I bought the Sperry Top-Sider authentic in black. Zappos is the only one with the matte black. It looks exactly like it does in the picture. The black hardware, laces, and soles all go great and complete the look. I used to have Rockports in the same style, but I love the Sperry better now. The Sperry is also cheaper. The fit is perfect. The size is EXACT, not too small, or too narrow. Zappos also has the very best selection, price, and service. You have won a customer for life.

Very happy with these shoes. Color fades a bit with wear, which I like. In the first week of wear, a sore spot developed in my heel, but after loosening the ties and wearing them in a bit, the soreness disappeared. The last pair of Top-Sider's that I had lasted almost 10 years and were great! Zappos is awesome, too.

I have very narrow and long feet, so I ordered these in 11.5 narrow. They fit great! Leather is very supple and my feet are comfortable. Great shoes overall.

Look great, feel great. I found that they slightly ran half a size larger (as other reviewers have also noted). They don't really have a break in period as the leather is really soft right out of the box. I usually wear 9.5, but with these, I had to exchange for a size 9. It wasn't any problem with Zappos' great service!

This was my first experience with Sperrys, but after a few weeks I already love them. They're still in the break-in period, but they look great with almost any pants or shorts, and they are very comfortable, too. Because I wear them without socks, I'm glad I ordered them a half-size smaller than usual.

A really comfortable shoe with a classic styling. Great as an alternative to tennis shoes with jeans.

After many years with "the other deck shoe," I came back to the Sperry Top-Sider "Authentic Original," which I used to wear (I am 68 this November). I have had many pairs of Sperrys and other brands, and after all these years, I appreciate the Sperry Original as yet being the best for comfort and durability. And, thank you Zappos for the unexpected "immediate" delivery (less than 24 hours); an upgrade at not cost to me. I am back to wearing my favorite shoe of all times. I hope they don't change it. I also wear the narrow shoe; which is not always available from other brands. Price, service and on-line shopping from Zappos is tops. Thanks Zappos.

This is a great classic. Other brands may look similar when new, but Sperry still looks good after some serious wearing.

Great shoe! Have worn them for years. It is usually hard to find the wide width but that was no problem at Zappos.

I loved these shoes, but once I got them, I didn't know if they would look good with pants. I might buy them again in the spring to wear with shorts.

This is the second pair of Top Siders I have gotten from Zappos. They have the best range of sizes available and you can\'t beat their shipping. It was on my doorstep the very next day all at no charge.

Original and still going strong for a reason. If you buy them 'cause you actually have a boat (like me), you know that Top-Siders are the authentic boat shoe. I've had a Top-Siders since about 1980. They last a long time, are super comfortable, but eventually wear out and I buy a new pair.

My husband has had at least 3 pairs of Sperry Top-Siders in off white. Needing a new pair I checked Zappos and they were not in stock but allowed me to put them on a wish list. Ordered a 12 and it was too small, printed a free receipt, sent back the 12\'s and received an online store credit as soon as they were received by Zappos. Easy return and I love my new shoes that now fit! Zappos customer service the best as usual!

A simple well-made shoe with history. Classic style, very light and simple. If you want a heavier top-sider with arch support I suggest the Mako 2-eye Canoe. I love both. I tried a Sebago Schoodic in the same size and had to return them because they were not comfortable.

Love these shoes! Great for the boat and going out around town for the day with friends. I ordered a half size up (11) to give more foot room and was able to tighten the laces around the heel (part of the shoe laces). I tried the 10.5 but they were just too tight.
