Love the boots! I read the other reviews and bought a full size down. At first, they were hard to put on and felt a bit tight, but after wearing them for a couple of days now, the leather is starting to loosen up. I probably should have just bought a pair a 1/2 size larger, then a full size. Definitely worth the the price because you can tell that these boots are made to last. I'm already thinking about getting another pair!

Great basic boot! Fit great right out of the box as usual with Frye. High quality and the Banana color is wonderful!

LOVE this boot! My first Frye purchase, definitely worth the money. Goes with everything and the color and texture of the leather is perfect.

Zappos service cannot be beat. I always try them first. My daughter wanted these boots for a Hanukkah gift. She is so happy with them. From the minute they arrived, they have been on her feet! She has received so many compliments on them. I would say they are well worth the price.

I love the vintage-y look of these boots. They are classic and will last forever! The heel gives an extra amount of height without being overwhelming. Versatile, essential in the winter and adorable in the summer with jean shorts!

This is my second pair of Frye Campus boots; I have another pair in brown that I have been wearing for 7 years that still looks and feels great. I needed a new pair of black boots for the fall/winter, so I decided to go for another pair of Fryes; they last forever. They are a very comfortable, durable, high quality pull on boot, and they look super cute over jeans, under jeans, or with a skirt or dress. I love them and cannot say enough good things about them.

I wear an 8.5 so I had first ordered an 8 based on some of the reviews saying to order half a size down. I ended up having to send them back and order a full size down because they were too loose in the heel! The 7.5 fit just fine...I can tell they are going to take a while to break in but that's part of the fun of a new pair of boots right? They are beautiful and go with everything, skinny or regular jeans and look too cool with dresses or skirts.

Love these! Wear them all the time! Have received tons of compliments on these. They are classic and look great with tights & dresses or with skinny jeans/jeggings! A big investment, but I think I'll have them forever.

My Birthday Boots! My daughter and her boyfriend sent me a gift certificate on line for my birthday, these boots were my absolute first choice! I have wanted a pair since high school! We won't discuss what year I graduated... I love them, and my friends love them, they are absolutely perfect!

I ordered these first in 7½ in Blazer brown and decided I wanted the more rustic look of the dark brown. The dark brown in the same size were super narrow, possibly too small, and super stiff. I was heartbroken but back they go. I do not know if this was just a weird pair, or if that particular leather color runs tight and narrow, but keep that in mind when ordering!

As far as style goes, these boots are great if you like a rugged, casual look and are looking for versatile boots that will never go out of style. My only complaint is that the sizing is way off. I generally wear a size 8 in shoes and boots. However, the size 8 in these ran way too large. I returned them for half a size down, but they still feel a little too loose. I kept them though, because I was afraid a size down would be too small with socks. The shaft on these boots is a little too wide if you have thin calves like me. They work great for tucking in jeans, but I wore them with a skirt and they slapped against my legs, which felt very weird.

Totally in love with these! Picked them up true to size in the color bourbon and so happy with them! They smell so amazing and although it was a struggle to get them on the first time - I walked around the house for 30 minutes and they stretched out nicely. They feel great now! I’d love these next year in a mother color or two!

Best boots ever! The quality is 10/10 and they’re trendy yet classic

These were my first Frye boots. I have a wide toe bed and was worried these would pinch me. It took a few wears but they really stretched nicely and are already super comfortable!

This is the second pair of Campus boots that I own. I like the way that they fit which is my normal size. They work well with jeans, pants, dresses or skirts.

Beautiful, very high quality boots. In love with the leather sole and leather stacked heal. Feels old school and high-end but does come at a cost. Leather sole is very stiff and needs some breaking in to mold to your feet. I love the look of the leather sole but and my fear is that it will discolor with time. Hoping it will keep its true color. The leather upper is substantial, gorgeous and smells wonderful! Love the color too, very versatile. In terms of sizing, I wear a size 5.5/6 and ordered a 6. They were slipping quite a bit, especially in the heal. Then ordered a size 5.5, which was a much better fit with boot socks. The length was good but there was still some heal slipping due to the stiff leather sole and upper initially. Additionally, the sole has minimal cushioning and minimal arch support. I added some non-slip heal pads and low profile heal and arch Powersteps and the boots were much more comfortable. That being said, the boots are incredibly beautiful! While they are expensive, they are also timeless. I plan to keep them for decades - they are timeless!

Lovely boots! I was fortunate enough to get the last pair! I normally wear a size 6, but from other reviews I read people said the Campus boot runs a tad big. I purchased a 5.5 and can wear a thin nylon sock. I’m not sure after the break in period if I will be able to wear a normal sock or not but I still love these boots! It is true in circumference to be 14.5 inches. My calves are exactly 14.5. So they fit snug. I bought some boot stretching spray and it helped a tiny bit. I also got a pair of shoe stretchers from Amazon to help break them in a bit more. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and got a superb deal on the price. I think if I would have gotten a size 6 they would be a bit too big and I don’t normally wear thick socks. I also used a lot of Dr. Marten wonder balsam and Dubbin conditioner on them to help soften the leather up a bit more.

These boots are very comfortable. The color is exactly what you see. The fit is the size that I normally wear.

I absolutely love Frye Campus boots. I’ve been wearing them for the past 10 winters ( or so). I went through several pairs. The quality, comfort, style... They are perfect for me. I am petite and have slim calf’s so the height and the width of the shaft were just right, which is so hard to find. I am sooooooooo disappointed the company decided to discontinue the this style. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
