I'm normally the type to not review solicited standard customer service unless it's well below par. I am writing this letter to let the public know that this was far and away the best service that I have ever experienced. I had ordered a size 9 wide which I've worn for 40 years. It was snug and uncomfortable. I called and explained that we were leaving on vacation in less than a week and poof, I had them the next day along with a prepaid return shipping label. I emailed my appreciation and received the most pleasant thank you that I could imagine. Zappos will undoubtedly be my first stop when shopping on line. The ratings below are for the replacement extra wide Topsiders.

The fit is true to size from my experience. I wear 10.5-11 depending on the brand of shoe. Some reviews said this shoe ran slightly bigger so I ordered the 10.5 and it fit just fine. It took some wearing to break the shoe in. I normally wear medium width and after a couple weeks the leather formed to my foot perfectly.

This is my second pair of these shoes! So glad to find them on Zappos! Great service and availability of merchandise.

Bought my 14 year old his second pair of Sperry's. He loves them. His first pair still look great after 6 months...he just grew out of them. Highly recommend.

This is the only casual shoe I wear. Have been purchasing the same style and brand for about forty years now, so what does that tell you? Once you find something that works as well as this shoe, stick with it!

Nice shoes! Got a different width but turned out I didn't need it. Width runs a little big. But overall I like the shoes a lot.

Aside from looking great with jeans, these are easily the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Every guy should own a pair of these in their lifetime, they are a classic shoe.

My husband just love this shoe. Great quality and amaizing comfort and we only find the WW size on zappos.

Absolutely my new go-to shoe. I do think my color is different than what is advertised though. The Sahara Brown turned out to be closer to the picture for Oatmeal, which makes them hard to wear with khakis, but looks great with jeans. The soles are also darker brown. Even so, great shoes.

Great shoes - they fit true to size, and are extremely comfortable for shoes lacking any arch support. That being said, the picture is a little misleading. Unlike some Sperrys which don't require tying (such as those at J. Crew), these do.

I bought these Sperry's for my husband after he went from store to store looking for the Authentic Sperry. They are hard to come by in our area. And we live in the Boston area.

Bought these for the hubby and he loves them! Classic styling and a great color. I had to return the first pair because they were a bit small on him but once I got the right size hubby loved them!

My feet are wide, but the 10W did not fit. I have not tried the 10EE. From past experience, these boat shoes are very comfortable, these were just not my size.
