The color and style of these are really nice. It is rare to find a completely solid black option in a boat style shoe. They ran a bit tight on the first try, had to return and get a half size larger. They were somewhat comfortable throughout the day, but by the end of the day and the walk home, my feet were definitely sore. Hoping they break in a bit with wear.

The first pair of these that I ordered from Zappos were NOT comfortable..they slipped and the soles were very thin.. I returned them and got another pair..these were comfortable, did not slip, etc. The first pair were clearly knock offs and had been returned. The second pair were quality and up to Zappos standards. Customer service from Zappos was great..they took the first pair back, no questions and sent another pair.

I gave these to my husband as a gift to replace a pair that is now worn out. They fit him just fine. The only thing I found was the actual Amaretto color is darker than I expected.

Orderd these for my 15 year old son for his school uniform. Sperry's are always a great choice for private school shoes. Comfortable, easy to slip on. He also owns a pair of Sperry oxfords. Zappos is great for one day shipping and for thier customer service. I rely on Zappos for many clothing and shoe needs.

These are nice shoes; I really like the color. If you have purchased top-siders you know what you get for style and size. However, this time around the quality seemed a little lower than usual. On the right shoe, the inside cushion/footbed came detached from the shoe after about 6 months. I glued it back into place, but not what you expect for the leading brand in this category.

I have loved Sperrys over the year and they have been my go-to shoes. I would have given a full 5 out of 5, but I have one big problem. This pair has a super loud squeak in the heel. I thought it was maybe just a break in thing that I had never experienced, but after a week I could not stand it and I sent the shoes back. It was very annoying and so I am hoping to maybe get a new pair and hopefully they will be better and it was just my one pair.

The sperry shoes came in perfect! Not a scratch or anything and are great quality, and are very comfortable; I use them everyday at work. The only downfall was that the sole was not glued too well.

Not the same traditional materials from some years ago. Same basic fit but definitely cheaper, lower quality leathers. If you've worn the original style top-sider before and are looking for the same in a new shoe it seems you're at a loss. Big disappointment.

Zappos service is second to none in the retail space! The Sperry's were too small (1/2 size). One phone call and a pre-paid label was sent to my inbox. This was the Sunday before Memorial Day. The new order was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Great service, you can shop Zappos with confidence!

I Love sPerrYs, but this pair was sized oddly in comparison to previous pairs i have owned, I would RECOMMEND Ordering 1 size larger than you usually wear. Other than that, great Stylish shoe.

These original Boat shoes have been in my wardrobe for decades. Especially for summer as I can wear them with shorts and sockless, with brown being the most versatile color. They are my Go-To shoes most casual days. The last two pairs I purchased were good but the insole inside the shoe was not attached at all and keep moving and coming out on me. I have had to use Crazy Glue to attach it inside.
