These shoes run one size too large. I had to send them back for exchange.

Love this shoe but sides stain from jeans. Laces get annoying when you don't tie them properly. Extremely comfortable. I would wear them every where if I could. 8.5/10.

I wear a 13 in everything and I ordered a 13 in this shoe. It seems to be more like a 14.

This shoes offer a decent fit. I had to try several pairs before I found a size that fit. the 11.5's felt tight at first, but then the leather expanded. These shoes are exactly what I like, fitted and flat without much raising of the heel and not much arch support. The toe box of the shoe felt somewhat tight to me.

I love the shoe and the quality, HOWEVER, I cannot make them work for me. I have a short, wide foot with a high arch and need a wide toe box. Ordering the wide version in correct size: length was good but even after wearing daily for 10 days, could not get enough stretch in leather to make them comfortable. Sad, because I liked the styling, the leather is great, and the construction appears good also. Just doe not work for my feet. Fortunately I have a family member that they fit perfectly (woman with a wide foot -- the men's fit her better than the woman's wide).

I bought this shoe for my son to wear, and he finds it very comfortable. I only give it a 4/5 because of its price.

I bought these for my husband. They look really good and are great shoes for khaki and polo days at work. He doesn't find them to be the most comfortable, but I think that's largely because he's just not very used to a soft sole. Really well made shoe though.

I have been wearing Top-Sider Authentic Originals for over 15 years. No, they are not the ones to go hiking in, as the sole is too thin for that. No, they don't give a lot of arch support; but I have other shoes for that if I want;' and I have learned that the more I wear this style, the less I need that arch support, etc. Seems like making my feet do the work they were intended to do strengthens them to where I don't need the artificial support. After all, the original barefoot designer is pretty darn good, don't you think? For my money these are the best and most good looking shoes to wear all summer long with no socks. I just wish I could keep from getting them dirty so fast. Love 'em!

I got these shoes a couple months or so ago, and I have to say, they are very comfortable, pretty well made (I've had no issues even with continued use), and have the authentic look most (including I) want. Hope this helps.

Just got into wear boat shoes and I got to say Sperry are nicely made, the color is great, but the downside with them is even though I ordered them in a wide they're still tight on my feet but they will stretch out. If you have the cash and want boat shoes, get Sperry. They're a step from getting Vans boat shoes or some other cheap band.

Love the look but the width and length feel smaller than marked. I bought XWs but they feel like M. Will break in slowly. Great suede-y feel.

"Alright." Style-wise they look great, but the leather in the soles seems to be peeling up on the inside after about a week of light use.

This is my first pair of Sperry Top-Siders, but my umpteenth pair of boat shoes. They are a well-made pair of shoes that look good, too. They're pretty much what you'd expect from boat shoes - easy to slip on and off, decent looking, casual shoes, but not a lot of support for your foot. They are neither a bottom of the barrel budget shoe nor a top-priced show, but are a solid value for the price you pay. I recommend them.

Ordered these a few days ago, I am normally a size 10.5, but I ordered these as a 10, and they were too big. I am re-ordering the 9.5s and hoping that those fit better. They were fine in the front, but my foot was hopelessly slipping out of the back. I highly recommend going one whole size down if you are ordering these!

These shoes are nice for a hot day and to chill even to go to an casual event. Real nice shoe. Runs big though. So probably go a half a size down from your regular foot size.

This shoe has classic styling and soft, supple leather. For anyone with a normal foot I would highly recommend it. However, my feet are a true EEE and are difficult to fit. This shoe is just too narrow for me, even in the XW width. I have this same shoe from 15 years ago (that's why I was shopping for a replacement) and I thought the sole on the new ones looked a little narrow for a XW. When I measured the new ones against the old ones I discovered that the soles of the new shoes are a full half inch narrower than my old ones (which were also XW width). No wonder they felt tight! So I had to return them. I'm pretty bummed out - not sure where I'll find a nice boat shoe for fat feet now.

Although I've only worn them a couple of times, they seem to be what I was looking for and I'm sure I will enjoy them for a long time.

I love the Sperry shoe sole because it is the only one I have found that does not slip on my deck. However, I wear a 9 WWW regular shoe and have a very diffiicult time finding that in a boat shoe. Years ago I bought a pair of Sperry shoes and they fit at the time. I took a chance on this one and it is to narrow, I should have gone to a store and tried it on, my mistake. Any suggestions on where to get very wide boat shoes will be appreciated.

I have been wearing Top-Siders for years. I have worn them on the sea and they truly preformed well on the decks. This shoe is indeed the basic Preppy shoe, a must have. Wonderful shoes, a staple for the Preppy man.

I have a pair of 9.5W in Sahara, and they fit great, so I wanted to order the same size in Navy/White, but they didn't come in 9.5W. I had to up the size to a 10, just to accomodate my foot, because I knew a regular 9.5 would be too narrow. I don't feel like I'm walking around in clown shoes, but having the right fight would be nice too. Please make a 9.5W!
