Love These Boots - I bought these boots in the dark brown and love them. It took me a couple of days to decide on the color, but now I really enjoy them. And I get a lot of compliments on them. They look great with jeans and skirts. This is my third pair of Frye boots and I love them all. Definitely get them.

The best boots EVER!!!! These boots are amazing. They look great with jeans, leggings, skirts, and pants and are actually VERY comfortable. Yes, it is quite a struggle to get them on but once they're on they feel great. The heel height is just right and the circumference just allows for jeans to be tucked in. They don't come quite to the knee but a couple of inches below, which is actually very flattering to the leg. I ordered the Saddle color and it is beautiful, not at all too orange as other reviewers have felt. It's sort of a light brown with red undertones and it has a worn in look that is just perfect. The boots appear to be extremely durable and I hope to have them for many years (hopefully worth the investment). As always, Zappos was amazing - I ordered on Wednesday morning and they were here by noon on Thursday.

I am in love - I've been wanting these boots for over a decade and finally broke down and bought them. I have fallen in love! They look incredible. But, I'm not going to lie, they need to be broken in to soften the leather. They rub a bit in places, but who cares? They are worth it!

So Cute! I have been debating over whether or not to buy these boots for a while now - and I finally decided to get them and I'm really happy I did. They are really cute. I bought the banana color and I think they are just a great shade of tan that goes with everything. Thanks to the reviews, I wear and bought a 9 1/2, and the fit is perfect. They're comfy and stylish. I've been wearing mine with skirts and jeans and it all looks great!

Too bad - I ordered these boots, along with the Tina and was so excited to see them arrive in the mail two days later (I'm overseas, so this is really fast). I had to return the Campus though. I ordered the 8, while I am normally an 8.5, and they fit my foot just fine. The problem is my calves are too large for this boot. I am a cyclist and runner and I am always having problems finding boots that fit my calves. They are a nice looking boot, well made, but just didn't fit me. I ordered banana and the color was very nice. They are a little more "cowgirl" than I would have liked, but if that is what you are looking for, this is the boot for you.

These are so cute! Great pair of boots. I ordered the brown and they were a very nice shade. Very rugged, very nice leather. These would last for years and years. Unfortunately for me, my instep is very high, and they were snug across the instep, so I will be returning – reluctantly.

Love these boots! Love Zappos.com! I could not wait to get these boots on and wear them out and about! On their first debut yesterday, I received several compliments, and it's still summer! They were comfortable everywhere, and will be even better once broken in. They were a little snug on one of my calves, but I think I will look into having it stretched, then they will be perfect! I ordered these on a Tuesday afternoon and received them first thing Wednesday morning...shocking and amazing! Zappos rocks and will get my business from now on, as well as my recommendation to others!

TIMELESS CLASSICS - I have wanted these for a LONG time. I debated size, color, and finally settled on my true to size 7 1/2. So glad I did! They are perfection, size and all. They are built SOLID, quality. They will take some time to break in, leather soles and all. Looking forward to the fall, so I can shuffle around in these timeless classics.

Great buy! Many compliments! Love this boot! Took less time to break in than my Frye Harness. I got them in yellow, and it's yellow, for sure. Gotten SO many compliments on them! I have big calves, and they are a bit tight if I pull my socks up over my calves, otherwise just fine. Ordered half size up, and actually broke in the toe box with a hammer! Worked great and helped relax the sides a bit, since my feet run just a little wide. Great supportive shoe for walking in the city instead of running shoes. Will have them forever! Zappos is the best!

Happy - The boots look beautiful and go well with dresses with leggings and jeans. A few notes: they run a half size large than marked. I initially ordered them in an 8 but had to return them for a 7.5. Another issue for me is that the lack of cushioning on the inside of the boot causes the tendons in my toes to stretch in the most uncomfortable way. I’m hoping that if I break the boots in enough, they will get looser and this problem will disappear. Either way, that's not stopping me from wearing them! Very cute!

Love this boot; it's classic and fashionable at the same time, well made, and great value for the money. Looks great with jeans, skirts, dresses, anything! It's more chic than a cowboy boot (in my mind) and according to my new friends, makes a great Harley (bike) boot!!! The boot is a bit narrow in the front, which is my only reservation. Otherwise, comfortable and wonderful heel height. Thank you to other customers suggesting to size down. And ZAPPOS is awesome; I wish I could buy everything from this place.

