It really is an Allrounder - I recently bought these and wore them to a evening event. I knew I would have to walk a lot, as well as climb stairs, so wore them with silk pants and a dressy top. I thought they looked good, were wonderfully comfortable. I especially like the heel strap, which creates a custom heel. I plan to wear them a lot for both dressy and casual. While Mephisto's are pricy, I get my money's worth from them, as I wear them a lot.

Allrounder by Mephisto's Niro - Nice looking shoe. Comfortable and true to size. A bit expensive for this shoe. I don't believe it to be worth the amount. The look though is definitely unique and this is what sold me.

Big Girls Shoe - Wonderful to find a maker who provides a 10.5 size shoe. To find it is also attractive and comfortable a plus. A sringtime pleasure after the clunky winter walking shoes. Lots of compliments on this shoe.

Niro Rocks! OK so I wanted a shoe that was not only comfortable but stylish too....voila! The Niro is definitely it! I bought them specifically for trips to Europe and Asia because someone recdommended them and I am not disappointed! I normally wear between and 8 and 8 1/2 but the 8 was a perfect fit. And I love that they can be converted to a slip on....so cool! And to top it off, Zappos got them to me the very next day after ordering them. Don't hesitate because of the price. They are absolutely worth every penny!

I am in heaven - Bought Memphisto 'Niro", received it the next day. Was planning a trip to India. Put on the shoes and I have kept them on ever since. I have been buying Mephistos for 10 years, always buying them in Germany.(When we go) This is my first pair on-line. I fitted them on in a shoe store in Miami. THe sales lady told me to get a size 9. I ordered a size 8.5. The price was better at Zappo. I saved almost $20. I am totally pleased with this shoe. I suffer from "airplane feet' when my feet swell up. I usually walk of the plane barefeet. With these shoes; no problem. I was looking for a casual-closed toe-dressy shoe and this shoe had it all. I wore it with pants,shorts and skirts. One day I did have a small beginning blister,(my feet got wet) I just adjusted the strap an 'wallah' problem solved.I washed the inserts while I showered (in INdia). It was dry in no time. One thing though I think can be approved; under the insert is a hard cardboard sole nailed into the shoe which seem to have the abilty to disintegrate over time.Too bad. I had many stares from many people with my shoes. I have bought them in black and I would love to have them in red. CAn't afford them right now, got to pay my India trip off. Love this shoe - I love this all rounder shoe. I bought it because I will be taking 6 trips over the next 4 months. I just came back from wearing them on a business trip to Las Vegas where a lot of walking was done. My feet never hurt once. I ordered them 1/2 size bigger than regular shoes and was able to adjust them to fit my feet perfectly. My husband now wants a pair.

Mephisto and zappos, it doesn't get any better - I bought the allrounder in light grey, and they're adorable, comfy, and a great walking shoe, with a unique look. I was even more impressed by Zappos customer service. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond. I've heard so many great things about zappos, and now I'm hooked!

love 'em! I had several compliments on the look of these shoes the first time I wore them in public... and they are extremely comfortable to boot! I love them! Two thumbs way up for Mephisto on this one!

Love them! I continually search for the perfect marriage of form AND function - and these shoes fit the bill. I have trouble with sneakers rubbing the bottom of my protruding ankle bones. These shoes appealed to me because of the "cutout" at the ankle area. It really helped! I think the structure of the shoe is great, but wished for more cushion and arch support from the factory insert (I use these for kickboxing workouts)...so, I am replacing the insert with a custom orthotic. I do this with ALL my sneakers, so I don't think it is necessarily a problem with this particular shoe. Another thing I love is there is plenty of room in the toebox area, which I have had a problem with other sneaks. And please, aren't they just adorable?! Have gotten many compliments on them. Ordered them in grey, hoping to get in another color when I save up the $$.

If you like 'em a bit "funky!!" These were highly recommended to be as "THE" shoe to wear this summer. I think they were right. The shoes are comfortable and easy to put on and off and I could walk forever in them. (once the snow melts!!) A fraction on the wide side but they do adjust.

I am very pleased with the Mephisto Allrounder. It is such a cute shoe and gets a lot of looks. I would highly recommend ordering shoes from Zappos. Their prices are great, the shipping time was speedy, and customer service and gurantee are a hard-to-come by luxury! They have a wonderful selection of shoes too.

Great shoes - I was afraid they would be too narrow for my very wide feet, but amazingly hey fit, and very comfortably too.

The Do everything Shoe - I just got these shoes before leaving on vacation. I ended up wearing them on the plane, to movies, with capris, with jeans, for walking, for everything- they are like stylish exercise shoes. I have a narrow foot and the velcro allowed me to tighten the heel as well as the instep to fit perfectly. I'm getting them in another color now too. I love these shoes

Fantastic -- you will become a fan! I admit, I was hesitant about the price, but these shoes are amazing! The treads are very grippy - even on ice, and my feet never get hot or sweaty in them. They're the most comfortable shoes I own. I could walk forever in these - fantastic!!!

Cute, comfortable and functional - This is a wonderful shoe if you are tired of shoe laces! I wear this to the gym and can work out on the machines like a real sneaker! Plus, it's so stylish and different. I bought the red and get a lot of compliments.

I have a pair of these in blue that I have all but worn out. Fully expected to bond with these, but the heel is very loose, even with the cross-arch strap. Don't know if that defect is true for the model or for this particular pair, but at any rate, I am sending them back.

This is my second pair - I love how they look and fit. Very comfortable right out of the box. I use them when I play golf and they perform just as well as golf shoes and the best part I don't have to change shoes after play.

Very comfortable, cushioned and feels well made. It was a tad too short so am ordering a size up in a style with more foot coverage.

The Allrounder is an attractive and comfortable shoe. I was disappointed to see there is little to no arch support. I also can see that the quality level is not what it once was for this brand. Therefore, I'd have to say they are overpriced but cute and comfortable. They fit big so you may need to order a half size down.

With hundreds of positive reviews and 5 stars I expected to love this shoe and was willing to pay for it. Sadly there is no arch support and I have to send it back. I usually wear a wide width and this medium width was wide enough for me.

These look just like they do in the photo. My husband loves this brand as they are extremely comfortable. They are like wearing sandals. I'd definitely get another pair.

This is my second pair of Allrounders, however the first pair did not have suede. This pair is a bit stiff where the suede is and the toe box feels a bit wider than my first pair (all nylon). I'm hopeful that as they break-in, they will be as comfortable as my original pair that have walked the pyramids of Egypt, miles in San Francisco and the rough streets in Andalucia.

Truly the best - The Niro is one of the most comfortable shoes I own. I generally wear New Balance sneakers but wanted something a little more stylish. These fit the bill and then some. My foot is wide with a high inseam and the fit is great.

Purple Allrounder - Love the color and the look. I have several pairs of Mephisto's and think they are great shoes, well worth the price. The Allrounder offers a great alternative to boring old tennis shoes.
