Shoes just what I expected, I have purchased the same shoes in the past

Although it is the size I wear, because the other pair I purchased are the same size the pair with the tassels are a bit too big whereas my foot slides back and forth in the shoe.

Size was okay but arch was very tight

I ordered these shoes before and really liked them. The quality is not great but for the price you'll get a year or so of reasonable use out of them. My old pair wore out so I ordered them again but this time the color was much darker. The photo shows a light tan and the ones I received are a very dark tan that does not match the color depicted in the photo. I will likely return them for this reason.

Nice looking shoe but wearing them felt like the center of the shoe was concave. My feet felt like they were being folded between my toes. Very uncomfortable.

The fit felt "sloppy" and loose for a normal D width.I had to put my arch supports in which only made my feet as though they were slipping out.

The shoes were fine overall but they were not the color advertised. The shoes were much darker than displayed. Unfortunately, I bought the shoes for a pending trip and didn't have time to return them. They are now worn, and I can't return them. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew. I'm a first time customer and disappointed since Zappos promotes itself for its quality and customer-focus.

These are great looking shoes, but felt like wearing slippers. I have minor foot problems and require support, and I could barely walk in these.

These are awesome looking shoes, definitely worth it. Just be sure to buy a size small. Most 13s are tight on me. These seemed like size 20.

Nice looking well made loafer, but they do slip on the heel. I would have sent them back if I would have known, but my husband wore them to work and that's how we found out. Test them inside before wearing outside.

Could not even get my foot in the shor

not a size 14 at all.... closer to a 12.5/13. wore for 2 days and left me with blisters. would like to return but no longer have the original box. is there anything that you can do to help? please review and advise, thks!

after three attempts, I have given up and am returning the latest attempt (8.5, too small)

These are sized much too large. I had to exchange twice as the size is a full size and a half larger than usual. Otherwise, the show is nice.

Although I wear a size 12 and both pair I purchased were 12s, the pair with the tassels were about a size too big.

My husband has worn Docker Sinclair shoes since I've known him (over 15 years) and has always been very happy with these shoes. He stockpiles them. One new pair he's been wearing for less then a 2 months, stitching has come apart at the toe. It's never happened before. He was really disappointed (but I did order him a new pair).

I have to say the style is awesome but the quality is worth the dollars but I order mine and returned them. Half size bigger and I have narrow feet which made my feet feel like they were swimming in the shoes. I am surprised many people rated them 5 stars but I'll Stick to the same style by Cole Haan. I've bought many quality little pricey Cole haans! It's worth the price if your thinking long term for Cole Haan. My younger siblings even though they look cheap. Poor reviews by others to say they are great, in reality not really!

Too tight

Too wide

Tried to wear them several times - hurt my feet - unable to wear them. Threw away box so I guess I can't return them.

The shoes don't fit. They seem to have been made smaller and narrower than before. How do I return?

fit and size were fine. Stitching on side of shoe was stiff and bothersone.

Nice shoes. But we received a mens size 9 in the box. We ordered a size 11.5… wrong size, wrong box.

Been looking for this style for a while.

The box said 13 W. What was inside was 13 M .Sent them back Right box wrong shoe.