Frye’s Campus 14L boots come highly recommended! I just bought these boots through Zappos a couple of days ago. Naturally they arrived practically within hours of my order placement (at no charge to me) secondary to Zappos customer service. I was worried that the boots would be uncomfortable as I have a wide foot, but they actually fit quite well and resulted in no discomfort even on the first wearing. They are beautiful, hip boots with a construction that looks like it will survive the next ice age. They are a little heavy, but I figure a little resistance on the muscles is a good thing. If you have a wide foot, I would recommend purchasing your usual shoe size versus electing to go with a half size smaller. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8.5 and they are quite comfortable. If you dig 'em, get 'em...you won't be disappointed!

Great - I usually wear 9.5 to size 10 shoes. I ordered the 10 and I can live with it, but there is a lot of space around the toe. Tough to know without trying them on first. Otherwise, they are very comfortable, kick-around boots. The only place I got blisters is on my calves, from the top of the boot rubbing them but I'm sure that will go away soon (or I can wear high socks). The boots are incredibly easy to put on.

Great boots! These boots are great! Very comfortable and get lots of compliments whenever I wear them. Fit felt true to size. Definitely worth every penny, I wish I had bought them sooner.

Frye's Campus 14L - These boots are perfect for anyone who has trouble finding boots that fit their calves and feet. I normally wear a 10 1/2 (which you can't find anywhere) so I am always forced to buy 11's but with these boots I ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and go great with jeans or skirts.

Just like good wine, it gets better with age - Fantastic boots. I'm size 9 and fit an 8.5 perfectly well. A little too wide at the heels but overall, just fantastic and well made. I just love them with straight jeans and skirts. I am a walker and found them heavy at first but I'll die before I wear sneakers.

Waited too long for these boots! These boots are well worth the money! I should have bought them sooner; I love them. It is like wearing an old pair of slippers once they are broken in. Use plenty of mink oil to soften them up; they will last forever.

Very Pleased New Frye Owner - Very happy with these boots. They feel a little narrow to me, but having only worn them a few times, I'm confident they will continue to conform to my foot. They are beautiful, and I get compliments all the time on them. They go well with pants and skirts, and I am so happy I spent the money! Well worth it, and they will last forever.

They're so cool! They are great looking and fun. They run very big. I usually need a 10 1/2 or an 11 but I got the size 10 based on others' comments about the boot running large, and it is very roomy. The footbed is quite stiff, probably to be expected in a boot this style. Although they are quite heavy and stiff, they actually make my foot look small.

Frye Campus 14L - Great boots! Love the dark brown color; give the boots a vintage look. Looks great with jeans and a skirt. I usually wear size 6.5 but ordered a 1/2 size smaller after reading some of the reviews. Fits well with my wide feet and very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase and Zappos.

Great Boots - These boots are exactly 15 inches circumference in the calf and so it took some walking around in thick socks to stretch them out a bit...but it worked. They look great and I'm sure after I wear them a bit more they will become more comfortable. I love them and am really happy I ordered them. I bought them 1/2 smaller and they are perfect.

I finally got them... I’ve been lusting after these boots for YEARS. I originally bought the Cavalry ones because I loved how they looked online (never saw them in person), and they just weren't me. So I returned them and got the Campus in banana. I haven't taken them off since! They are gonna look real adorable with skirts and tights, but I bought them primarily to dress up my jeans so I don't have to wear sneakers anymore. I will have to get some jeans that aren't boot cut to complete the look. In the meantime, I can stuff my bootcut jeans in the boot and they don't look so bad.

Buy them now before they run out!!! These boots are great and fit well, I am always an 8, but on the advice of other Zappos boot buyers, bought a 7.5 and they fit like a dream! The color is awesome and had that broken in look immediately!!! No wonder they're such a hot item! I asked for them at xmas, but they were sold out so I bought them for myself!!!

Best boot - The Frye Campus 14L is the best boot I've ever bought. I would have paid twice the price. I get compliments on them wherever I go and I can easily wear them to work, out on the town or simply running errands. They look amazing and feel even better. I did get a 1/2 size smaller and with socks they fit perfectly.

I'm in Love - I love these boots. Thank you Zappos. I got the dark brown and they are beautiful. They are surprising, really comfortable. I'm between a 7 1/2-7, and I ordered the 7. Fit like a glove. Totally worth the investment. These boots will last forever.
