply too. Really dissapointed, but I sent them back so i guess I can ba thankful for that.
