If you are looking for a truly comfortable sandal that supports every contour of your foot and looks good at the same time, then this sandal is for you. I can wear these all day, walk for miles and still feel good. The suede lining is an extra addition to comfort and does dress the sandal up. Now for the negative: The straps are man made material. Didn't notice this until I had worn them and fallen in love with them. Disappointing for the price and the Mephisto line. I love these anyway and will keep them. Normally I wear a 38 and these are true to size.

I absolutely love these shoes. This was my sixth pair of this style. I wish Mephisto would bring back more colors. My first two pairs were beige and green. I had them for five years and wore them untill I wore a hole in the top side of sole from wearing so much. These shoes are so comfortable you can literally walk in them all day.

These are the most amazing sandals ever. I would not have made it in Las Vegas without these. I have tried many, many other supposedly comfort shoes but these make it possible for me to walk long distances. Much better than athletic shoes! Get compliments all the time too!

Love them! Worth every penny. So comfortable. What makes these pair so unique is you can adjust the straps for a perfect fit. Have received plenty of compliments as well.

These shoes are worth the big price tag. Support is amazingly good. The straps are adjustable which works well for bunions and larger arthritic joints. Placement of the straps are good, too...you don't feel like you're "working" to keep them on your feet. Overall, they're worth the money & I'd definitely recommend them!

This is my favorite sandal ever! The Most comfortable Mephisto. I wish they made more with the foam sole. Perfect for arch support without Too much arch support like most of the others. Great for flat feet. And so pretty! I get compliments all the time on them. Have other Mephistos but these are perfect for my flat feet. The soles are not hard like the cork Helen.

These shoes are mostly about comfort, it is a brand I have come to rely upon. But the patent leather and rhinestones make these comfort sandals a little more fun and dressy. If you have issues with arthritis in your feet, as I do, these are always comfortable to wear.

Buying these sandals came about after a lot of research. I was considering ordering huge, expensive gel mats for my kitchen due to a severe arthritis in both back and knees. Daily life is pretty miserable and so cooking is always a trial for me with the added pain of standing during prep and so much walking at one time. Then I thought, "What about getting some shoes that give the feeling of the gel mats without the great expense and are literally portable?" That's when I discovered these sandals made by Mephisto. These sandals are among their shoes which have their special "Soft Air Technology" which relieves pressure on knees, hips, and lower back. They are ones specially made with a thick layer of natural latex foam mousse crafted to provide ultimate cushioning and shock absorption. So not only are these sandals a tremendous amount of money less than ugly gel mats, I can wear them anywhere I want! I can honestly say that these sandals are going to change the quality of my life greatly! The shock absorption is absolutely unbelievable! Order up a size...it felt funny to do that, but enough reviews said that and they were right! These sandals are a great solution for anyone who needs cushioning as they walk, especially those of us with typical aging joints!

I ordered these for my mom. They came very quickly and were exactly as shown. She wears them every day. The have adjustable straps that are perfect. Highly recommend these shoes. A lot of support for such narrow straps.

I love Mephistos, especially the ones with adjustable straps. I have a narrow foot and I can make these fit me. And I love having diamonds on my feet!

These are the most comfy shoes I have ever owned. If I could wear them year round in the snow, I would. These are more than just shoes, but an investment...a wise investment.

First of all I want to say that Zappos is a fabulous company to deal with. I order something on Sunday and it arrives on Tuesday, with no shipping charges. But the best thing about Zappos is their president who really believes that happy employees are great employees. He does not have an office, but works alongside everyone else. They have parades all the time and so much fun, while they are working. What a concept. Treat people well, and they will be loyal and happy. A great corporate model. It's important for our economy to support such a great company. And, by the way, I love my Mephistos!

These shoes are so comfortable and stylish. I wear them to work all the time. They are absolutely worth the price.

Very comfortable shoes. I\'m 6 months pregnant, and I can comfortably walk in these shoes. Style is very cute, goes well with summer dresses.

I walk all over NYC and able to wear these shoes day and night. They are so comfortable that I forget to take them off when I come home. The white does get dirty, BUT all your have to do is take a paper towel and wipe it off!

Great shoes -- have 4 pairs in different colors. Please bring back the gold or pewter or silver other color for next season, not only white. I love the black patent style. I get so many compliments all the time. Thank you!

These shoes rock! I get lots of compliments on them. They are so comfortable. They are soft and cushioned. They are really great if you have any foot problems at all. I have them in two colors.

It took me quite a while to pull the trigger on buying such expensive sandals. However, I absolutely love them. They become more comfortable every time I wear them (footbed continues to mold) and quite delicate looking for comfort sandals. Definitely less German grandma than most. The lining absorbs sweat very well - never feel swampy and never slick.

Pretty and comfortable sandals - The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. I did get a blister on my toe when I first wore them, probably because the straps are narrow. I ordered a size 8 but they feel slightly smaller and narrower than other size 8 shoes.

Very cute alternative to the "comfort sandal" selection - I have really high arches and would dread summer's arrival because I could never wear cute flip flops. Thankfully, Mephisto has come to the rescue. The Sydel is really cute and gives nice arch support. My only complaint is that I sometimes trip over the front, but that might be because I'm not used to wearing them yet. Another one to check out that is even more comfortable, though in my opinion not as cute, is the Helen. In short, I highly recommend the Sydel for those with high arches...and a sense of style!

Just FYI. This is a really cute shoe, but it runs about a size smaller than other Mephistos I have.

I love the Mephisto Sydel. I wish they came in every color. The support your foot, keep it cool and they look great with Mango Mango nail polish. Spiffy enough to wear out at night with white skinny pants. You will want to own more that one pair in case the first durable pair wears out! Go Mephisto. Gaynor (a fan)

I love these shoes! I have several pairs and just recently ordered the same pair for myself and my 16 year old daughter. She calls them "funky" and "totally comfortable." I agree completely!
