I've always worn Converse All-Stars, but now that I'm a 43 year old man who's trying to exercise more I figured I should get a pair of actual running shoes. I picked Sauconys because they are vegan and the style isn't loud & bombastic (like most running shoes). These have a more retro '70s vibe. I'm glad to report that they're incredibly comfortable. Coming from Converse, these feel like I'm walking on pillows. I can't speak to their durability yet since I just got them, but I'm looking forward to trying them out for running.

A true classic. Pair these with your 501s and a pair of Wayfarers. Very comfortable out of the box. Cushion wears down with wear faster than a modern running shoe, but far more comfort then the low pro version of the Jazz. When you wear these, you are telling the world that you appreciate mid century art and 1980's Volvos. Do it you crazy diamond.

I have wide feet and these fit pretty snug on the sides but the toe box is generous.

These things are light and comfortable. Sizing is a little narrower than expected, but still OK to wear all day. Very slippery on wet floors (freshly mopped floor). Color is more Navy than it is charcoal, so be careful. If you actually want gray/charcoal, find another shoe, as these are not it.

Comfortable casual shoe. To me, not as comfortable or stylish as some NB, but for the price, good shoe.

Solid shoes. Comfortable. Not as good looking as I hoped. A lot of people swear by them, but I'm not one of them.

This a great classic shoe. They are very comfortable from the get go. My only complaint is that they wear out pretty fast, but it's expected at this price point.

I purchased these Jazz Originals after picking up the Vegan Shadow originals. First time I've worn Sauconys. Both pairs fit well and were comfortable out of the box. They seem fairly well made. I'm on my feet at work and do a lot of walking daily. So far so good. I've had no issues with the arch. Great old school style. The Jazz are affordability priced (even more so with my Zappos coupon). Thank you Zappos.

I was looking for a shoe that was comfortable for walking and standing, but could handle the quick bursts of acceleration necessary to chase a toddler. It is a decent shoe for the money, and I think I will enjoy wearing it, but it is a very stiff shoe, both in the sole itself as well the ankle. Not necessarily a bad thing - they have been find to walk around in - but if you're looking for squishy and flexible, this is not your shoe. Fine for walking, and yes, it can handle quick bursts of running without problems.

It comes a bit tight on the toes at 9.5 all shoes fit me most of the time at 9.5, these are tight on the toes and I know they will be hurting me later on if I keep them, so I'm going to test them on a 10 see how it feels.

Can I just say this is the most comfortable shoe ever made of all time in the history of shoes? No joke, try it to believe it. It's like walking on a sexy cloud. I find they run half size small. this is the best shoe ever made. It only lasts like a week but it'll be the best you've ever felt in your life... for a week until the shoe looses it's form and the sole begins to shape around your foot improperly. Still, it's worth it.

Very comfortable, not a stabilizing shoe. This is great for wearing around town but not for working out. The sole connects to the heel bed at a sort of triangular shape. Not a bad thing, just know what you are buying.

I bought this shoe for a convention because it matched my company colors and I was pleasantly surprised that not only did it look good, but it felt great during those 10+ hour days on the convention floor and networking events. I highly recommend it! My only "complaint" is that there was an extra set of short laces with the shoes and I had no idea why they were there or what to do with them.

Great shoe, the only reason that I give it 4stars is that it is a little longer than than I feel a size 12 generally fits me. Very comfortable though and I use it to run and work out in as well without any issue. That said, I don't need much arch support nor do I need the shoe to fit terribly snug around my foot, so if that's what you need you may want to consider a different option. I got these on sale too, so the price was ideal.

Bought the orange and blue for the Super Bowl to support the Broncos. Well we all know how that turned out. They are not good luck shoes but served the purpose. Great shoes for leisure activities and you can't beat the price. Good shoe for value. I will be wearing them every football game for years to come!

I bought these for my husband, replacing a previous pair of Saucony's he had worn out. I didn't realize that the sole on these is very thick! He said they were very comfortable, but didn't like the look of the wide white sole on the side. The reason I ordered these was because they were the only style with black and silver, like his previous pair. I am sending them back and getting the Jazz Low Pro in black/gray/red instead.

The shoe hugs my foot like no one hugs me because I live alone. They look like rave shoes.

Bought these shoes in brown nylon and green suede color combo. They look the same in person as in the picture. They feel much more comfortable than my new balance sneakers, and almost as comfortable as nikes at half the cost of the other two brands. I don't think I would run in these, but they are comfy enough for walking and light workout. Great retro look to go with shorts.

These are very nice looking and comfortable. But don't buy if you have a wide foot. They are made for medium width feet.

I just love the Saucony Jazz Original for everyday use. I co-own a B&B and I'm on my feet all day. I need a shoe that offers good comfort and looks good, too. The Jazz is the perfect shoe for everyday comfort. There is not enough support, stability, or cushioning for running or long walks, but who cares -- the colors are great, and you're stylin' without messing up your feet. I hope they never change this shoe.

I've got quite the Kangaroo collection, wanted to try Saucony for years 'cause I know they're similar. Glad I did, very comfortable for my crazy wide duck feet. Durable, extra wide, great price. If it helps you any, the days are full of compliments, honestly a real eye catcher. And the red goes with so many outfits. Walk my dog in them every day about 3 miles. Great sneak!

I use these as casual shoes on the weekends. They are very comfortable with a cushy soul. I got them in the orange color so they get a lot of looks and compliments. They are as bright as they look here on the website. The do seem to stain a little bit easily but it usually washes out with some soap and water. I would buy another pair of these again.

Very comfortable and durable. I wore these for a trip in Japan with lots of walking for 2 weeks. The shoes held up and kept my feet comfortable. The style is not bad as well, just a little tricky to tie double shoe laces.
