For me this shoe was a complete fail. I was looking for a walking shoe for a summer trip. These have no support, arch or otherwise, even with my own orthodontic inserted. For me they ran very large...at least a full size too big. They were clunky, and flat footed. Glad Zappos has such an easy return policy.

You would think for that kind of money they could put a good insole in it instead of having to pay additional cost for a support insole. Going back.

I had high expectations for this shoe. Ugh. They are TERRIBLE. I am a true size 6 with a high arch and high instep. These were so well reviewed. I thought the quality must be great at this cost. These shoes hurt my feet after 2 minutes of walking around my kitchen. First of all, the 6 was too short. It cramped my toes, but the width was too wide. Even with the strap as tight as it would allow the shoe was too wide. The size 6.5 was significantly larger. It fit like a clown shoe on my size 6 feet. HUGE discrepancy between 6 and 6.5 sizes. Second, there is ZERO arch support in these shoes. It almost felt like negative arch support. My feet were rolling to the center. I have flip flops that are more supportive. I really wanted to like these shoes. I loved the way they looked in the pictures and thought this brand would provide a quality shoe. I'm so disappointed. But I'm so glad I ordered from Zappos and can just put these back in the mail and forget this ever happened.

This color is not light red, it is orange. The red Allrounder, which I understand is being discontinued, is a good primary color that goes with lots of things. Orange does not go with nearly as much of what I wear, so I am returning these. Whoever made the decision to discontinue the red Allrounder should reconsider.

I am terribly disappointed in this Mephisto shoe. It is without support and like walking with concrete blocks on the feet. I assumed, because of the brand name, it would be a superior product, not! There is no arch support to speak of and no cushioning. I believe the Clarks Privo is much more comfortable and much cheaper. This shoe is a dud in my opinion.

Looks good feels bad - I really thought I was buying a great walking shoe. I find them stiff and not so comfortable. I would love to send them back.

Terribly Disappointed! Worst shoes ever. Top edges of the shoe cut into the tops of my feet. Tried to break them in, but the top of the shoe curves in too much. So painful, I cannot wear them. Would NEVER buy another pair of Mephistos. What a waste of money!
