Very good comfortable shoes. Good foot bed padding. However I gave a 3 star Overall rating because the leather squeaks, rather loudly. After wearing them for several months the squeaking has diminished but is still audible.

The looks are okay, pretty much what the images show. It's quite comfortable for a boat shoe. My biggest complaint is that they squeak. I keep waiting for the squeak to "wear off," but so far it hasn't after a couple of weeks.

I bought these shoes as they were a bit less money than similar ones from Sperry and others. On the first shipment, the thread holding the upper together broke the first time I wore it. Zappos replaced it, of course. The problem did not reoccur. However, the shoe makes noise on tile flooring and is narrower than advertised. I will go back to Sperry next time. In this case, one gets what one pays for.

I am disappointed in this shoe. I have had this exact model number of Dockers for several years and loved the shoe but this time it is not living up to its past quality, style and construction. The sole is too large for the shoe, as though it is the sole for the next size up. The leather has very little grain & looks like plastic. The laces are thin and brittle and do not hold a knot. I have very wide feet and a high instep and the shoes fit very well and are comfortable. However I would not buy them again due to the flaws listed above. Was this a mfgr's 'second'?

Not my favorite boat shoes. They look good out of the box, but the leather took a long time to break in. They also squeaked whenever I moved until I put some saddle soap on top of the tongue. About the time the leather was soft enough to be comfortable, the sole began to separate. This seems to be a problem with many boat shoes, since the stitching wears through quickly on many make, e.g. Sperry, also wear out fast. The Dockers decomposed very quickly once they started to separate. Unfortunately, the tops were still in great shape, so I had to throw them out.

Love the look of these shoes, but I've never heard such squeaky shoes. I have to return them because it would be so embarrassing to wear them around.

Within 2 months the sole started to come apart from the shoe. I took them to a trusted cobbler and he did what he could. I got about 3 months more out of them. These shoes were garbage, very disappointed.
