All in all, the shoe arrives looking and feeling as expected from the description. However, the inside is a bit rough, and there appears to be either small bits of shoe materials (or dirt from outside) that can appear near the toe. Having worn these without socks, I had quite the irritated blister after walking 8 blocks of my city. However, with socks, these were perfectly comfortable and fit snugly.

I ordered these boat shoes for my husband, who loves them. It's been over 100 degrees this summer, but he still prefers them to flip flops (a huge coup for me!). He's had some trouble with the inserts bunching up, so I think we'll be looking for perhaps a more expensive boat shoe next time.

Nice shoe with two downsides: no arch support and smaller fitting (order the next size up).

Owned and lost a pair. One of the worst boat shoes ever worn. First the "sole" wasn't fully glued so it had a piece folding over. When worn after a time , the blue navy Color would bleed out into my foot makin it blue. I'm glad I lost it.

I have been ordering for myself 1 or 2 pairs every year plus a new pair for my son, never ever having a problem with sizing, but it seems some things have changed, my usual 10 1/2 W is no longer true to size, they felt a half of size smaller and no longer felt like a wide I would love to send these back and give Zappos the benefit of the doubt that maybe it is just a bad pair, but I wore them a few times but cannot continue wearing as they are too narrow.

Incorrect color. Much lighter than they are supposed to be and as represented on the website. According to Sperry, there was a snafu at the factory that they are going to rectify it, so hopefully the right color will be available soon.

I hade a pair of these a few years ago. At that time the color Ice was a totally different color than now. Off White or of Off Yellow would be more appropriate. Color and fit where the drawback to this product.

First off, great service on the exchange and return; but the shoe I received on the exchange is somewhat scuffed up versus the original item that was a half size too large; and not quite the fit I had hoped for and expected.

Just threw out a pair of Billfish toggle slip ons that I have had for 5 or 6 years. I didn't want to spend a lot to replace them so I ordered the Authentic Original for less. Big mistake. I could have done better at Kmart for less. Cheaply made and zero support. I sent them back and stepped up to another Billfish. Zappos had my replacement shoes at my door in just under 24 hours. Great job Zappos! I wish manufacturers cared as much about their product as Zappos does about customer service.

Sent them back. My husband loves slip on shoes, and I ordered 5 pair so he could try them on for fit/comfort/style. These were rejected first; they're made of a cheap-looking shiny leather, the tie/bow detail is gaudy, and the shoe just looks awkward.

The picture is very misleading. As can be seen, it looks as though the leather lace is sewn together. It's not! It's Sperry's usual miserable leather laces that keep coming untied a dozen times a day. The only solution is to tie a really ugly knot instead of a bow. I only kept the shoes because, like all Sop-Siders, they are very comfortable.

I got these for my son. He needed a full size smaller than he usually wears. Also the inner lining started coming up. He crazy glued it down and that seems to have worked for now.

Top side leather is thin and flimsy, but the shoe fits very comfortably. Just hope it lasts over time.
