We ordered this shoe for my husband. He usually wears size 11 wide. When that shoe came, his foot slipped right out of it. We then ordered an 10 1/2 D, which was too small. The 3rd time was a charm. We ordered an 10 1/2 wide, which was perfect. This is a lovely shoe and he says now that he's got the right size, it's super comfortable with soft leather and a great sole. So would possibly suggest ordered 1/2 size smaller than normal???

Overall, I love these shoes--the style is great and they are very well constructed. My last brand of shoes seemed to just fall apart too quickly, and looking for a more well-constructed shoe brought me to these Dockers. Well, these certainly are more ruggedly-constructed, but the break-in period is really wearing me down. Within just a couple hours, the skin on my Achilles was worn down and my socks bloodied! I've had new shoes do this before for a couple of days, but over a week later and I'm still wearing bandages under my socks. I have high hopes that these shoes will eventually soften so that I can ditch the bandages, lol. If so, I think these shoes will last me quite a long time!

I bought two pair for my husband as he wore the first pair out. These are his go-to shoes. Comfy and stylish.

Very comfortable casual shoe, looks great with jeans. Price was great and fit perfect right out of the box. Super soft insole and no break in needed. Can't go wrong.

A comfortable shoe reasonably priced unlike many of Zappos shoes. Deliver took forever. Zappos' website and advertisements are classic case of bait and switch. Their pop-up ads offer a low price and when you investigate further, the price nearly doubles. A shame because Zappos used to be a good firm

Nice looking shoe. Nice finish. Well built. I have wide feet and the EE size fits me on 50% of shoes out of the box. This shoe was a little tight out of the box in width, but with a little break-in to loosen up the leather upper, I think it should work well (leather not as soft as described).

Great look. Great fit. Perfect for casual or dress. The color is spot on.

I liked this shoe a lot but it ran tight on me. I tried to purchase the wide but they were out. I just ordered the timber shoe. Let's see how that works and it's a wide so it should fit perfect. Positive thinking!

These seem to be nice shoes. I have maybe 40 hours in them. They run 1/2 size long. The width of the 10 wide I bought is a good EE, but the length is longer than any other 10 I own. The leather at the top edge of the heel, where it meets the achilles tendon, is noticeable while driving. I added nice anti-slip heel inserts and no longer notice that. I like these shoes very much; they are very attractive.

Nice stylish shoe. Fits a little larger than its size, but I don't think I would order a half smaller size. Walkable from day one.

Shoes are comfortable and good color to go with many slacks I wear to work. They do seem to be a bit large compared to other similar Docker brand shoes that I have purchased, but not bad enough to have to return them. And it's winter so I'm just wearing thicker socks.

My sixth pair of this particular shoe and I do believe the quality has suffered a bit since the first pair. However, still a good value for the money and a great shoe to wear to work on casual days or out for an evening in jeans or khaki's. As they age, I wear them more for everyday wear and have worn completely through the soles and innersoles of the last tow pair. I still have a brand new pair in the box ready for when they become my dress down shoe for a casual evening.

Happy with the purchase, wish the price was better. Compares to what I'd pay locally.

Comfortable, a little wide but D width are not wide enough so I can wear well with socks but not without. I really like the shade of brown, not too chocolate and not too orange, very neutral. I have had them before and they continue to be a staple of my wardrobe.

Very comfortable, especially the foot pad. Stretched out a bit more than expected, but not too bad. Sole wears fairly quickly, but it is very soft, so no surprise.

I found this shoe about a half size too large, and it was very stiff and not very comfy.

Was hopping it was more glossy but I will get used to them.

The shoes came to me the proper size but the wrong color. The advertising shows a nice, light saddle leather color and the shoes sent were dark brown, not even close. I needed the shoes for a business event, so I had to wear them and now I can't return the shoes. make sure you're getting the color you selected! The next time this happens, they're going back.

They were way to wide. I always get a wide shoe. This one said EE so I don’t know if that was problem but could not wear them had to return

Definitely half size larger than my normal fit. I take a 9.5; had to send these back and am waiting for size 9 to arrive.

Shoes are very nice but the fit is at least a size and a half larger.
