I will never buy again from this company. I never write reviews but this experience has been other worldly bad. I bought these boots over 1 month ago. Upon receiving them I realized my normal size (size 8) was way too big. When I went to begin an exchange order, they were out of size 7.5 so I had to get back on the waitlist and secure a size to begin my exchange transaction. I shipped my boots out within 2 days. Within 4 days my boots had been received and I was notified via email. Since then Frye has been radio silent. No updates on my exchange and I have contacted several times with no response. I have tried to live chat (which claims they answer within a couple minutes) and have received no answer for over 24 hours. I have emailed (several days ago and today) 6 times now with no response. I have called twice and asked to leave my number and my inquiry, with no response. Essentially at this point they have stolen over $500 from me. I do not write these but wow, I have never experienced something like this. DO NOT buy from Frye

I absolutely love these. I am wearing them as I write this. I think they run a little big. I am 8.5-9 and the 8.5 needs an insole to prevent heel slippage. They smell great, look great and go with everything. Today I have them on with a dress and I have received multiple compliments.

Would love this boot, but does not fit my calves, too tight.

I ordered these boots over 2 1/2 weeks ago after reading reviews, deciding to size up a 1/2 size. They shipped quick, I will give Frye one extra star for the fast shipping on the original boot. Unfortunately they were huge on me and I needed to return for a smaller size. I reached out to customer service only to leave a voicemail and get a call back a whole 24 hours later. They informed me that the size I needed was out of stock but I could sign up for an email notifying me when they came back in stock and that I had 30 days to exchange. I did this and became so excited when my correct size went back in stock only a few days later. When receiving the email I IMEDIATELY went through the exchange process for the correct boot size. Over a week had passed after the exchange was "approved" with no shipping confirmation or whereabouts of the new boots. I reached out to customer service again to have to wait 24 hours for a call back AGAIN only to find out that my requested boot size was "no longer in stock, with no date of when they would be." I really do not understand how a company can approve an exchange but then not inform the customer until they reach out that their item is out of stock. I really want my boots so I am holding out and not accepting a refund at the moment but GET IT TOGETHER FRYE, this is unacceptable.

Came used and not worth the money.

Love them! A lot less yellow than I thought they would be, but thats what I wanted! I was worried they would look too much like a mustard yellow but its a nice faded pale yellow.

These boots are so cute! I bought my normal size and after reading the reviews I was a little worried they would be too big. They were perfect! Im normally a 5.5 in sandals and a 6 in boots. I bought the 6. They are slightly large but the 5 1/2 would not have fit.

Love them! Will be wearing them alot!

Ordered a size 7 was sent a size 10 had to return

Heartbroken- I ordered a size 7 and received a size 10 and now trying to get in touch with customer service , please someone help me fix the sizes

I initially bought these boots as my DREAM boots but the boots were flawed. I was able to exchange them for a new pair and am extremely happy

Love these boots & the banana color is perfect and goes with everything. These boots are so comfortable, but I did size down a half size because they run a little big.

I was sent dirty boots that were already worn. Hair was inside of the boots as well. When I emailed to get an exchange I was just told to return them, they did not offer any help or send an exchange.

Love how they look, love the color ( brown), and mostly love how they fit though they run a little large around the ankle/top of the foot area.

Beautiful boot, quality leather and workmanship. A tad big, perfect for think socks. Came very quickly.

love these so much!! so comfortable and the quality is amazing. I will say my calves are on the smaller side and they are a bit tight on me. in terms of shoe size I got a half size down - I am usually a 9 and I got an 8.5

Look really cheap and poor leather quality. Pull on tabs/straps cut into me and rip my tights. CANNOT wear with any tights...

These are so cute and awesome! Im normally a 7.5 and so I ordered a a 7.5 and they are slightly big. they are kind of hard to take off but then again they are boots soooo

I was so happily surprised! I usually have a lot of trouble finding boots that fit my calves, but these do! I would say they are true to size. My calf is 15 and these fit! I bought black and brown because they seem like great quality boots.

Love them, everything I ever wanted. A bit stiff but I will break them in. Looking forward to their journey

Purchased these for my college age daughter as she heads out for her semester abroad and she is IN LOVE with them. Ordered her normal size of 7.5 and they seem to fit perfectly. Cant confirm their comfort yet though but I know they will accrue many miles during her time overseas. Maybe now Ill get my Fryes back that she borrowed 2 years ago :)
