My favorite shoe! I'm difficult to fit - even 4E is often too narrow, but this shoe fits me perfectly! I like it so much I bought 3 pairs: one white, one black, one brown.

Just got my 925s. They feel super good and my feet feel great! I will buy another pair. I started with 9.5 4e, but they where too tight and small so I changed for 10 6e, now they fit great.

New Balance MW 925 - I have stayed with New Balance over the years for my walking shoes because of the availability of the EE width. I have not found another shoe that fits!

Just when you think customer service has hit rock bottom, along comes Zappos! My hats off to you! Your customer service is beyond excellent! Easier than going to the store! I am Diabetic and have very bad feet!! These shoes are the best and I've tried a lot of different shoes. Can't beat these for comfort and fit! Will order more!

This model of new balance works well for me, although it is really a narrow fit around the ankle. Compared to other narrow shoes it has a wider than average toe box. Overall a good design for me.

Totaly satified with comfort and delivery - Love the comfort of the shoes. The customer rating were very helpful and were found to be true. Thinking of ordering another pair.

Fast Shoes - The shoes are good looking and comfortable (and make me feel taller), but what I really liked was how fast they arrived. I ordered the shoes on a Thursday late afternoon, and they were delivered to me Friday. In these days of back-ordered internet sales, that's amazing! Thanks Zappos!

Eureka! I have a lot of heel pain, and finding a shoe that is comfortable is an expensive search. When my last shoes finally 'gave-out' my search was on. Reebok, then Rockport, and finally eureka! This shoe is comparable to the best shoe for comfort I've ever worn. A bit 'frankensteinish' for looks, I could care less because, MY HEELS AREN'T SORE ANYMORE!

Most comfortable! It's quite rare that I can try on a pair of shoes and go "Wow!" My wife bought a pair, too, and feels the same way. No break-in time needed on these! Great fit and feel great walking in.

Delivery - Just ordered the shoes and they showed up in my doorstep in record time. Good Job. I am still waiting for a delivery from another source, that I placed a week and half ago. Next phase, walk on the shoe, so far feel great.

Very Comfortable and supportive walking shoe - This shoe is well made with a leather that seems a little tougher then is usual for an athletic type shoe. It has extra height in the toe box which eliminates any rubbing of the toes. As with all New Balance shoes, be sure to buy a half size larger then you would normally get, otherwize they will be too short.

New Balance for hubby - I do all of my husbands clothes/shoe shopping. He prefers New Balance. This about the 3rd pair I've gotten him. It is a different style than he has had in the past, but he really likes them. He said they are comfortable, and last a long time.

I was unable to wear this shoe because of narrowness in the toe area. I tride a wider width and it still cramped my toes.

New Balance 925 - Great Fit - After being sold a New Balance 810 at an area shoe store that was a little too long and a little too narrow, I discovered that Zappos had many more options than the area shoe stores. Another problem I had with the 810 was the glove leather upper which does not provide enough support for my orthotics and high arches. It did take me 3 tries, but I did find a 925 in the right size for me in a men's 8 6E. I am a woman, but I need to buy men's shoes to get enough width and room in the toe area. This is a nice, sturdy, supportive shoe that doesn't squish the ball of my foot and my toes.

A Great, Work Shoe! This was my secnd purchase of this shoe, and I think it's the best for fit and comfort, that New Balance has ever made! I did replace the insole after a few months, with the "Superfeet", footbed, and that made it a perfect shoe!

Comfort - Suffering from rolling of the foot to the outside, submlimation, I find that these shoes have eased leg and back pain I was experiencing with similar but less expensive shoes. Could be a little more stylish as I must wear these everywhere.

I've tried ecco and Rockport and New Balance tops them.

New Balance MW925 is a great shoe - I stand on my feet all day and I wanted a shoe that would not only have good arch support but also good cushioning at the heel and at the ball of my foot. The New Balance 925 met those requirements. I'm very satisfied with this shoe. Great fit. Very glad I purchased this shoe.

Finally, a comfortable shoe - I've tried to find a comfortable walking shoe for years. This is the first shoe that had plenty of toe room and didn't have a high arch to aggravate my plantar fasciitis. In fact, the pf has gotten better since I've been wearing the shoe. Ordered 4 more pairs.

Great shoe! Great service! After trying all local shoe stores in Denver for a 14 EEEEEE and being laughed at, I searched the net and found Zappos. I had a pair of these 925's sent out overnight and after wearing them for a couple of days I can say they are the most comfortable shoes I ever had in my 49 year life. Of course they look a "little" big, but who cares about co-workers remarks. I am going to get two more pair in brown and black. Comfort....comfort....comfort!

NB 925 - I was critical of these shoes early on, BUT after 4 weeks of use I ought to correct myself. My NB-925 have become very comfortable after breaking in, better than my Mephistos easily (and a lot cheaper). Somewhat stiff at first, but later on you are on cloud 9. Shoes are a bit smaller/wider than marked. BTW, green Superfeet insoles make them real nice for the non-flat footer.

Nice for Flintstone Feet - I walk everywhere and I have really wide feet. This is the first time I've tried a 4E instead of a 6E and it fit quite nicely. My only issue was getting used to the contoured bottoms which didn't initially sit well with my flattish feet.
